  The Facility is good, but the service is terrible.

  The Accommodation itself was great, and we enjoyed the private pool and sauna, but there were no on-site staff. The check-in system was broken, and we couldn’t access the room for about 15 minutes after arriving. Even though they had requested our information and ID before check-in and we had completed everything, we still couldn’t actually check in... At checkout as well, they almost tried to charge us twice for a fee that had already been paid, which made it feel like management wasn’t well organized. Given the price of this Accommodation, that was disappointing. The Facility itself was excellent.

  Issues with amenities and phone support

  The bathrobe listed under amenities was not provided, and when I called the 24-hour contact number, I could not get through. With missing amenities and an unreachable phone line, the service was disappointing.
