    All Rooms were kept ...

    All Rooms were kept very clean, and it was a pleasure to stay here! The pool was spacious enough, and with a jacuzzi and sauna, it was perfect not only for having fun but also for relaxing. The kitchen utensils were well stocked, which was very helpful! I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

    It was a luxurious getaway.

    We stayed with two families. The place was more than spacious enough, and the kids were thrilled. The pool was also large, and we had lots of fun playing in it. The secret tunnel leading to the beach was very exciting, but the path beyond it was overgrown with grass and felt slippery, so we turned back. It would have been even better if the walkway had been maintained a bit more.

    An Overwhelming Sense of Freedom

    The location is outstanding for enjoying Kujukuri, and from the moment we arrived, our stay felt truly special. The interior was impeccably cleaned down to the smallest details, and we were able to relax in great comfort with high-quality furnishings and Facility. It was a luxurious space that let us escape the everyday, and everyone in our group was completely satisfied.

    Awesome!!

    The moment we stepped into the entryway, we were blown away by the high ceilings and open space! We stayed as a group of five, including three children (one high schooler and two middle schoolers), and with three spacious Rooms and eight large beds, there was more than enough space to relax comfortably. We stayed in late November, but it was warm during the day, so the kids fully enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Since it was over Thanksgiving break, the kids made dinner one night—and because one wall facing the pool and courtyard is mostly glass, you can see straight through from the master bedroom across the pool to the kitchen. It was also wonderful to see the autumn leaves reflected in that glass during the day. The amenities are luxurious as well; it’s a beautifully designed home with an overseas style that’s rare to find in Japan. There’s a 7-Eleven on the corner of the main street nearby, yet once you turn off just one road from Route 1, you’re surrounded by a private setting with a sky full of stars and a huge garden (almost like a forest). It felt like staying at an estate on America’s East Coast. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway that feels like being abroad—only about 1.5 hours by car from Tokyo—this property comes highly recommended!!

    We really enjoyed our stay.

    We stayed during the Obon holiday period. From the moment we walked in, the Facility felt luxurious and the views were stunning. There were eight of us—coworkers and friends—and everyone left very satisfied. We’ve stayed at several Vacation Rentals before, but this one was exceptional: the terrace view, the linens, and how thoroughly everything was cleaned made for a perfect getaway. We’d love to stay again.

    It turned into a memorable birthday party.

    We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 elementary school children to celebrate our eldest daughter’s birthday on July 7, 2025, so she could spend it with her favorite friends. It didn’t feel like less than two hours from central Tokyo—more like a stylish hidden retreat abroad—and everyone was excited. Surrounded by greenery, we enjoyed BBQ and had fun preparing meals together while chatting, and we were able to relax at our own pace. There is also a garden table on the terrace, so you can dine as if you’re at a resort. With high ceilings and large windows, the open and airy space was truly wonderful. Away from the city noise, the kids enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the sofa, while the adults made the most of the sauna and jacuzzi—everyone was able to enjoy their time just as they liked. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

    Thank you for an amazing weekend!

    I made a Reservation for my son’s birthday gathering. There were 2 adults and 6 boys aged 15, and the house was spacious enough for everyone to relax comfortably. It felt much larger than in the photos. All amenities were provided. The boys spent all day enjoying the pool, hot tub, and sauna, while the adults relaxed and had a great time. We grilled meat on the outdoor BBQ and it was delicious. At night, we were also able to watch a movie on the huge projector screen. There is private access from the garden down to the beach, and the tunnel-like path—like something out of *My Neighbor Totoro*—was especially memorable. It was also very convenient that there’s a convenience store just a 5-minute walk away for quick shopping. I often rent vacation homes overseas, and this place reminded me of California. It felt like we took a quick trip abroad for the weekend (even though it was Chiba!). I would definitely love to come again.
