  It was disappointing...

  It was disappointing that there was no TV in the bedroom. I’d like you to provide a speaker for the sauna, and also extend the sauna timer—since it turns off after one hour, it’s sometimes off when I want to use it again. I also think it would be nice to have a sofa in the living room. It would be nice if some drinks were provided as well.

  Thank you very much for staying at our Accommodation. We are sorry that the Room amenities and sauna specifications did not meet your expectations. At our Accommodation, our concept is to offer a relaxing stay surrounded by rich nature. While we have TVs in the living room and Western-style room, we intentionally do not place a TV in the bedroom. Regarding the sauna, for safety reasons it is designed to operate with a timer that turns off after a set period. Even after it stops, you can continue using it by starting it again. As for audio equipment, we provide a Bluetooth speaker in the living room; however, our guidance may not have been sufficient. We appreciate your valuable feedback and will use it as reference going forward. Regarding beverages, since our Facility provides mineral-rich groundwater that is safe to drink, we have not previously stocked drinks. However, including your comments this time, we will take this into consideration as we work to improve our services. Although our amenities are limited, we will continue striving to create an Accommodation where everyone can stay comfortably. Thank you again for sharing your valuable feedback.
