    Accommodation with Spectacular Views

    The view from the window was breathtaking, and we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. The sunset in particular was stunning—better than we had imagined. We would definitely like to stay again.

    Lovely Villa

    It was a wonderful villa with a luxurious feel where we could relax in peace! The Onsen water was incredibly silky, and there was also a pool and a dog run, so our two dogs were very happy too!

    The villa itself was...

    The villa itself was wonderful, and both our dog and family were very satisfied with the Facility. The staff’s service was also excellent, but the rice seemed old and did not taste good.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    It was a pity that we couldn't use the dog run due to the rain, but since we have a small dog, the Room was spacious enough for it to run around. The Room was very clean and tidy. It was well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like plastic bags in the trash bins. We would love to visit again. The sea is also very close by. Hopefully, it will be sunny next time!

    I want to visit again.

    We stayed in a Room in Building C with three family members and one toy poodle. The Room was spacious and clean. The bedroom had two beds, and futons were prepared in the Japanese-style room. Bath towels were provided, allowing access to the open-air bath directly from the Japanese-style room. Both the dog run and pool were clean, and at night they were beautifully lit up, creating a luxurious atmosphere. Everything matched the photos exactly as advertised. The meals included sukiyaki, sashimi featuring lobster, and other lavish dishes. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary water, beer, plum wine, and chu-hi drinks—this was a delightful touch! All meals for breakfast and dinner were stored in the refrigerator so we could enjoy them at our own pace. The kitchenware and appliances were fully equipped; we lacked nothing during our stay. Nightwear was also provided so there was no need to bring pajamas. The scent of shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap was wonderful. It’s an ideal space for spending time privately without stress for dogs as well. We would love to visit again in summer!

    Private villa-like experience

    This villa offers a private and highly recommended experience. With the ocean right in front, it provides an exceptional sense of openness. Although there is a road in front of the pool, traffic and pedestrians are minimal, allowing for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend it!

    Excellent

    I was able to take a sudden day off, so I made a Reservation for this Facility with an open-air bath, pool, and dog run. We visited as a family to give my mother, who has had difficulty walking over the past two years and spends most of her days at home, a change of pace. Although the entrance only had stairs, the staff kindly came out to assist us by helping carry my mother in her wheelchair up to the entrance. They also helped us in the same way during checkout. We are truly grateful for their kind support. After checking in, my mother rested on the bed for a while as we enjoyed time at the pool and dog run as a family. The meals were delicious, and after dinner, we relaxed together in the open-air bath where my mother expressed how comfortable and happy she felt. It was an extraordinary space where our whole family could enjoy themselves and relax while creating wonderful memories. Since it’s just over two hours from Osaka, we would love to visit again. Thank you to the kind staff and for providing such an extraordinary experience!

    C Building was perfect for staying with our dog!

    Building C is located on the mountain side, offering a peaceful and exceptional stay. Unlike many places with misleading photos, this Facility is very clean, equipped with excellent amenities, and provided a comfortable experience for our family. We’ll leave the details as a surprise for when you open the door! For those traveling with dogs, this place is simply wonderful and highly recommended. Enjoy creating luxurious memories here. During summer vacation, we visited Gotsurahama Beach and stopped by a nearby Italian restaurant (with dog-friendly terrace seating) on our way back. Feel free to use this as a reference! Thank you for your hospitality. Our children also said they’d love to come back again someday. Thank you so much!

    Spacious and open, but lacks privacy.

    Stunning Location and Comfortable Stay, but Some Minor Drawbacks The location is excellent. Situated right next to Engetsu Island and the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant "Pescatore" in Shirahama, it offers a prime spot. While there are no convenience stores within walking distance, several supermarkets are accessible by car, so shopping was not an issue. The building features an open design, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Onsen and pool being visible from outside might be a matter of personal preference; however, for those who don't mind, it can be seen as unique and highly recommended. The staff were very friendly and provided reassurance by being available until late at night. However, there were some disappointing aspects: Diamond Member Benefits Fell Short Although the benefits mentioned a champagne gift, what was actually provided was inexpensive sparkling wine. Since "champagne" refers specifically to products made in the Champagne region of France, this wording could lead to misunderstanding. Insufficient Room Maintenance During Multiple Night Stay During our multiple night stay, room cleaning only involved trash collection. Dishes from the previous day and debris in the drain were left untouched, which caused unpleasant odors. Basic cleaning of water areas would have been appreciated. Narrow Parking Spaces While there was no issue with depth dimensions in the parking lot, its width was extremely narrow—an odd design choice given that there seemed to be ample space on-site for wider spots. No Washer-Dryer Available In this setting especially—considering families with children—a washer-dryer is essential but unfortunately unavailable. Overall Recommendation: This property offers an excellent location with great facilities; it's particularly ideal for those prioritizing location above all else. With some minor improvements addressed here and there though—it could provide an even more satisfying experience!

