    A Lovely Villa in the Forest

    It was a wonderful villa. It had an Airdog air purifier, and the place was clean with no lingering smell from other dogs. The Onsen was a black hot spring and pleasantly silky. We chose in-Room dining. They set everything up, but we handled the cleanup ourselves (just sorting the trash into the provided containers), which was a first for us. The meals were delicious, and our dog finished their meal as well. All of the staff were very pleasant. There were a few minutes of fireworks as part of a Hotel event, and we were able to watch them with our dog. You can bring your dog along as long as they are in a carrier that covers their face. Walking in the forest was cooler and more comfortable than in Tokyo. The Room also had a small pool for dogs and misting, which was great. If the weather is bad, it may be inconvenient since the parking area is some distance away.

    A soothing retreat surrounded by lush greenery.

    This was my first stay, but it has become a repeat Accommodation for me. I’ve already made a Reservation for the year-end and New Year holidays. The only reason I deducted one star is that there are two cafes, and I mistakenly went to the one that isn’t the dog cafe (the Hotel). It was cool and comfortable, but we ended up eating on the terrace. Clearer signage would be reassuring. Other than that, no complaints at all. It’s such a wonderful place that I almost don’t want to share it (lol). The Onsen surprised me with its unique color, scent, and bubbles, but it felt amazing. The in-Room meal delivered to us was also very delicious. I’d like to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

    It was a wonderful Accommodation where we could stay with our dog.

    The Room was new, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Both the covered terrace and the spacious wood-chip dog run beyond it were great, and we could keep an eye on our dog at all times, which made us feel at ease. The in-room Onsen bath allowed us to adjust the hot and cool water ourselves, so we could set it to our preferred temperature without diluting it—this was excellent. The large public bath in a separate building was also stylish and included an open-air bath, offering a different kind of enjoyment. Yukata-style loungewear and pajamas are provided, but since we used the Onsen multiple times, having bathrobes would have been nice. In-room dining was especially appreciated when traveling with a dog, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The way the meals were served was thoughtfully arranged so we could eat at our preferred timing. If I had to mention one thing: during check-in at the lovely Dear One Terrace, our dog was served goat milk, while we were given water. Welcome drinks are stocked in the refrigerator, but since there is also an herb garden on site, herbal tea would leave an even better impression. We would love to visit again.     Cleaning staff may enter the Room without permission.

    The highlight was when the staff entered the room without ringing the chime or knocking, without greeting or apologizing, and left with BBQ equipment as if nothing had happened. Communication with the Japanese staff at the front desk was also inadequate (details omitted for simplicity), and it was clear why this accommodation wasn't fully booked even during a three-day weekend. Unable to book my favorite nearby accommodation due to a sudden decision to stay for two nights, I reluctantly chose this place but will definitely never stay here again. [Good Points] - None [Bad Points] - Staff entering the room without knocking or ringing the chime - Japanese front desk staff unable to communicate properly

    The meals were disappointing.

    This was my first time using this service. The Room was clean and perfect. However, the sofa was placed facing the TV, had no backrest, and felt uncomfortable without a proper place to relax. As for the meal, it was creative cuisine with sufficient portions, but the taste did not suit me. I think a shabu-shabu course would be better.

    It was the best accommodation!!

    The staff were all kind and treated our beloved dog warmly. The onsen was relaxing and very pleasant. Despite being an accommodation for dogs, it had stylish accessories and appliances, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful stay. Our dog also loved the garden's dog run and was extremely excited. Thank you so much!
