  The customer service...

  The customer service attitude was extremely poor. The second floor was as hot as a sauna and not a place where you can sleep comfortably. Overall, the property is old and has an odor, and it’s not worth the price. A lizard came out of the kitchen. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I don’t think I will stay again.

  I was able to spend a quiet and peaceful time.

  The Room was very spacious and comfortable—almost too big for our family of four plus our dog. Soaking in the Onsen while looking out at the ocean, our dog and kids had a great time running around in the large grassy garden. At night we enjoyed fireworks and watched a movie together in the living room, spending a relaxing and peaceful time away from the Golden Week crowds. The dog amenities were also fully provided, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
