We stayed for a one-...
We stayed for a one-night, two-day trip with my parents and our beloved dog, Coco. This was our second stay, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed by the comfort and luxurious private atmosphere. Since it’s a fully private rental, we could relax as a family without worrying about others around us. The interior was very clean, with stylish and user-friendly appliances and kitchenware. The Facility also provided thoughtful amenities for guests with dogs, which was incredibly helpful. The spacious and chic villa made the entire stay feel truly special. Coco tried swimming in the pool for the first time! Seeing her happily swim brought smiles to all of our faces. In the evening, we enjoyed a BBQ with fresh meat and seafood—my parents were thrilled and said they’d love to come back again! It became an unforgettable trip filled with wonderful memories. For those looking to enjoy luxurious yet free-spirited moments with their dogs, I highly recommend this place. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

Anger
The outdoor area, except for the grass, is covered with rough tiles that can quickly wear down a dog's nails and cause bleeding. Only olive oil and pepper were provided as seasonings. Tissues ran out quickly, there was only enough detergent for one use, and no cleaning spray for pets was available—all had to be purchased locally. The dishes were all dirty, and the frying pan had burnt residue stuck on it. At check-in time, cleaning staff were still working, causing a delay of about 40 minutes before we could enter. Phone support was unhelpful and seemed to blame everything on the cleaning staff. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money.

There is a dog run where you can let your pets play while enjoying a relaxing BBQ. All the equipment was well-maintained and very clean, which was excellent. As a sauna enthusiast, I made great use of the facilities. The pool after the sauna was exceptional. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find the famous Hota Elementary School, making the location very convenient. Next time, I’d love to come back with my friends and their families!

This was my first time using such a facility, and honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect... but everything exceeded my imagination! The building itself is impressive, but the spacious pool overlooking the trees on the hillside was so relaxing. While it's not within walking distance, there's also a beach nearby. Plus, my favorite sauna and even a jacuzzi in the bathroom! Being able to use them as much as I wanted whenever I wanted felt like pure bliss!! This time, we had already eaten elsewhere before arriving, but there’s a roadside station within walking distance where you can enjoy fresh local seafood dishes. The roadside station is housed in a renovated former elementary school building and offers plenty of fresh local vegetables and specialty products. The nostalgic atmosphere of the old school brought back fond memories for me. I was able to escape from my busy daily life and enjoy an extraordinary location with relaxing moments—it was truly worth it! Next time, I definitely want to try the BBQ set that other reviews have praised so highly!? I had such an amazing experience!! Thank you very much.

Traveling with Friends
Exceptionally clean!! The Facility is spacious, featuring a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna—simply amazing. In the evening, we enjoyed a relaxing time swaying in the hammock. Equipped with the latest hair dryers and hair irons, it was great to minimize our luggage. Since we cooked for ourselves, we could eat at our preferred time without any hassle. There were float rings, balls, Jenga, and other items for kids to enjoy; next time, I’d love to visit with friends and their families in a larger group. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying villa that offered excellent value for its price!

Couples' Getaway
Opened last year, everything is incredibly clean and luxurious! The pool is very large and beautiful, which made us extremely satisfied. Having a sauna is rare, so we used it multiple times! In the evening, we enjoyed a relaxing BBQ. Everything was great, but what stood out the most was the high-quality amenities like the hairdryer! It truly felt like being in a resort, and I definitely want to come back again! Next time, I’d love to stay in Building B with my beloved dog.

A hidden retreat
A hidden accommodation where you can spend a relaxing time surrounded by nature. The stay is completely contactless, from check-in to check-out, ensuring a smooth experience without meeting anyone. The pre-arrival instructions are detailed and provide reassurance even for first-time visitors. The highlights of the accommodation are the spacious private pool and authentic sauna. You can swim or relax in the open-air pool, and rejuvenate in the adjacent sauna for ultimate relaxation. At night, enjoy drinks by the illuminated poolside—this was truly delightful. The interior environment is sophisticated with clean and comfortable rooms. I was able to refresh myself in this quiet setting—a perfect reward for my tired self. I would love to visit again someday. Perfect for stays before and after business golf outings.
I often go golfing around the Boso area for client entertainment, but since the Aqua Line highway gets crowded in the morning and I want to build a good relationship with clients, I was looking for a good accommodation to stay overnight beforehand. Since it's nerve-wracking to use a place for entertaining major clients without prior experience, my wife and I went there for a preview. I'm confident this is the best choice. The self-BBQ style allows you to grill and serve as a host, which conveys hospitality. Plus, you can check in and out without meeting any staff at all, ensuring complete privacy that will make your guests feel comfortable. We stayed in Building A with a pool and enjoyed an indulgent rotation of sauna → pool (as a cold bath) → poolside bed → bonfire about three times. There's also a nearby supermarket where you can grab snacks and drinks. The accommodation has three rooms; if you're golfing with four people, two will need to share one room. However, if you're entertaining two clients (and your team has two people), it won't be an issue as your team members can share one room. If you're hosting three clients, you'll end up sharing with one of them yourself—so it's best suited for up to two guests. For couples or groups of six (three couples), there’s no problem at all. The cost-performance is excellent; for 4–6 people staying here at this level of quality, it comes out to around ¥20,000–¥30,000 per person per night. Including golf expenses brings it roughly to ¥50,000 per person total. Compared to dining out or going clubbing in Tokyo's nightlife scene, this option offers far better value!

A luxurious villa that will remain a lasting memory.
I stayed for one night at the luxurious private villa, Refwind, located just a short distance from Katsuyama Port and Hota Port. The layout, both indoors and outdoors, is truly well-thought-out. The dining area and kitchen allow you to prepare a barbecue while communicating with family relaxing in the living room. At night, the pool illuminated in marine blue creates a luxurious atmosphere for an unforgettable evening BBQ. We enjoyed delicious meals prepared on the Weber barbecue grill while sharing endless conversations with family. After dinner, you can relax in the sauna or pool or warm yourself by gazing at the flames in the fire pit area. The next morning, I enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi on the third floor while admiring lush green mountain views surrounded by trees. This Facility is too wonderful for just one night! Next time, I’d love to stay for Multiple Night Stays with close friends!

Enjoy a highly flexible and private experience!
Enjoy a morning of boat fishing at the nearby sea before checking in. The day we stayed was as cold as midwinter, so we quickly warmed up in the jacuzzi and sauna. On warmer days, spending time at the private pool, hammock, or fire pit would be great! Firewood, float rings, and even beach balls are available. We opted for the BBQ set option, so all we needed to bring were drinks—completely hassle-free! However, there are supermarkets and roadside stations nearby where you can also get ingredients. By the way, the meat included in the set is marbled, tender, and delicious—highly recommended. The kitchenware was well-equipped and even had appliances I’d been curious about trying—it was great to test them out! There’s also a washing machine available, which means fewer clothes to wash when you get home—a big plus! Everything you could wish for is thoughtfully provided—it truly feels like luxury service. We had such a meaningful holiday here. Looking forward to visiting again in summer!

Stayed in Pet-Friend...
Stayed in Pet-Friendly Building B during New Year's. The spacious garden and the ability to enjoy a winter BBQ by the fire were wonderful and warm. Pet supplies were well-prepared, which was very helpful. In warmer seasons, the pool would also be enjoyable. With a car, the supermarket is conveniently close, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Both we and our dogs had a comfortable stay.
