    There are very few amenities or provided tableware.

    We made a Reservation for three, but as other Reviews mentioned, only enough amenities (toothbrushes) for two were provided. There were also too few dishes and cutlery, and the cooking equipment was limited to a pot, frying pan, knife, cutting board, disposable paper plates, and two plates, which was very inconvenient. It’s not suitable for cooking. The Room was very clean! The bath was also wonderful!

    The bathtub is being cleaned.

    The Room itself was spacious and nice. However, the entire bathtub felt rough, and I couldn’t tell if it had been properly cleaned. When I rubbed it by hand while rinsing with the shower, it came off, which made me think it hadn’t been cleaned. In the end, I didn’t use the bathtub. I was looking forward to it, so it was disappointing.

    Balance of Price and Service

    The view from the window was truly beautiful, capturing the essence of Karuizawa, and the Facility was clean and comfortable. However, due to the natural surroundings in the garden, we occasionally encountered insects like caterpillars and leeches, which were surprising. Better garden maintenance could provide a greater sense of security. Additionally, unlike a Hotel, 24-hour or weekend support for issues may be challenging, which might not suit everyone's preferences. If the price were slightly more affordable, it would have enhanced overall satisfaction.
