    An amazing two days

    I stayed with my grandchildren, ages 5 and 10. As soon as we parked, a staff member came over and helped us carry our luggage to the Room. The moment we opened the door, we saw a spacious, stylish Room and the pool, and everyone cheered. Before getting into the in-room pool, we went to the lounge and enjoyed some drinks. We had ordered a pizza-making kit, so we had fun making it—and it was so delicious we finished it in seconds! We brought our own ingredients and enjoyed a BBQ. We also used the sauna, then went back to the pool—and even the next morning we jumped straight into another full day of pool time. We even came across a stag beetle, which made it an amazing trip. Since we were traveling with children who tend to run around, we chose the first floor where you can see the pool from the living area. No one was staying on the second floor during our visit, so there were no footsteps like some Reviews mention—it was very comfortable. Having a coffee machine in the Room was fantastic. Everyone agreed that we’d love to stay again.

    A highly satisfying stay with scenic views, a sauna, and BBQ—all in one place

    We enjoyed a peaceful stay in a private cottage, with stunning terrace views and a truly luxurious, relaxing time. The dinner-and-breakfast Plan was excellent—the terrace BBQ and breakfast were both very satisfying. Above all, you can unwind at your own pace. With the sauna and jacuzzi, you can also enjoy an Onsen-like experience, combining the open feel of a Resort Hotel with the calm comfort of a Ryokan. The property is non-smoking, very clean, and well stocked with amenities. Self check-in was smooth and reassuring, making for a worry-free stay—an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again.

    An ultimate luxury getaway for two at a hidden retreat on Awaji Island. The sauna and views are truly exceptional.

    We stayed here for an anniversary in April. Because it feels like a separate, detached villa, we could enjoy a truly private getaway without worrying about other guests—absolutely wonderful. What stood out most was the sauna: being able to do self-service löyly and then step straight out onto the terrace for an open-air cool-down while looking out at the sea was pure bliss. The jacuzzi is also spacious, letting you relax with an Onsen-like feel. The BBQ dinner featured delicious Awaji Island ingredients, and in the morning we enjoyed breakfast with an ocean view—my partner was very satisfied as well. The interior felt clean, and the high-quality amenities were another big plus. Self check-in was smooth and even fun. It has a modern style with the calming atmosphere of a Ryokan, and being non-smoking made it even more comfortable. Having this spectacular view and space all to yourself is sure to make your stay feel truly extraordinary.

    Well-equipped accommodation

    We stayed as a group of six men this time. The exterior was impressive, and as sauna enthusiasts, we found this accommodation to be excellent. Having stayed at various villas before, this one ranks very high on our list! The beds and sofas were comfortable, and the atmosphere and design of the guest rooms were truly outstanding. My friends were also delighted with the stay. It’s a place we’d love to visit again and recommend to everyone. However, it was slightly disappointing that there was only one set of towels per person for the stay, requiring reuse. Other than that, everything was perfect!

    The Facility is new ...

    The Facility is new and very clean. However, noise or footsteps from the 2nd floor echo unusually loudly, making the floors seem thin. Additionally, the lack of a dishwasher was disappointing, especially considering there is a BBQ area and many guests may choose to dine in their Room. While everything is modern and up-to-date, something feels slightly lacking. The children were satisfied with the pool, but since they used it again in the morning, it would be helpful to have a net available for removing floating insects.

    It was excellent.

    The Room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The pool was just the right size and depth for my 5-year-old grandchild, and we were both very satisfied. The barbecue was also excellent. One disappointing point was that the jacuzzi we were looking forward to did not work at all. However, when I informed them via email, a staff member came immediately, which made me feel reassured. I would love to use this place again.

    The Best Cost-Perfor...

    The Best Cost-Performance Villa Ever! It felt like a private vacation home, offering a blissful time. Awaji Island is one of my favorite destinations, and I’ve stayed at various facilities there. This time, I chose this facility after discovering it on Instagram. It was a relaxing trip with friends and kids. The deciding factors for the reservation were the price and interior design! I absolutely loved the interior style. Later, I found out that it’s part of the same group as BUCHI, an incredibly stylish restaurant where I’ve dined before—makes sense now! And above all, the cost-performance was amazing! Other places I've stayed at were either unnecessarily spacious and expensive or stylish but lacking something essential. But here? I'll definitely come back again! - The room size is just right. - The price is reasonable—actually, it's unbeatable in terms of cost-performance. - The interior design and facilities are super stylish (totally my type). - Even as someone who’s very particular about cleanliness, everything was spotless. - With amenities like a pool, sauna, terrace, BBQ space—it’s so well-equipped that one visit isn’t enough! And most importantly—the facilities are state-of-the-art! It feels like staying in a wealthy person’s vacation home. As an appliance enthusiast myself, I got really excited seeing all the high-end equipment. You can tell they invested heavily here; it gives confidence that any issues would be handled professionally. Having kids with us made features like the kitchen and large-screen TV incredibly helpful for dining in-room. At the same time, it also fulfilled our desire for luxurious adult relaxation—a perfect balance. So far, there haven’t been any downsides or concerns—it’s officially one of my favorite facilities! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

    The facility is perfect, but staying on the first floor can be challenging.

