    Our whole family was satisfied.

    The large pool and jacuzzi will delight the kids, and the younger one will be thrilled to watch Anpanman on the big TV. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway.

    The outdoor Facility can only be used until 10:00 PM. Since the outdoor area seems to be the main feature and the living room layout is not very practical, it does not feel worth the price.

    We coordinated our sons’ schedules after a busy summer and made a Reservation here because it’s pet-friendly and offers a pool, sauna, and BBQ. We requested BBQ for two days, and they kindly adjusted the selection of meat and seafood, and even changed the vegetables for both the BBQ and breakfast on the second day—such thoughtful attention was truly appreciated. There were plenty of vegetables provided, along with helpful seasonings you’re glad to have on hand, so we had a very comfortable stay. Because our stay was so pleasant, we immediately made another Reservation for year-end! Thank you very much for all your help. We look forward to staying again.

    Satisfied

    This was our second stay. We enjoyed it again this year as a family. My elderly mother looked especially happy. Before check-in, we ordered sashimi from Uohira and had lunch at Shiinoki. After that, we bought meat and ingredients for the next morning’s breakfast at Sendo Ichinomiya, picked up the sashimi, and then checked in. We played in the pool right away, then enjoyed a relaxed BBQ. To finish, my 74-year-old mother and I shared a surprise birthday cake. They even played “Happy Birthday” on the screen. Apparently my daughter had bought the cake at a bakery near Sendo. The washing machine already had detergent in it, so we washed our swimsuits and hung them up to dry before going to bed. In the morning, we took a walk along the beach. We drove there and back, so it was easy. Then we made hot sandwiches for breakfast. After that, we went for one more swim in the pool, quickly packed up, and checked out. All in all, it was such a fun one-night/two-day stay. Next year I’d love to invite my sister and her husband to join us… Thank you again for taking such great care of us this year. It became another wonderful summer memory. Thank you very much.

    Second consecutive year (2nd time)

    Following last year’s stay, we returned again this year. As always, the Facilities were spotless, and we truly had a wonderful time. The outdoor monitor audio now plays through the terrace speakers, and considering the overall quietness across the four villas on the property and consideration for other guests, I think it was an excellent and very reasonable change. We made the best summer memories again this year. Thank you so much to all the staff. We would love to visit again next year!

    Overall, I was very satisfied—overall! lol

    Overall, I’d like to stay again, but since I run a company and work on my PC constantly, the Wi‑Fi was shockingly weak (to put it mildly, it was almost unusable), so I couldn’t get any work done. If you don’t need internet for work, it probably won’t be an issue. The heated pool was perfect for family fun, there’s BBQ equipment, and you can watch movies on a large screen outdoors—so satisfaction is generally high. If only the Wi‑Fi were stronger, I could see myself staying long-term. If I had to mention one more thing, it was disappointing that the bathroom suddenly felt cheap compared to the rest. [Pros] - Heated pool, so it seems enjoyable even in winter - Sauna was hotter than expected (in a good way) - Jacuzzi was great [Cons] - Wi‑Fi that barely works - Poor sound quality from the outdoor large screen - Poolside area is extremely slippery and dangerous - Bathroom has an unexpectedly cheap feel

    This was our first t...

    This was our first time staying at this Facility. The weather was pleasant, and the temperature was comfortable for our senior dogs. The pool was not heated, but since it was sunny, we were still able to swim. Overall, the Facility did not feel run-down at all, and we had a very comfortable stay. If I had to mention one downside, small insects gather around the lights at night—but that feels typical for seaside living. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

    It became a special time spent with my family.

    We stayed here over a long weekend. This was a repeat visit. It’s an Accommodation where you can spend a special time that makes you want to come back. Many places now charge extra for a BBQ grill as an optional add-on, so we were happy to be able to use it freely during our stay. All the staff were very kind and helpful. It would have been even better if there had been a dryer. Our dogs were also very satisfied with the stay.

    On rainy days...

    I stayed for one night starting March 31. I arrived at 3:00 PM, but I couldn’t enter the Room for about five minutes, and I couldn’t get through by phone either (I called back after the confirmation call from the morning). I was left waiting, which made me wonder if everything was okay. The initial explanation from the female staff member was good. The Room was clean, and everything—the Room itself, the number of toilets, and the overall luxury—was great. The pool is spacious and very nice! The sauna is also large and powerful—excellent! However, my complaints were that the Wi‑Fi was far too weak, and the jacuzzi settings were hard to understand. It resets quickly, so sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Also, the water temperature is lukewarm. In a YouTube instruction video it says you can adjust the temperature, but it seems locked so you can’t change it. The cold plunge also wouldn’t turn on in the morning. BBQ is almost impossible when it rains. The roof coverage is minimal, so rain gets into the grill and it won’t light. I tried using a lighter torch; some spots would ignite and others wouldn’t. Even when it did light up, turning the heat to maximum still didn’t get hot enough to cook properly. It’s heavily affected by weather conditions. It would be better if the pool were heated as well. Also, while the large monitor is amazing, I wish we could turn up the volume a bit more (though I understand there may be limitations). Since this place isn’t cheap, I noticed small details: amenities (I’d prefer shampoo/conditioner/body soap in bottles—the current single-use type feels cheap), Wi‑Fi quality, lights turning on/off (it felt like there wasn’t enough power), and some of the newer fixtures (like indoor bath controls) being difficult to understand.

