  Expectations were simply too high.

  Stayed for 2 nights in November. The address was provided, but no detailed directions or maps were available. With many narrow roads around the Fukugi trees, it would be helpful to have a guide map, especially for drivers, as it can be dangerous with pedestrians and cyclists. This felt very inconvenient. The building, garden near the entrance, and jacuzzi were poorly maintained and looked nothing like the photos online. It was disappointing to see such a difference that I didn’t even feel like taking pictures. Although it was stated that everything in the refrigerator is free of charge, there was only one bottle of water inside when I opened it—quite laughable! The facility description mentioned two electric scooters available; however, none could be found in the room or anywhere else. Upon inquiry, I was told they weren’t available and advised to rent them from a nearby rental service at my own expense—this felt very irresponsible. Regarding cleanliness: a toothbrush from a previous guest had been left behind. I had high expectations based on my wonderful experience at Sesoko’s Adan accommodation before; unfortunately, this time around it turned out to be quite disappointing overall.

Regarding the access information, we have improved our guidance to make narrow roads and routes easier to understand. We are committed to ensuring that guests arriving by car can use our Facility with peace of mind. For the management of the building, garden, and jacuzzi, we have strengthened cleaning and inspections and established a regular maintenance system. We are also updating photos regularly to ensure they accurately reflect the current state. Additionally, we have revised misleading descriptions about refrigerator services and electric kickboard rentals to provide accurate information. For electric kickboards, we now introduce nearby affiliated rental shops upon request. In terms of cleanliness, we have implemented a new final inspection system to prevent recurrence and ensure thorough cleaning checks. Thanks to your feedback, we were able to make many improvements. Once again, we sincerely appreciate it. Our team will continue working hard so that you can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay during your next visit.
