I was able to relax and unwind as if I were abroad!
We stayed as a family with children. The kids were thrilled with both the pool and the jacuzzi! Both were warm, so we could enjoy them comfortably even when it wasn’t midsummer. The BBQ area was also well equipped with plenty of amenities and supplies, so we had everything we needed to enjoy BBQ without any inconvenience. The optional BBQ set ingredients we ordered were very delicious. We woke up early in the morning and fully enjoyed the pool with the kids. They also happily played with the garden trampoline, balls, and other play equipment. The garden was spacious enough for the children to run around freely, and they played a lot and were completely satisfied. One night wasn’t enough to do everything, so next time we definitely want to stay for a Multiple Night Stay.

The Best Night
Perfect for large groups—invite a professional-chef friend to cook, play in the pool together, and sing your hearts out at karaoke. It had everything we needed, and one day wasn’t enough!! We had an amazing night with family and friends! We’ve stayed at many villas, but this was by far the best Facility ever. We’d love to stay again!!

The perfect private villa for both adults and children to enjoy
We stayed here with a group of friends and our families. We’ve used many private villas and vacation homes, but this was one of the most satisfying stays we’ve ever had. First of all, it’s surprisingly rare to find a Facility that can be comfortably rented exclusively by 3–4 families, and that alone makes it truly valuable. The living/dining area and Rooms are arranged around the pool, creating an open, airy feel wherever you are. It was also wonderful that you can step straight out to the pool from each Room—our kids went back and forth countless times and loved it. Outside, there’s a BBQ area and a large dining table, so even a big group can dine comfortably. In addition to the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and campfire setup, there’s even a skateboard park—both adults and children stayed entertained throughout our stay. We were also impressed by how well-equipped everything was. Having both a washer and dryer meant we could do laundry right after using the pool on-site, which was incredibly helpful for families. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were high quality as well—the lather, scent, and overall feel were excellent. A hair dryer and hair iron were also provided, which is a great plus for women. The kitchen was extremely well stocked too; with plenty of appliances and cookware available, we never felt inconvenienced. You can really sense the owner’s attention to detail in every aspect. There’s even a wine cellar—and we loved the selection! Access is convenient: you can take one rapid train from Tokyo Station to Kazusa-Ichinomiya Station, then it’s about 10 minutes by taxi from there. It’s perfect in summer of course—but with the sauna and campfire available too, we’d love to visit again in winter next time. This is a wonderful Facility that we can confidently recommend for family trips or group travel with friends’ families. We would definitely love to stay again!

The best villa ever—an extraordinary escape from the everyday!!
We were amazed by the luxurious entrance and the impressive spaciousness—our excitement instantly grew! Once inside, it felt like we were overseas. A pool and a lawn garden that didn’t feel like Japan at all spread out before us, and we couldn’t help but get excited! The Room was furnished with upscale furniture, and the kitchen was well equipped, making cooking easy and enjoyable. As soon as we arrived, the kids stayed in the pool nonstop. Because it’s heated, it wasn’t cold at all, and we enjoyed it until late! Of course the adults went in too—the sauna, cold plunge bath, and jacuzzi were amazing. We went in and out again and again and fully enjoyed our sauna time! Dinner was the BBQ everyone had been looking forward to! With a BBQ grill, outdoor kitchen, and dining area all provided, everything was comfortable and convenient. There are three bedrooms, so each family could have their own privacy, which we really appreciated. It rained partway through our stay, but we could do karaoke in the Room then—so we never got bored and had a great time together! We’re truly happy to have found such a wonderful villa in Chiba where you can enjoy an extraordinary getaway. Next time we’d love to come again in a different season. Thank you very much!

A dreamlike time in another world
From the moment we stepped into the Accommodation, it felt like a whole different world. With everything from a skate park and play equipment to a sauna and pool, it was designed for both adults and kids to enjoy. Inside, there was also a Nintendo Switch and karaoke, so the indoor entertainment was just as impressive—whether we were inside or outside, we had an amazing time. Even with a large group, the space still felt spacious. I don’t think there’s a better place than this for staying with friends or family!! The starry night sky was our best memory.

A Next-Level Paradise Villa
We stay at various villas on holidays, but this one was in a class of its own. The night pool was warm, and the kids were thrilled. Afterward, we enjoyed a bubbly soak in the jacuzzi. There were so many thoughtful supplies—amenities, ponchos, water bottles, a water dispenser, alcohol, and even ice—which really surprised us. The BBQ area was well protected against wind and rain, and the optional meat and sashimi were incredibly delicious. After dinner, we also enjoyed the optional shisha. The Room and living area were stylish, spacious, and very comfortable—and our after-party got super lively with karaoke. On top of that, there was a sauna, bonfire setup, stargazing, a skate park and trampoline, plus balls and play equipment—so the kids had fun nonstop without getting bored. If I had to say one thing: one night isn’t enough. Next time we will definitely book a Multiple Night Stay! I absolutely recommend a Multiple Night Stay. We’ll be back.

Spotlessly clean in every way.
We were surprised at how spacious it was—much bigger than it looked in the photos! The moment we walked in, we got so excited. The kids kept going back and forth between the lawn and the pool all day. The sauna was amazing too, and since it was cool at night, it felt even more refreshing. The breakfast set (it looked so stylish I forgot to take a photo...) was delicious, and we wished we could have stayed and relaxed longer. Next time, we want to stay for two nights! We’ll definitely be back!

This is where the extraordinary begins.
The spacious garden and pool are truly impressive! Relax in luxurious spaces such as the living room, bathroom, jacuzzi, and sauna. The bedrooms are generously sized, and each has its own lock, so even when traveling with multiple groups you can still enjoy your privacy. Surrounded by high walls, you can unwind without worrying about being seen from outside. One day wasn’t nearly enough.

A place like LA
I love traveling and have stayed at many pool villas and Hotels around the world, so I was surprised to find a villa like this in Japan. A place that feels just as satisfying without having to travel overseas! With the heated pool, you can enjoy it day or night. The kids can have fun together, while the adults relax in the BBQ area—keeping an eye on the children, sharing drinks, and chatting. We visited with three families, and each of the three private rooms had its own shower and toilet, so we could enjoy ourselves while still keeping our family privacy. We also enjoyed the gym and indoor golf. Once you enter the property, your privacy is well protected, which made us feel very comfortable.

It was an unforgettable stay.
I was amazed by the special atmosphere from the moment I arrived. With a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, it truly felt like a private villa abroad. Because it’s a completely private space, I could relax without worrying about anyone around me—it was absolutely perfect. At night, we enjoyed a luxurious time having a BBQ by the beautifully lit poolside. The interior was spacious and spotless, with very stylish decor. The Facilities and amenities were well equipped, making the stay extremely comfortable. You can really tell how thoughtfully everything has been crafted down to the smallest details. It was a truly wonderful Accommodation where I could forget everyday life and feel refreshed. It became a special memory. I would definitely love to stay again!
