  Questions about the check-in process!!

  We stayed for three nights. The Room was clean, and we were able to relax comfortably. However, regarding check-in, the details said, “A staff member will bring the key…,” so we arrived 30 minutes before check-in and ended up waiting for a long time. After 30 minutes, we realized there was a phone at the entrance and called it; no staff came, and we were simply told where the key was kept. If that is the case, the details should state that guests need to call upon arrival. I found this a bit confusing.\nAlso, bath towels and face towels were provided for two people for three nights, but there was only one towel for the toilet and kitchen, which was inconvenient.\nWe really liked the villa overall and would like to stay again.
