    I usually travel by ...

    I usually travel by car, but I was told, “Why not take the train and take it easy?” so we stayed here near the station. As we walked over from the station, a sign across the way caught my eye and I wondered if everything would be okay. But at check-in, while listening to the manager explain the Facility, I learned it is fully licensed and approved, which put me at ease. The Room was bright and spotless with elegant furniture and a piano, plus separate bedrooms and a loft—we even said we should have invited our friends’ family too.\n\nBefore dinner, we enjoyed drinks (something we don’t often do on car trips) while looking out into the courtyard, then had fun with billiards in the public space and some nostalgic TV games. For dinner we walked to Karuizawa Ginza. At night it was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the road; we watched Netflix on a large projector screen before going to bed.\n\nOn our way home, we were able to fully enjoy Karuizawa without worrying about traffic—an unhurried trip that gave us a truly luxurious time.

    Simply wonderful!

    We stayed as a family of four. The moment we stepped into the Room, we were amazed by how spacious and spotless it was. The interior is very elegant, and while it has that special “villa” feel, it’s also a calm and relaxing space. My husband and I even said, “This is exactly the kind of home we’d love to live in!”—the whole family loved it. What we especially liked was the open feel of the entire Room and the layout. From the bedroom you can see into the living area, so even while everyone enjoys their own time in such a spacious setting, we could always keep an eye on our children wherever they were. As parents, that gave us real peace of mind. It’s a very practical Room for family trips. We had imagined getting around Karuizawa mainly by car, but this place is close to Karuizawa Station, which was another big plus. It’s easy to head out to nearby restaurants, and the outlet mall is within walking distance. We walked there as part of a stroll, and enjoying the scenery made it feel like an easy distance. Being able to enjoy sightseeing and meals and then simply walk back to the Room was very convenient. Even though access to the station and tourist areas is great, we were still able to spend a truly relaxing time in the Room. We really appreciated being able to enjoy both convenience and an authentic Karuizawa villa-style stay. One thing: when we arrived, there were signs around the property that seemed to be making some kind of claim about how this Facility is operated, which surprised us at first and made us wonder if everything would be okay. Since it concerned us, we checked with staff members; they assured us that they are operating legitimately and that there are no issues with the Facility itself, which put us at ease. In fact, during our stay we had no problems or troubles at all and were comfortable until check-out. We were extremely satisfied with everything—the cleanliness of the Room, its size, atmosphere, location—everything exceeded our expectations. It became a Karuizawa trip where our family could relax together in a way that’s different from staying at a Hotel. Our kids had such a great time too, so we would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Karuizawa as a family.

    It was excellent! I’ll definitely stay here again.

    My spouse and I stayed with our pet, and it was truly luxurious yet highly convenient—nothing to complain about. Our trips to Karuizawa with our pet have become a regular tradition over the past few years, but since neither of us drives, being close to the station is a must. And when you add “pet-friendly,” we hadn’t been able to find a Room with much space until now. This Hotel had just opened and came up in our search, so we decided to book—and it turned out to be exactly what we’d been looking for. The Room was spacious, the furnishings were very upscale, and the interior felt calm and relaxing. I didn’t even realize there was a sauna until after we checked in and the manager explained it to us, which was such a pleasant surprise. As someone who’s completely into saunas, I was very satisfied with the quality.

    Unexpected Stay-in Use

    Used this Accommodation with company members for both work and a getaway. It’s close to Karuizawa Station, and we chose it thinking we could enjoy lots of sightseeing with a rental car, but in the end it was so comfortable that we stayed in the whole time… Since it was also a work retreat, we considered going out to a café to get things done, but the Room was spacious enough that there was no need. We also arranged for a private chef, who cooked in the Room, and we enjoyed an excellent course meal. We were told the food came from a well-known local restaurant, and having that brought directly to our Room felt truly special. Because pets are allowed, I’d like to consider it for a family trip as well. I think the quality matches the price. It was also great that although town is nearby, this area feels like being in the woods and is very quiet.

