    More inconvenient th...

    More inconvenient than expected… While the dishes and appliances were well stocked and satisfactory, there was dish detergent but no sponge for washing dishes. It said towel Reservation was required by the day before, but even though I made a Reservation, the towels never arrived. I assume the bath is some kind of Onsen, but there was no explanation. There was so much sediment visible—something that looked like waste—that I wasn’t sure whether it was safe to soak in. The Western-style Room and living area were well cleaned, but the bath drain seemed clogged and flooded. The water would not drain unless we cleaned the drain ourselves. I understand it was summer vacation and there were many guests, but it wasn’t a cheap place, so this was disappointing. The notice to keep quiet after 21:00 didn’t seem to be followed; unless you’re in a corner Room, voices from both sides are loud, and our child often woke up. Although I reported it to the 24-hour front desk, nothing improved, and it made for an unpleasant night. The Facility and amenities are appealing and make me want to visit again; however, if other properties are similar, I don’t think I’ll use Rakuten-affiliated accommodations in the future.

    Family-friendly and comfortable for spending time together.

    It was spacious, with an Onsen and a tatami room, making it easy to spend time with our toddler. We’d love to visit again.
