  So close!

  The facility is excellent, with a pool and sauna. However, it would be better to have a concierge available upon arrival for explanations (I had trouble finding the sauna power switch and didn’t feel I could fully utilize the facility). Additionally, on a smaller note, there were no soap dispensers or towel racks in the bathroom & toilet, which was inconvenient. For larger groups, while the tableware is lovely, there seems to be a slight shortage of tableware and cooking utensils.