    Stayed for my mother's 88th birthday celebration. We planned to have a perfect evening with a barbecue party using Awaji beef and sashimi purchased at the roadside station. However, staying on the first floor turned into a nightmare due to the noise of children running around on the second floor. It was unclear whether it was due to poor building construction or inconsiderate guests upstairs, but every footstep could be heard, making it an unpleasant stay. Although staff kindly addressed the issue, the noise persisted, and by morning my mother mentioned she couldn't sleep. It was heartbreaking as this was supposed to be a special celebration. The facility itself is luxurious with amenities like a sauna; however, the jacuzzi was broken and unusable. Additionally, during check-out, cleaning staff were gathered nearby chatting among themselves despite me greeting them cheerfully with "Good morning! We've checked out!"—there was no response from them. For the first time in my life, I genuinely felt like requesting a refund. While I dislike leaving such comments on IKYU.com, this experience left me deeply saddened. Recommended only for those who prioritize facilities over service quality.

    Awaji Island, which you can visit on a whim, is truly the best.

    I was able to make a reservation at a great price because they were having a campaign during the pre-opening! The villa was brand new, so it was clean and had a nice new smell. Since it was midwinter, having a BBQ outside was a bit chilly, but we had a fun and lively meal. The interior was warm with underfloor heating, a jacuzzi, and a sauna, making us forget the time and enjoy drinks late into the night. The beach is right in front, so it should feel great when it gets warmer!

    It was a lovely villa.

    We used it for a girls' gathering. The Room was clean and we had a very pleasant stay. Perhaps because it's new, the entrance door is a type where you enter a password instead of using a key, so there's no worry about losing a card key. The Room had a great sense of openness with a full view of the sea from the window, making it a very lovely Room. I'm curious about the other Rooms, so I would like to use it again for a girls' gathering.

    The Room is spacious and the view is excellent.

    I used an unmanned property for the first time. The moment I entered the room, I was impressed by the spacious area, the large living room, and the beautiful ocean view from the living room! At our travel destinations, my siblings always first say, "Let's go to the pool!" but they were thrilled with the large jacuzzi! The large jacuzzi bath with the ocean spreading out in front of it is very luxurious. However... perhaps because it's the latest machine, it was quite a struggle to figure out how to operate it... haha. It was nice that the bath was connected to the terrace, allowing us to go back and forth to the sauna. There was also a space for outdoor BBQ, a mini kitchen, and a pizza oven. It was a cold day this time, so we didn't use it, but there was also a pool exclusive to the room, so I want to try again during a good season! When I woke up at 7 a.m., I could see the beautiful sunrise, and the morning sun reflecting on the sea was a luxurious moment that can't be experienced in the city. The breakfast we had while watching the sunrise included bread, fruits, salad, granola, and yogurt. It was a menu that the whole family loved, so we were full and very satisfied! It was more spacious than I imagined, and I wanted to live there for a few days because it was so comfortable! Unlike a resort hotel, I was worried because it was unmanned, but we could use it freely like a villa, and the children loved it, so next time we stay, I plan to invite my parents and my brother's family.

    Nearby trip with children

    My child suddenly wanted to go somewhere, so I searched for a nearby Facility and ended up here. There was a villa along the coast with a panoramic view of the sea. It seemed to be newly opened, incredibly clean, and the living-dining area was very spacious, so my child started running around as soon as we arrived (I think it was because we were on the first floor, so they could run around without worry. I recommend the first floor for those with children). For dinner, we requested a handmade pizza set and made it with the kids. (It was tough because we weren't used to it, but we had a lot of fun) It was a bit burnt, but the freshly baked pizza was very delicious. Bringing in food was free, so we bought fresh seafood at a market-like supermarket near the Tsuna Ichinomiya (Tsunai Ichinomiya) Interchange and made ajillo in the pizza oven, which was incredibly delicious! The pool was right in front of the living room, spacious and clean, so I was desperate to keep the kids from jumping in! (I thought it would have been nice to come in the summer) The bath had a glowing jacuzzi, which they really enjoyed. The weather was good, and we were lucky to see many stars! The bedroom was spacious, probably with a king-size bed, and we slept very comfortably. The next morning, we had coffee time while watching the sunrise. It was an elegant morning with the breakfast set! What made me really happy was the vendor where you could drink blended coffee, café latte, and corn soup. Of course, it was free! We could watch Netflix without entering an ID or password, which was very convenient! We could even watch it in the bath. I was also happy to receive an original tumbler! It was quite a fulfilling Facility, so I want to come again in the summer. Next time, I want to stay for 2 nights and 3 days to relax. What I was concerned about was, because it's a new Facility? The towels felt new, and I was a bit concerned about the texture! Also, I forgot my pajamas and slept in a sauna poncho.
