  I was really looking forward to it...

  Although I had made a Reservation with the pool-heating option, the pool was not warm. The staff’s response at that time was unclear and unhelpful. At check-in, there was also little explanation; I was simply handed the required forms without a word. There were also some cleanliness issues: there were hairs and dead gnats on the bed. In addition, insects may enter the room, so it may not be recommended for guests who dislike bugs. On the positive side, the amenities were well stocked, and we received plenty of welcome drinks.
