    I can’t wait to stay here again!

    It was absolutely amazing! Since we stayed just one night, it flew by, but I’m so glad we decided to rent the whole house! The place is stylish in every way, and there were plenty of towels—so after playing in the pool, we went straight to the Onsen! We could also do laundry, played in the pool again the next morning, and then back to the Onsen! The hot sandwiches included in the breakfast Plan were very filling. We also found the Arita mandarin orange juice that came with breakfast being sold elsewhere as a souvenir, so we bought some to take home. The quality of the meat for dinner BBQ was excellent—tender, juicy, and truly delicious! Meat included in BBQ Plans is often tough and not very impressive, but this one was incredibly good! Next time I’d love to bring friends and definitely stay here again!

    Highly satisfied

    Everything was wonderful. I had requested a BBQ equipment rental by phone, but due to a mix-up it hadn’t gone through. When I contacted them, they prepared it right away. The staff member who brought it over greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service. They were very pleasant, which really put me at ease. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Onsen were all great. Even the towels were excellent. My grandchildren were so excited and kept saying they wanted to stay forever. The view from the rooftop was amazing too! I hope we can come again next year.

    It was a wonderful trip.

    Unfortunately, due to the weather we couldn’t use the BBQ or the pool, but the space still offered great privacy and a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and our three families had a wonderful time. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay, we requested towel replacement and trash collection, and when we couldn’t connect to Wi‑Fi properly, a staff member even came by at night—everyone was very kind, which made our stay truly comfortable. The bath was also an Onsen, so we enjoyed it many times in the morning and evening. If I could make a request: since there is a washing machine available, it would be great to have an indoor drying rack. Also, when eating together as a group, we thought it would be nice to have a teapot. We would definitely love to stay again if we have the chance! Thank you very much.

    Great!

    It would have been better if the pool had been heated—it was too cold to use. Also, making the morning hot sandwiches took quite a bit of time, so I would have appreciated it if they could be brought already prepared.

    Everything feels extraordinary and wonderful.

    It was a bit hard to find—on a small hill behind Adventure World.\nThe villa was extremely clean, and the view from the pool was amazing with the ocean in sight.\nWe didn’t expect much from the BBQ, so we bought extra ingredients at Okuwa in Shirahama, but it was very filling and everything—meat, curry, and ajillo—was delicious. We had leftover ajillo, so we should have brought a baguette.\nUnlimited Netflix was great, and we were able to watch the WBC on a big screen!\nThe jacuzzi seems intended for use with the pool only, so it was disappointing that it only had lukewarm water.\nThe Onsen is fairly spacious, but there was no information about its mineral content, which felt a bit unclear. It’s nice that you can go back and forth between it and the sauna.\nIt felt too large for just three people, so next time we’d like to stay for about two nights with a bigger group during pool season.

    Experienced an extraordinary stay.

    Three families gathered together in one place. The living room overlooks the pool, and there are amenities like a sauna, Onsen, a jacuzzi with a view of the starry sky, and trendy appliances such as Balmuda. It made us wish to stay for about a week. Time flew by as we enjoyed ourselves. We look forward to visiting again in the summer. We were unsure about breakfast and felt a bit confused, but we think it will go better next time!

    The indoor sauna in Building C was excellent!

    The bedroom had a baby crib, but it would be appreciated if it could be removed for guests who do not need it. Also, the bedroom lights could only be turned on or off; an adjustable type would have been more convenient. Additionally, the TV in the bedroom did not work, so please check the remote control batteries. The customer service via toll-free number was professional. The reception on the day was handled by younger staff and was average. The onsen was ordinary. The facility's highlights include a pool, jacuzzi, onsen, and sauna. Unfortunately, due to rain, we couldn't use the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. When the rain stopped at night and we wanted to use them, there were too many stink bugs which made it unpleasant. Although this was explained during check-in, knowing about this before making a reservation would have been helpful... but since it's a natural phenomenon, it's understandable that it's beyond your control. The indoor sauna and shower next to it were our favorite features. The location is convenient as it is close to Tore Tore Market and tourist attractions as well as near an IC. It seems like a good facility for summer visits with three families or so—enjoying pools and jacuzzis during the day while adults relax with drinks after children go to bed at night. A checkout time of 11:00 AM would be appreciated!

    Good.

    It was truly beautiful and wonderful. We stayed as 4 families, a total of 12 people. The space was large, and not only the children but also the adults had a great time. We will definitely come again!

