  We had a relaxing stay.

  We stayed as a family of five. It was very spacious and had everything we needed, so we were able to relax and take it easy. It was new and spotless, and we’d love to stay again.

  Three-Generation Family Trip

  The pool was honestly too cold in March, so it wasn’t really possible to swim, but I think it would be perfect in summer. I appreciated the discount because of that. The Room, Facility, and stocked supplies were all high quality, and I was very satisfied. The tea and coffee were also delicious. It’s on a hill, so the view was great. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was convenient for buying anything we ran out of.

Regarding the pool, we deeply apologize that in March temperatures the heating system did not perform as effectively as expected, and the water temperature did not rise to a comfortable level. Based on your comments, we have reviewed our guidance so that, using actual measured data, we can better assess the relationship between outdoor and water temperatures and provide advance information on recommended conditions for comfortable use. Even so, we were delighted to hear that you were satisfied with the Room, Facility features, the quality of amenities and furnishings, the beverages provided, and the view. Thank you as well for mentioning the convenience of the surrounding area. As the seasons change, you will be able to enjoy the pool even more, and we hope you will visit again to experience a different side of FLORES ATAMI. We look forward to welcoming you again.

  A great Facility for a great Obon holiday

  Once again, I used IKYU.com to find a great accommodation for our vacation. ASNOVA RESORT / FLORES ATAMI perfectly met our expectations with its ideal location, well-equipped facilities, pool, onsen, and spacious living area. The facility was clean and truly wonderful. My entire family was very satisfied and we had an excellent Obon holiday. The staff's response during the confirmation call on the day of our stay was excellent, making our experience from check-in to check-out smooth and enjoyable. This has become an accommodation we would love to stay at again whenever we have the chance. Thank you so much for providing us with such a wonderful time!
