    Our No. 1 Accommodation so far

    We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have stayed at many Accommodations throughout the whole country, and this was truly our number one—an Accommodation we sincerely want to return to. What impressed us most was the privacy that comes with renting an entire villa and the peaceful setting where we could relax without worrying about anyone around us. We spent a leisurely time by the pool, enjoying a luxurious moment where time seemed to slow down. In the evening, we invited friends who live on Ishigaki Island and enjoyed a barbecue. With perfect weather, watching the scenery shift from Ishigaki’s beautiful sunset to a sky full of stars is an unforgettable memory. It felt less like a Hotel stay and more like spending time in our own private luxury villa—an exceptional experience. The Room was spotless down to every detail, and the Facility, amenities, and even the selection of drinks in the refrigerator were excellent. It was high-quality yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. At night, everything was wonderfully quiet, and we were able to fully relax both body and mind. Thanks to Gokkaiseitei, our anniversary became a truly special memory. For anyone who wants to spend an extraordinary time on Ishigaki Island or celebrate an important occasion with someone special, this is an Accommodation we can confidently recommend. Next time, we would love to book a Multiple Night Stay so we can savor this luxury even more slowly. Thank you very much.

    A hidden-retreat villa in Ishigaki, limited to one group per day—one you’ll want to return to.

    My wife and I stayed here together. Everything was perfect—the spaciousness, the furniture and appliances, the view, and the overall atmosphere. It was a wonderful villa that made us want to come back for sure. We both love traveling and take several trips every year. We often visit Okinawa, and Ishigaki in particular is a favorite—we’ve been many times because we love the relaxed island vibe. We usually stay at a Hotel, but this time, at my wife’s request, we tried a newly built villa for the first time. The moment we walked in, an open ocean-view panorama spread out before us, and we were amazed by how large the living room was. The amenities, appliances, and furnishings were all thoughtfully selected, which made my wife especially happy. Before check-in we had considered going out sightseeing, but with complimentary Awamori and beer plus a pool on-site, it felt like a waste to leave. We decided to sightsee after checkout instead and spent a relaxing time together by the pool. For dinner we chose the BBQ; the ingredients were local to Ishigaki, and we enjoyed grilling while having drinks together. We were also lucky with great weather—at night the sky was filled with by far the most beautiful stars we’ve ever seen. We could even see the Milky Way; it felt like a planetarium. This time we stayed only one night, but since there are also sanshin live performances and visiting chef services available, our only regret is not booking a Multiple Night Stay. Because it’s newly built it feels like a hidden getaway villa—highly recommended for anyone looking to truly unwind.

    A luxurious stay wrapped in tranquility and beauty—next time, we look forward to enjoying the starry sky.

    We stayed here as a couple. The building, cleanliness, Facility, and location were all top-class, and everything was thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest details, making our stay extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, we weren’t blessed with good weather and couldn’t see the starry sky we had been looking forward to. However, that allowed us to spend a relaxing time in a quiet setting, and we fully enjoyed both our moments on the terrace and our time indoors. The view from the living room was beautiful. In the morning, we enjoyed coffee while looking out at the sea and were able to spend a truly luxurious time. Thanks to the cleanliness of the Facility, the spaciousness of the space, and attentive consideration throughout even in small details, it was a consistently comfortable and pleasant stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. However, since we didn’t have favorable weather this time, we’re giving it 4 stars with high hopes for next time. We would definitely like to visit again during a season with better weather.

    This was our first s...

    This was our first stay at “Gokkai Seitei,” visiting as a family of three with our 3-year-old daughter. We’ve stayed at many Accommodations across Japan, but this was the first time we experienced such an incredible sense of openness. As it’s a villa-style Accommodation, we could relax without worrying about anyone’s eyes and truly enjoy unhurried family time—something that left a strong impression on us. The view from the living room was especially breathtaking—more striking than anything we’d ever seen before. It felt as if time had stopped, and simply gazing out made us feel genuinely indulged. Our daughter also loved the spacious setting and could play freely, and as a family we were able to relax from the bottom of our hearts. The amenities were excellent, and there were also complimentary drinks, welcome drinks, and an Awamori tasting experience. We were amazed by the level of service and quality—it didn’t feel like an unmanned operation at all. Everything was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details, making it a place where we could stay with complete peace of mind. Since it was our first visit, we stayed for just one night—but honestly, it wasn’t nearly enough. Next time, we would love to stay for longer. It’s a wonderful place where you can enjoy a special and luxurious time that’s hard to find elsewhere. Highly recommended for families as well.

    Enjoy exclusive luxury with only one group per day.

    We stayed for two nights. Although it rained throughout our stay and we couldn't enjoy the pool or BBQ by the poolside, the interior was very comfortable, allowing us to relax fully. The living room TV offered access to YouTube and Amazon Prime, keeping our children entertained. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped, making cooking easy, and having a coffee maker was a delightful bonus. Having two bathrooms was convenient, and we appreciated the ReFa showerheads and hairdryers as well as L'Occitane amenities. Additionally, the laundry corner with a drum washing machine and drying rack made it worry-free even on rainy days. As this villa accommodates only one group per day, we enjoyed an exceptional sense of privacy without worrying about others around us—it truly allowed us to unwind completely. While this stay alone was highly satisfying, I felt that sunny weather would further enhance the charm of this villa. I look forward to revisiting on a sunny day at this wonderful accommodation!