    Suitable for two families

    The facility is incredibly stylish and amazing. Amenities are plentiful, and even the appliances are chic and enjoyable. It feels like staying in a model room. The kids had a great time playing in the pool all day. The structure allows easy access between the pool, jacuzzi, and bath, making it very convenient. With multiple rooms and baths available, it seemed suitable for three families as well. We didn’t expect much from the barbecue, but it exceeded our expectations with both quantity and quality. It became a truly memorable experience for us. We’re already planning to visit again next year!

    Family Trip

    Annual Summer Villa This year, we visited Wakayama for the first time in two years. The Facility is newly built and incredibly clean. The amenities were thoughtfully selected and amazing. Our grandchildren were running around happily. We would love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much!

    It was a wonderful v...

    It was a wonderful vacation! The Room was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a great time. The sunset view from the third floor was stunning and truly moving! I brought my Switch, but unfortunately, I couldn't connect it due to the lack of space between the wall. However, even without the Switch, we had such a fulfilling time that it wasn't an issue at all. Next time, I plan to visit with my whole family!

    Luxury Villa with Private Pool

    We stayed for one night with our baby, and it was amazing. The Room was luxurious and spacious, and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect for photos! All the Facilities were clean, equipped with the latest appliances, making our stay very comfortable. There were plenty of amenities and towels available, so we never had to worry even after multiple swims in the pool. With three bedrooms, we couldn’t even use them all—what a luxury! For dinner, we ordered the premium BBQ set—it was extravagant! The portions were so generous that we couldn’t finish everything. The curry included was also delicious. In summer nights, there are many insects outside which made it hard to go out at night; however, we still had an enjoyable time overall. We would love to stay here again!

    Clean and spacious, ...

    Clean and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay. It was great that Netflix was available for free and each room had a TV. We’d love to come back with three generations next time. The simple two-category waste separation made it easy, and the disposable tableware added convenience. Having access to items like Mirable shower heads, ReFa curling irons, and hair dryers was a nice touch. The washing machine was impressively quiet! The Mickey-themed children’s tableware delighted the kids, and they enjoyed using it. The pool experience was also enjoyable. We’re curious about other rooms or villas beyond the Parkside options as there seem to be various choices available. Here are some suggestions for improvement: - The new-room smell was quite strong; providing an aroma diffuser with selectable scents might help address this issue. - When we grilled BBQ outside but ate indoors due to rain, the smell lingered inside. - We wanted to borrow an umbrella when it rained but were told on-site that prior Reservation is required; clearer details in advance would have been helpful. - A hot sandwich maker listed on the website wasn’t initially in our room; after asking twice, one was brought over—this should be updated promptly if unavailable. - While hangers and clothespins were provided for laundry drying, there weren’t any hooks or rods in the bathroom area—adding these would be appreciated. - The toilet had no towel rack near its handwashing area—this felt inconvenient. - It would be great if float rentals were available since we brought our own inflatables but noticed no rental service offered. - Only adult-sized sandals were provided; having child-sized ones too would enhance convenience for families with kids. - Adding soy sauce among condiments could improve meal preparation options. Additional services that could enhance guest experiences: 1) Offering early check-in or late check-out options upon request/reservation. 2) Providing complimentary beverages (other than water) in the large refrigerator along with pre-made ice cubes (the 10 bottles of water provided were sufficient).

    It was a very enjoya...

    It was a very enjoyable stay. The villa was packed with everything we wanted to do. However, it was the season for bugs, and I got bitten by mosquitoes quite a bit (laughs). We stayed here for a birthday trip, but next time we’d love to come with a larger group!

    Absolutely amazing!!

    The timing of our visit was perfect, as there were few insects, making our stay very comfortable. All the hairdryer, iron, curling iron, and showerhead were ReFa products, which was exciting! For meals, we chose the BBQ Plan. The portion sizes were appropriate and everything was delicious—we were very satisfied. However, for men or those with larger appetites, the portions might feel a bit small. In particular, since only one serving of rice per person was provided, there wasn’t enough left for curry later on. If possible, offering bread or udon noodles as an alternative for curry would enhance satisfaction even more. The garlic in the ajillo dish was stronger than expected and may not suit everyone’s taste due to its bold flavor. Cooking utensils such as ovens and tableware are fully equipped here so self-catering is definitely an option. What stood out most to us was the quality of the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi!! The TV allows access to YouTube and Netflix so you’ll never get bored during your stay. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning. Its proximity to Adventure World makes it a convenient location for sightseeing! Check-out time is set at 10:00 AM which feels a bit early; having an option to extend until around noon would allow guests more relaxation time. Overall this villa offers excellent value for its price point with high levels of satisfaction throughout our experience. I’d love to visit again with someone special—thank you!
