It was very clean!
There were no people or buildings nearby, so our family was able to relax and enjoy ourselves freely. Our dogs, who aren’t comfortable around strangers or other dogs, were also able to unwind, which was wonderful. Changing slippers when going out into the garden and coming back inside was a bit of a hassle, but aside from that we were completely satisfied. The amenities were well stocked as well. We’d love to stay again.

Relatively good.
Because I wasn’t given instructions on how to use the TV and other equipment at first, I was confused when trying to watch it and contacted you via LINE, but the reply was slow so I couldn’t watch for quite a while. The garden was spacious and the lawn was well maintained, but mushrooms were growing in some places. I was worried whether they were safe or poisonous for my dog, so I had to keep my dog away from those areas. I would have appreciated an explanation about the mushrooms.

A wonderful Facility that both dogs and people can enjoy
This is our second visit. The Facility has an exotic atmosphere, making it feel like an overseas trip. Playing in the spacious dog run is fun, but even just watching the scenery in the rain is satisfying. My wife and our dogs love this Facility, so we’ll be back again next month. Visiting here regularly has become a tradition for our family.

As expected.
We finally got to stay at Olive, which we’d been interested in because of its great Reviews, with my parents and our three dogs. My father wasn’t happy with the overseas-style bathtub (lol), but otherwise we were very satisfied! We feed our dogs homemade meals, so being able to cook was a big help. We’d like to research nearby takeout options and visit again. There were lots of small-dog-friendly items, like the bed height and steps up to the sofa, so we could stay safely and comfortably. Thank you very much.

Everything is wonderful.
We stayed with two large dogs, and everything—from the spacious grounds to the quality of the building and furnishings—was exactly my wife’s taste. We were so satisfied that we made our next Reservation during our stay. It was a completely private space in a quiet, nature-filled setting, yet the nearest supermarket was close by, which was very helpful when we had a BBQ. We’re looking forward to our next stay.

Woof! A Wonderful World
Having stayed at Sedona before, I already knew it would be great. I visited with a sense of comfort and excitement, and Olive did not disappoint. The location was easy to find with the guide video and navigation. The spacious garden was a delight for both dogs and people. At night, the garden is beautifully lit up, and glowing collars are provided so you can always keep track of your dog. It was too cold for BBQ, so we used the provided appliances to enjoy a hot pot instead. For breakfast, we toasted bread, brewed coffee, and enjoyed an elegant morning by lighting up the fire in the garden. The bath is spacious yet equipped with modern facilities that kept it warm and comfortable. With high-quality amenities available, you might not need to bring your own unless you have specific preferences. The staff handled various troubles caused on our end with smiles and flexibility—I'm filled with gratitude for their kindness. This is definitely a place I want to visit again! Thank you very much!

Spacious and Comfortable

Rescue dog, 22kg - Completely satisfied!
I used Sedona for two consecutive years, and this time I stayed at Olive for the first time. It’s challenging to find accommodation where I can stay with my large former stray dog, who is very cautious, but Olive is quiet and has a very spacious lawn, making it highly recommended. My dog happily ran around multiple times late at night and early in the morning. As for us humans, our family of three enjoyed a relaxing BBQ together. What always amazes me is how thoroughly cleaned the place is and how warmly all the staff welcome us. It’s a wonderful accommodation that I would love to use again!

It gets upgraded every time you visit!
This is our third stay, and both we and our dog absolutely love this accommodation. Every time we visit, there are new upgrades that surprise us. This time, although we couldn't use it yet, a kitchen was installed next to the outdoor barbecue grill. While the water supply isn't connected yet, it seems like it will be usable soon. The barbecue grill also had a grate set up for us. The amenities have been upgraded too, now including a set of cleansing products, face wash, toner, and lotion. The showerhead has also been replaced with an easier-to-use one—it's clear that they take guest feedback into account to make improvements. From our first stay here, we've felt their thoughtful consideration for guests; it's truly impressive how they keep updating things with each visit. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had the best birthday party ever!
We celebrated my best friend's birthday here with their family and dogs. Time flies when you're having fun, but we were able to relax and enjoy a slow-paced, delightful stay that made my friend very happy. In the evening, we had a BBQ party under the beautifully lit gazebo in the garden, and in the morning, we all enjoyed a leisurely breakfast together—it felt like spending a weekend abroad. The garden is spacious with well-maintained grass, and both the gazebo and house were spotless and beautifully kept. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing experience. We wished we could have stayed another night!

The perfect getaway!
I made a Reservation as I wanted to visit since its opening. Finally, I was able to go! I took a late summer holiday and fully enjoyed my time off. I had a relaxing time with my family. When visiting Awaji Island again, I would love to stay here! It was excellent! Thank you very much!

