    Awesome!!

    Thank you very much for everything. We stayed for one night with our dog and four adults. The quality was outstanding—absolutely wonderful! Everything, including the Room and the bath, was clean and spotless, which made us very happy. The meals were generous in portion size, and the meat was tender; we had one older guest with us, and they were pleased because it was easy to eat. We had previously stayed at another villa that wasn’t clean and had a difficult time, so we arrived feeling a bit anxious—but this place far exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, and we were truly delighted. There were quite a few insects due to the season, but it was great that various insect-repellent products were provided. The amenities were also very well stocked and wonderful! The pool and the view were amazing as well. It was great to be able to refresh ourselves properly for the first time in a while. We would definitely love to stay again! Next time, we’d like to stay for two nights! Thank you very much.

    We are sorry to hear that.

    I’ve been glamping quite a lot, so this may come across as a harsh review. We stayed on a weekend for over 100,000 yen. 1) The Room was dirty and covered in dust. 2) There was no cold plunge for the sauna and no chairs. The ground was muddy dirt; shoes are not allowed, but the inside was full of dirt anyway. 3) Breakfast and other items were often missing, and if you don’t notice, they are served as-is. 4) The Airdog (air purifier) showed an error code and clearly hadn’t been cleaned at all—it felt like it was just circulating dirt. 5) There was nowhere to hang laundry—no space or rope provided. 6) For BBQ seasoning, there was only salt & pepper and sauce. 7) No cooking oil or extra salt was provided at all, and there were no single-serve items like mayonnaise. I probably won’t visit this Facility again. It was a very disappointing experience.

    Overall, I was satisfied.

    We were able to relax very comfortably, and since the weather was sunny, we also enjoyed using the pool. One disappointing point was that there was nowhere to put our bags. Our dog is perfectly house-trained, but we don’t know about other guests’ dogs. Seeing how much our dog kept reacting to smells, we didn’t want to place our bags on the floor in case another guest’s dog had an accident.