    A Wonderful Time

    It was a wonderful place. The air felt less humid, and although the temperature seemed relatively high, it was very comfortable to stay there. Since check-in was at 2 PM, we went shopping at Super Sendo and Sakanahei beforehand. After checking in, the explanation of the Facility was quick and efficient, which saved us time. With a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and cold bath available, we had an incredibly fulfilling time before enjoying a barbecue that left us satisfied. The amenities were standard as expected. However, detergent for one load of laundry was already provided in the washing machine, so we washed our swimsuits before going to bed. One thing I wished for was a measuring cup since I wanted to measure rice accurately. There was also a sandwich maker available—I wish I had used it to make breakfast! I would love to visit again!

    The facility was good.

    The facilities, such as the jacuzzi, large screen, pool, sauna, and BBQ, were excellent! The outdoor shower was also a nice touch. The room was very clean as well, but it would be great if there were more amenities. It would be appreciated if basic skincare products and coffee could be provided. While the quality of the room and facilities was outstanding, the lack or simplicity of amenities stood out. The bed and mattress lacked a sense of luxury and felt like they were purchased from a budget store. Considering the price point, it would be wonderful if more attention could be paid to luxurious details in both functionality and appearance.

    The best Hotel I have ever stayed at.

    We stayed as a group of two, and we were thrilled by the generous offer to have all the rooms open for us to sleep wherever we liked. The Rooms were spotless everywhere, but what truly amazed us was the garden. With a pool, giant monitor, jacuzzi, sauna, cold bath, barbecue area, trampoline, and hammock—it was full of fun features! We spent most of our time in the garden during our stay. There was absolutely nothing to complain about! We definitely want to come back next summer!

    Facility: 100 points, everything else below average

    The facility is top-notch, spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. However, other aspects were less satisfactory. The seafood was delicious due to the seaside location, but vegetables were mostly store-bought and lacked local or seasonal variety. Breakfast was very simple with store-bought bread, sausages, and eggs. I regretted not opting for a self-catering stay instead. Some condiments were missing or left open at room temperature, which raised concerns about cleanliness. It would be helpful to know in advance what is provided and ensure everything is hygienic; otherwise, even the cleanliness of unused tableware becomes questionable. For multiple night stays, dinner and breakfast menus are essentially identical each day. On the second evening we had sashimi hand-rolled sushi prepared for us as an exception; however, it only included sashimi so additional grocery shopping was necessary. Amenities are below standard compared to business hotels—no razors or skincare products are provided—and shampoo/conditioner/body soap comes only in small individual packages placed together on a shelf. A "hands-free" stay is impossible here; I had to visit a convenience store twice during my stay for essentials. Since it's unclear what’s available onsite beforehand, grocery shopping after arrival becomes unavoidable—while there’s a nearby convenience store within walking distance—the nearest supermarket requires about 10 minutes by car. Additionally (not as criticism but advice), be aware that insects swarm heavily in the garden area during mornings—you may end up stepping on dozens unintentionally while walking outside early hours! Guests might consider rinsing off any bugs using outdoor showers before continuing their journey peacefully afterward. While staff members seemed earnest overall—they lacked polish professionally speaking—for example: After check-in when noticing issues like non-functional outdoor screens without prior notice several individuals entered our room unannounced attempting repairs causing confusion despite good intentions behind actions taken similarly last-minute notifications regarding towel deliveries/timing logistics added unnecessary stress overall better communication advanced planning could improve experiences significantly! Facilities match descriptions/photos accurately online hence no complaints regarding misrepresentation there!

    We stayed for a 2-ni...

    We stayed for a 2-night stay. Although the weather was bad and it rained continuously, making the pool unusable, the accommodation was spacious enough to fully enjoy. The jacuzzi, sauna, and outdoor TV were also impressively large and wonderful. Even though it was newly built last year, everything was kept clean and fresh, which left us deeply impressed. The detailed rules in the terms of use initially made us uneasy, but the staff were polite, and we understood that such rules are necessary to maintain cleanliness over time. As for amenities, they felt quite minimal; having a bit more variety would have been nice. Other than that, we had no stress during our stay at all. It truly is an amazing accommodation. It offered an extraordinary experience that allowed us to refresh ourselves completely—it turned out to be a perfect trip! We would love to visit again!
