It was a very comfortable stay.
Thank you for your very kind support, including answering our questions in advance, which made our trip truly comfortable. We were a little worried about the weather, but it was mostly cloudy, and even when it rained it was only a light drizzle, so we were able to enjoy the BBQ as well. The BBQ oven was set up just outside on the terrace under a roof, so we could use it with peace of mind. The Room was extremely clean, and all the amenities were stylish. There was also a washing machine, which was very convenient for doing laundry on site. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

I visited Beach Terrace Boso.
We stayed as a family of six—four adults and two children (my husband and our daughter’s family). The moment we opened the front door, the ocean view filled our sight, and everyone let out cheers without even thinking. As soon as we entered the Room, the grandchildren practically rushed us straight into the jacuzzi. After that, we went in the pool, then headed down to the beach to play. After being outside, we enjoyed a large bath in the bathroom. The large ReFa premium shower was wonderfully comfortable, and even the shampoo and conditioner were ReFa. We also tried the hair dryer and hair iron. Then we relaxed in the sauna. Even the toiletries—like French diptyque oils—were luxurious in every detail. It had been raining heavily for days, so we came prepared for more rain that day as well, but we were treated to a beautiful sunset—and could even see the top of Mt. Fuji floating above it. The refrigerator was packed with premium ingredients: beautifully marbled beef, shrimp, scallops, abalone, and plenty of fresh vegetables. Freshly grilled food with cold beer was unbeatable. In addition to beer, there was also wine; canned shochu highballs; orange juice; milk; and more—perfectly stocked. The next morning we had fresh salad, juice, and French toast. Everything was delicious. Although it ended up raining just as forecast that day, both kids and adults had an incredibly rich, luxurious time together. We would love to come again!

Beautiful Hotel
The Room was beautifully white, and every photo we took turned out wonderful. However, many of the Facilities were so new and advanced that they were difficult to use. Also, since check-out is at 10:00 a.m., we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the beach at a relaxed pace. I wish we could have enjoyed the beach more freely like at a typical resort. Because there were many children, preparing for the barbecue and breakfast took time, so there wasn’t much time to relax.

The Room and service were excellent!
We visited as a family with our older children and their friends, along with our younger child. The older kids enjoyed SUP in the sea and the sauna, while the younger one fully enjoyed the pool. Since we had several boys with big appetites, we had a BBQ dinner using ingredients we brought with us. The seasonings and cooking utensils were well stocked, so we were able to prepare and enjoy our meal without any inconvenience. All of the staff were incredibly kind, and unlike many other places there weren’t lots of small rules or restrictions. They also kindly accommodated our requests, which made our stay very comfortable.\nThe amenities were high quality (including N organic), and the hair dryer and hair care items were all from ReFa, which my older daughter and I happily used.\nIn the morning we could even see Mt. Fuji across the sea—the views were simply amazing—and our whole family had a wonderful time. The only downside was that at bedtime, on both the first and second floors, the emergency exit signs were bright and a bit dazzling, making it slightly hard to sleep. Still, everything else was so great that we would definitely love to visit again. Thank you very much!

Blissful Moments
We stayed as a couple with our college-aged sons and one dog. In a word, everything was outstanding! The ocean view filling the large windows and the wonderful space bathed in soft light made our time there truly blissful. The BBQ while watching the sunset was also amazing—enjoying food and drinks as a family while the colors of the sea and sky changed left both our stomachs and hearts full. Both the BBQ and breakfast were excellent, with carefully selected ingredients. While privacy is well respected, we still felt attentive support and thoughtful care—the balance was perfect. It was an incredible day that made us want to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

It was very good.
A bright, spotless white Room. Right in front of the ocean with a breathtaking view. During the magic hour at sunset, I couldn’t stop watching—the gradient from sea to sky was mesmerizing. The amenities were luxurious too, with ReFa and BALMUDA throughout, and it was great to be able to use the sauna easily and feel refreshed. That said, maybe it was the ice machine on the first floor? At times, I noticed a bit of operating noise. If grilled salmon is included in the breakfast menu, I would have liked rice to be included as well. It was an Accommodation I’d definitely like to visit again.

It was excellent!
We stayed with our family of four and two dogs. The moment we entered the room, we were amazed by the wonderful location! The large windows offered a stunning view of the ocean right in front, and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. We chose sukiyaki for dinner, and it was perfectly portioned with delicious meat! The French toast for breakfast was also seasoned just right. The next morning, we were lucky to see Mount Fuji as it cleared up! Amenities like toiletries and an iron were thoughtfully provided, which made us very happy. It was slightly cloudy during our stay, so we look forward to staying again on a sunny day!