    Anniversary

    I used this for her birthday. The sunset from the private pool was beautiful, and we took lots of photos together! The Room was spacious, stylish, and had a relaxing atmosphere, which was great! We chose the BBQ Plan, but the meat was tougher than what we usually eat and not very tasty. The seafood wasn't as good as what you'd find at Toretore Market either. I requested a bouquet in advance but was declined, which was a bit disappointing. Other Hotels would accommodate such requests... The location and ambiance were amazing!! If you arrange your own meals or prepare in advance, you can enjoy the BBQ more!

    Our first trip with our beloved dog was absolutely satisfying!

    It was our first trip to Shirahama, and we were a bit nervous, but we felt completely at ease during our stay at the villa. The dog run was especially spacious and impressive! Our beloved dog ran around freely and looked so happy. We had many questions before our stay, but all of them were answered kindly and thoroughly, making it easy for us to use the accommodation even as first-timers. It turned out to be a trip filled with wonderful memories. We would love to visit again!

    It was a moment of luxury beyond imagination.

    We stayed here for our anniversary trip. Since we arrived in the evening, the sunset was absolutely stunning, and we spent a long time just gazing at it together. The Room was spacious, stylish, and had a calm atmosphere—very comfortable! We chose the BBQ Plan, and the meat was tender and delicious. There was so much food that we even grilled some in the morning. The staff were very polite and welcoming with their warm smiles, which made our stay feel safe and pleasant. We're so glad we chose this place for our special day!

    It was great.

    The room was spacious and nice. It was difficult to find where the amenities were located. Labels on doors or drawers would be helpful. I would like to visit in the summer when I have more budget available.

    It was excellent.

    It was excellent. We made a reservation for 6 adults. The room was spacious and very comfortable. For meals, we had a sashimi platter and sukiyaki. The sashimi was fresh and delicious, and the sukiyaki had plenty of meat, which made us very satisfied. Most importantly, even if you feel like "I don't want to eat too much after traveling!" you can enjoy the meal at your own pace, which was great. Drinks included alcohol and juice, which made us happy as well. We didn't use the pool, but it is lit up at night and open for evening use, so it would be perfect for families with children! In the onsen open-air bath in the morning, we enjoyed a footbath while looking out at the sea—it was amazing! Even if there were things we didn’t understand or needed help with, connecting to the management building via intercom allowed us to receive kind assistance without any inconvenience. We were completely satisfied—thank you very much!

    Repeat guaranteed!!

    I visit Shirahama every year and stay at various hotels, but this was my first time staying here! The room, the view, and the onsen were all beautiful and amazing! This time I stayed in an ocean-view room and was very satisfied, so next time I want to reserve a pet-friendly building to stay with my dog! The staff were very pleasant, and I'll be back in summer!

    Everything was perfect!!

    This was the best experience I've had in Shirahama so far. Waking up to the ocean right in front of you! The Onsen open-air bath lets you soak while enjoying the sea view, like a scene from a movie. The Onsen water left my skin smooth, and I stayed warm even after getting out! The room was spacious with a user-friendly kitchen equipped with stylish appliances like a rice cooker, microwave, and Balmuda products—I wanted them for my own home! The sink area was also wide and clean. For meals, we enjoyed sukiyaki made with beef from Wakayama Prefecture—it was tender, and the vegetables as well as the finishing udon were delicious. The sashimi platter was luxurious and tasty too. Everything was prepared beforehand so we could cook and eat at our preferred time without any hassle—very convenient! This time it was just the two of us, but next time we plan to bring our kids to enjoy the private infinity pool along with BBQ by its side—it sounds amazing! The staff were young but very friendly and attentive with their cheerful smiles.

    It was excellent!

    We heard from a friend about a newly built, wonderful villa and went to stay there as a couple. There was an ocean right in front of us like a private beach, offering the best location. Since it was winter, we didn't go into the pool, but we could see the ocean from the open-air bath and enjoyed a luxurious feeling. There are few restaurants in Shirahama, so we ate fugu hot pot in our Room. Since we cooked it ourselves, we could eat at our preferred time without any hesitation and relax; it was perfect. Next time we'll bring our children in summer!