It was an accommodation full of wonderful taste. However, the key was flimsy, which made me feel very insecure about security. I would appreciate it if you could consider implementing double locks and introducing SECOM. Thank you.

It was excellent.
I stayed at SEDONA this January, and it felt like reliving that amazing experience! The Room was spacious and lovely, and the kitchen was stylish! The outdoor fire pit was also great. I was worried about bugs at night, but there were no issues at all. My dog had so much fun playing in the dog run. It was a refreshing escape from everyday life. Thank you so much. I would love to visit again!

The Best Accommodation Ever
I had been looking forward to staying at Villa Olive for months, and it was finally time. Upon arrival, everything was so stunning that it gave me goosebumps. The garden and the room were absolutely perfect. It was so amazing that I didn’t want to leave. The accommodation is truly dog-friendly, with various dog supplies available and low-set beds designed with dogs in mind. Our three dogs joyfully ran around on the beautifully maintained lawn, and watching their happy faces brought us so much comfort and happiness. This was truly the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed at! We will definitely be back again! Thank you for creating such a dreamy, extraordinary space for us to enjoy. The whole family is completely satisfied!
We stayed here for our 3-year-old child's birthday trip. The spacious property and stylish interiors were incredibly clean and impressive. One night wasn't enough! (laughs) There was even a place to wash our dogs outside, which was very convenient. Most of the outdoor area is covered in grass, so we could let the dogs run freely without worry, even during this season. Both kids and adults, as well as our dogs, were completely satisfied with this amazing villa. We're already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you so much!

A Memorable and Unforgettable Destination
The room allows dogs to roam freely, and they can even sleep on the bed with you. State-of-the-art appliances such as a De'Longhi coffee maker, Balmuda microwave and toaster, and a rice cooker are provided. The hand soap in the restroom is from HERMES, adding a touch of elegance. Our toy poodles, Niko-chan and Tsure-chan, had so much fun running around; when tired, they rested in the room before playing again in the garden. It’s been a while since we’ve seen them this happy. We’ve visited various dog-friendly accommodations and dog runs before, but this place is exceptionally spacious with beautifully maintained grass—a spot we’d love to return to again and again. We’ll definitely come back next time!

The Long-Awaited Villa Olive
We stayed here as a family of two, along with our two Chihuahuas, and had an unforgettable experience. Knowing it was newly opened and being fans of SEDONA's first location, we were excited to see how amazing the second one would be. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the spacious garden—much larger than it appeared in photos—and the house that felt like stepping into Europe. Our dogs ran around the garden at full speed like never before, bringing so much joy to both of us. The amenities and staff service were exceptional as always—truly impressive. Above all, what makes this place special is its dog-first approach. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful day! We will definitely return again!

Perfect for both dogs and humans!
This was my first stay here. I have visited Villa Sedona several times, but I was able to relax and enjoy myself just as much here! The weather was perfect, and our two Schnauzers had a great time running around the grassy dog run. They were snoring in the car on the way home! I accidentally left something behind at the accommodation, but you kindly arranged to send it back to me—thank you so much. For future trips, I feel like I wouldn't need to go anywhere else besides Sedona and Olive because of how comfortable they are. Looking forward to staying again. Thank you very much!

It was a comfortable space.
This was my first time staying at the Property, and I could feel the owner's attention to detail and thoughtfulness in every aspect of the amenities and Facilities, allowing both me and my dog to relax comfortably. It was luxurious enough to have a spacious dog run all to ourselves, but I was grateful that it was lit up at night, with glowing collars provided. The amenities such as cooking appliances were well-equipped, and every Room was clean with a pleasant aroma that allowed for relaxation. It's truly a wonderful Property where there are hardly any places off-limits for dogs. I would love to visit again in another season.

Both dogs and humans were very satisfied!
The dog run is very spacious, and our two dogs seemed to have a great time running around continuously. The facilities are new and everything is sparkling clean. I was particularly impressed by how stylish all the amenities were, making me want to know where I could purchase them! The exterior, as well as the bath and toilet, were very luxurious, and even the electrical appliances were stylish. With a manner wear on, you can also have your dog Child Sharing Existing Bedding with you, making it an ideal property where both dogs and humans can enjoy themselves. We will definitely visit again; thank you very much!

Everything was perfect.
The Facility is newly built, but being part of the Sedona series, we were able to enjoy a wonderful dog-first experience. There is a spacious garden with a dog run that can satisfy even large dogs, a design that allows you to go outside from the living room, and a large sofa where dogs can relax. There are two bedrooms, so we stayed with our daughter's family this time, and we were able to maintain privacy. If your dog gets excited easily, you might be a little worried about the height of the fence, but since there aren't many external stimuli, it should be fine. It was an absolutely perfect Property that we will definitely revisit.