We visited during ou...
We visited during our family summer vacation. For our sons who love playing by the shore, we chose Beach Terrace Boso, located right in front of the sea! Both floors had a kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, with a wide selection of welcome drinks available. After enjoying the sea and saltwater pool, we had a BBQ on the terrace. We loved having BBQs while gazing at the ocean and also enjoyed the fire pit. There was even a sauna, so I took some time over two days to relax and recover from summer fatigue. It was a comfortable and fulfilling three days for both parents and children. Thank you very much!

Luxurious Resort Living
It was a slightly extravagant trip planned about two weeks ago, and the accommodation was absolutely wonderful. Despite encountering a typhoon and power outage on the first day, it turned out to be a truly worthwhile stay. The views were stunning, the facility was like a luxurious mansion with top-notch furniture, appliances, loungewear, and amenities. The meals were exquisite with high-quality ingredients—everything was flawless. The staff provided exceptional hospitality, appearing naturally when needed without being intrusive. Even during the peak season, it wasn’t crowded, allowing for a quiet and relaxing vacation. This is an accommodation where you can experience a luxurious resort lifestyle without any inconvenience—even if you come empty-handed—and I would definitely love to return!

The view was amazing, and it was very relaxing.
The view from the Room was amazing, and I felt very relaxed. The ReFa showerhead in the bathroom was excellent. Perhaps because it was summer, there were an unusual number of insects outside, and I thought the daily cleaning by the staff must be quite challenging. Thank you so much for keeping everything clean and tidy. I truly appreciate your hospitality.

It was my first experience!
I have stayed at various accommodations, but this was my first time experiencing such a luxurious space! Perfect for large groups—everyone was very satisfied! The kids were so excited and had a great time. Next time, I’d love to bring my pet along! The sunset is beautiful!

It was perfect for a relaxing trip with him!
I made a reservation for his birthday trip! Since it was in Chiba Prefecture, it was the perfect property for him who loves leisurely trips! One thing that caught my attention is that when watching video streaming services like YouTube or Netflix, you need to log in. However, if the previous guest did not log out before checking out, their login status remains. In the worst-case scenario, when you try to watch at home, someone else might be logged in and you won't be able to access it. Please be careful during your stay! Everything else was great! - Departed leisurely in the afternoon and stopped by a seafood market to buy seafood for a snack BBQ at Beach Terrace Boso! - Fishing nearby (apparently you can catch squid!) - Early dinner while watching a movie (sukiyaki) - Sauna & löyly with full stomachs - Refreshing with Goemon cold bath and shower followed by an ice-cold outdoor air bath - Relaxing in a warm bath - Deep sleep on fluffy beds - Japanese-Western breakfast It was an excellent time spent relaxing; perfect for those who love secluded trips! Alcohol such as beer, highball, chuhai, and red wine bottles are always available. Soft drinks like water, Coca-Cola, and black oolong tea were also provided so there was no need to go shopping for extras. When we mentioned wanting to do our own seafood BBQ upon check-in they immediately prepared a BBQ stand! The staff were approachable and left a good impression. It was a property I would want to stay at again!!

1.5 hours from the city center! Ocean view Hotel!
Sunset! Relax while watching the sun set! Enjoy a welcome drink! Even the melancholic evening was a perfect moment, watching movies on a big screen!! The first-floor room even has an authentic sauna! Amazing things were everywhere! I forgot to buy ice for drinks, but there was an ice maker on the first floor, which was very helpful! There are also beach beds to relax on after the sauna! It was a property that makes you want to come back again.

Traveling with Dogs
The building and interior are predominantly white, with an unobstructed view of the sea, Mount Fuji, and the setting sun, making time pass as if watching a painting or video. On the check-in day, we timed it to leisurely enjoy the changing scenery. There are beds, a kitchen, and a bath on both the first and second floors, but dogs are only allowed on the first floor. Since it was February, we enjoyed dining in the Room. Ingredients for both dinner and breakfast were prepared in the refrigerator, and there were also drinks available. On warm days, I think you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace. (I thought it would be convenient to have a tray to carry items from the kitchen to the table. Also, I wasn't sure if we needed to separate PET bottles, glass bottles, and cans, so we separated them and left them that day.) The fireplace was stylish and warm, and there is also a sauna available. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and couldn't use the fire pit we were looking forward to. The amenities and toiletries are well-stocked, and the ReFa series is provided. I was happy because I use ReFa at home as well. We were blessed with good weather and were able to spend a relaxing time with our dog. Thank you for taking care of us.