    It was my first time staying here.

    Three guests: 2 adults and 1 child It was excellent. For us as a couple, it was exactly what we wanted—a calm, elegant Room where we could truly relax. We were a little worried it might feel too understated for our child, but we were able to use the playroom and they seemed completely satisfied. Our child, who usually only plays games on a tablet or Switch, got totally absorbed in table football for the first time. The surrounding town was beautiful, with a nice balance of nature as well, so it felt great to take our child for walks. We also had a very positive impression of the manager’s thoughtful care and attention in many ways. In particular, they recommended local places that only someone from the area would know—an unassuming Chinese restaurant that we never would have chosen based on our own research, yet it was unbelievably delicious. It wasn’t even an affiliated partner—just a genuine recommendation—and we were truly impressed by such generous hospitality. Thank you very much.

    The Perfect Vacation

    I stayed here for a relaxing holiday. Surrounded by nature, the setting was soothing, and I had a comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. The high-ceiling living room and large windows create an open, airy feel, making it easy to unwind and lose track of time. Rather than focusing on Hotel-style services, this Accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to relax in a great space. I was very satisfied to enjoy the quiet, Karuizawa-like atmosphere.

    It was the perfect holiday.

    After a whirlwind stretch of busy days, I chose this place for a long-awaited day off—and it was absolutely the right decision. The most outstanding feature was the breathtaking view from the Room. Simply taking in the scenery, I could feel my built-up fatigue Clear away. The entire Facility was also impeccably clean, and it was clear that everything is carefully maintained down to the smallest details. What helped me personally was having a spacious layout with a kitchen included. Despite the high-quality setting, I could do simple cooking and eat whenever I wanted, allowing me to relax as if I were living there. This is a wonderful Accommodation where you can truly recharge your energy.

    The newly opened acc...

    The newly opened accommodation was very clean and highly satisfying. The courtyard view from the entrance was particularly beautiful. Its convenient walking distance from Karuizawa Station made it easy to access shops, restaurants, and the accommodation itself. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Stayed with 2 people and 1 dog.

    Karuizawa in summer is cool, and we stayed at this Room for the first time with my wife and our small dog. The staff were kind and attentive during check-in, which made us feel at ease. The Room is located in a quiet villa area of Karuizawa, where we could hear cicadas and birds singing in the morning and daytime, which was very soothing. Our dog also seemed to enjoy the natural surroundings. The courtyard and the view from the second floor were stunningly beautiful. Since we drove from Tokyo, having a parking space was very convenient. It was easy to walk to the bustling Old Karuizawa Street from here, making it very enjoyable. Although it was quite hot during the day even in Karuizawa, being just a few minutes away from Old Karuizawa Street was really helpful. We stayed here for two nights this time; on one day, we used their catering service featuring dishes from a famous Italian restaurant—it was absolutely delicious!

    The perfect blend of convenience and tranquility in Karuizawa

    This was my first time staying in Karuizawa during the summer. I wanted to enjoy the lively atmosphere of Old Karuizawa Street, the outlet mall, and famous restaurants, while also experiencing the serene villa area surrounded by forests. This accommodation was perfect as it was within walking distance to Old Karuizawa Street. Upon arrival, I was amazed. The exterior featured a beautiful gate that opened up to a spacious courtyard. The room's furniture was luxurious and impressive. On the second floor of our room, there were facilities like a ping-pong table, billiards, Othello board game, and darts. We used them during our free time at night and had so much fun. For breakfast, we went to the popular Asanoya bakery nearby—just a 5-minute walk away! Afterward, we played golf and later visited a famous soba restaurant on Old Karuizawa Street. Although it’s close to Karuizawa’s bustling downtown area, the surroundings of this accommodation were peaceful with no traffic noise—just natural sounds from birds and insects. The room also had a sauna where we could relax while watching Studio Ghibli movies on a large TV. Our stay here turned out to be an incredibly enjoyable experience. I would love to stay here again!
