  Excellent

  We stayed here over the July holiday weekend. We brought our own food, and there was a smokeless roaster in the Room, so we enjoyed grilling yakiniku! Since there are lots of insects in summer, we thought an outdoor barbecue would be impossible, so this was perfect for our family. Our child loved the pool, my husband enjoyed the sauna, and it’s No. 1 among all the Facility we’ve stayed at. The beach is also very close by, and when we came back after playing in the sea, they had water ready for washing our feet without us even asking—such thoughtful service! We definitely want to come again!

  Excellent

  The open-air bath with an ocean view, the bonfire, and the sauna were all amazing!

  Almost there.

  The car might have been scratched, but the cause is unclear. It could be an issue of guests or staff brushing against it while moving. The Facility and cuisine were excellent. The website is hard to navigate. It should include more detailed information about meal courses and the number of staff available. I expected to be left alone, but I was pampered throughout my stay. It was great. During breakfast, hot water was being boiled without any explanation. There should be a note saying it's for tea or something similar. The pot wasn't washed before use; luckily, I rinsed it myself the day before. Breakfast staff should wear cooking hats to prevent concerns about hair falling into food. Aside from the breakfast staff issue, everything else was wonderful. My companion also enjoyed it, so overall it was a great experience!