Perfect for a girls' night out!
The villa, which can be rented out entirely, was perfect for a girls' trip. With an ocean view and great scenery, the facility had various amenities. Although there was no Onsen, the bath facilities and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed the sauna and löyly, had fun by the bonfire, cooked meals, and watched movies on a big screen, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing girls' gathering. It seems great for family trips too, but it might be especially recommended for groups wanting to stay and have fun with friends! We used it with four people, but it seems it can accommodate up to eight!

Simply the best!
As soon as you enter the Room, the ocean view jumps out at you! The fatigue from driving vanished instantly. There is a fire pit on the terrace, so it's not cold even in November. A barbecue while watching the sunset over the horizon is exceptional, so we highly recommend dining on the terrace. Since meals were included, there was plenty of meat and seafood. However, I thought it would be nice to have a bit more vegetables. Cooking utensils are also provided, so if you eat a lot of vegetables, you might want to bring some. The Room has a sauna and a large projector screen, making it almost a waste to sleep. The furniture is unified in white, with appliances that are hard to buy, and perfectly scented aroma. The towels and shampoo smell nice, and the shower head and hairdryer are Refa, making every corner of the Room absolutely perfect. The appliances and Facility were so amazing that it was a bit difficult to figure out how to use them. We had an unreal experience! Thank you very much.

Oceanfront with a view of Mt. Fuji!
We used it for a family trip~! We checked in a little late, but we were able to enjoy the sunset and starry sky, it was amazing! The meals were just the right amount and delicious. The private sauna was fantastic~! Since it was a bit chilly due to the season, it would have been even better if there were indoor clothes with sleeves~! We will use it again!

A villa in Chiba that feels like overseas!!
In a word, it was the best! We stayed as a couple! For dinner, there was a fire pit, so we could enjoy a warm BBQ meal!! There was also a private sauna, and we could relax a lot with our favorite aroma. At night, we enjoyed watching movies with a projector. In the morning, we enjoyed the ocean view while drinking coffee!! The amenities included N Organic, so we could leave the property with perfect skin condition. It was a wonderful little luxurious trip...

The location was excellent!
I was immediately impressed by the view from the window upon check-in. If you love the sea, this place is definitely recommended. The welcome drinks were also plentiful. Meals are pre-prepared in the refrigerator: dinner (BBQ) and breakfast (French toast, salad, sunny-side-up eggs), allowing you to cook and eat freely. The BBQ is quite substantial, but you might want something refreshing midway, so it might be a good idea to bring some fresh vegetables or fruits. Breakfast is hearty and satisfying. The sauna with aroma löyly was also satisfying. It would have been perfect if there was a natural Onsen, but since all the shampoos, showerheads, and hairdryers were Refa, it was completely forgivable. The microwave and toaster are all unified with BALMUDA, and you can feel the attention to detail throughout the villa. The indoor fireplace and terrace fire pit provided a unique way to enjoy the winter. Also, the lady who explained the Facility was very pleasant.

It was an exceptional villa that made it hard to believe we were in Chiba.
The moment I entered the room, I was amazed by the room's spaciousness, the height of the ceiling, and the size of the windows, offering a breathtaking view. The interior and furniture appliances are all coordinated in white, giving a sense of cleanliness. There was an overwhelming selection of welcome drinks, including water, oolong tea, cola, beer, highball, lemon sour, and wine. The showerhead, shampoo, treatment, and body soap are Refa. The hairdryer and hair iron were also Refa! I used the meal-included plan, and the dinner BBQ was very delicious, with vegetables, meat, and seafood. The quantity was more than sufficient. Each building has a terrace, so we could enjoy BBQ with friends without worrying about being seen. The breakfast was, of course, good in quantity and taste, but it felt even more delicious while enjoying the beautiful view. I have used various hotels and villas before, but this is the first property I truly want to recommend to others. Thank you very much.

Family trip
I used the property with my dog to relax after a long time. I heard from an acquaintance that you could stay with a dog, so I inquired, and although it was still in preparation and not yet announced, I was told it was okay, so I used it. The sauna attached to the room was the best room for a sauna lover like me. The weather was cloudy, but if the weather is good, the sunset visible from the horizon seems nice. Also, because I brought my dog, an AirDog (air purifier), a cage, and pet sheets were provided. What I particularly liked was the pet dryer. (I attached a photo) After shampooing, I was able to dry my short-haired dog in about 10 minutes. I usually take my dog to Lake Motosu (freshwater) for SUP, but since I can shampoo my dog here, I can do SUP without worrying about the stickiness of the sea. I would like to use it for SUP purposes next summer.
