The perfect villa for a luxurious, relaxing stay in Hakuba.
Nine of us stayed here. The accommodation was stylish and beautiful, with striking large windows. We enjoyed using the BBQ equipment on the terrace. Self-service check-in and check-out made things easy and relaxed. Whenever we needed help, the staff responded promptly by phone. Sometimes our calls were answered by international staff, but we had no trouble communicating in Japanese. When we called because we couldn’t find a corkscrew, they kindly arranged for one to be placed in the kitchen. There were four bedrooms, with a more basic futon provided for one person. The spacious kitchen had two refrigerators and was well equipped with a rice cooker, an induction cooktop, pots, pans, cutlery, and more. I was particularly pleased to see ARAS plates. The coffee from the espresso machine was delicious, too. If you enjoy lattes, I recommend bringing some milk. There were also plenty of wine and champagne glasses. This villa is perfect for a relaxing, luxurious stay in Hakuba. Thank you for such a special stay.

A vacation home perfect for 3 families!
We stayed as a group of 10 across three families and enjoyed a comfortable time with the spacious living-dining area, rooms for the children, and separate family rooms. The fact that there were three showers and toilets was great for ensuring privacy! For meals, we considered hiring a private chef but decided to cook together while enjoying drinks at our own pace. It would be nice if the private chef option included Western cuisine as well. During our stay, we visited local supermarkets such as Delicia, Big (AEON), and A-Coop. Among them, A-Coop is recommended for its variety of vegetables and selection of prepared foods. For breakfast or snacks, we recommend visiting the bakery just one minute away on foot (Sakurara Confectionery). Their rice flour donuts were chewy and delicious! Our favorite spot in the accommodation was the dining table (180×180 cm), which had an excellent square shape and size for group meals! Even with many people seated around it, conversations felt comfortably close yet not crowded. Additionally, the BANG & OLUFSEN speakers were very stylish with excellent sound quality! We highly recommend using them in stereo mode. Please note that connecting via Bluetooth may only link to one speaker; it seems necessary to select AirPlay for proper stereo connection. While some parts of the manual could be improved regarding these features, we appreciated how helpful JADE Group staff were over phone calls and on-site support when needed! Although vacation rentals can sometimes raise concerns about support services, everything from pre-arrival phone assistance to post-arrival hospitality was excellent. We had a truly pleasant stay. We look forward to staying at another property from this group in the future!
