    The rooms, terrace, ...

    The rooms, terrace, and BBQ area were all very clean, and it was a wonderful Accommodation with thoughtful attention to detail. The grill we reserved in advance was perfectly prepared, and there was a great selection of insect repellent items, dog supplies, indoor games, and welcome drinks—our whole family was more than satisfied. We would love to stay again! Thank you so much!!!

    The Facility was very clean!

    We stayed here for a family trip with our two dogs. It was a very clean Facility in a quiet setting. The interior had the fresh scent of wood, like a newly built home. Everything was comfortably well prepared. Now that we know how things work, we’d love to stay again! If I may make just two small requests: there was no air conditioner in the downstairs bedroom, so it was a bit hard to sleep during this season, and it would be nice if there were some complimentary drinks in the kitchen—instant coffee is fine, or tea bags. We had a wonderful family trip. Thank you very much! We look forward to staying again.

    Naka-Karuizawa

    When I entered the Facility’s address into my car navigation system, it took me to a completely different location, so I contacted the call center. After searching again on Google Maps, I was able to arrive safely, but I wish this had been noted in advance. The roads were not crowded, and since it is away from central Karuizawa, getting around was smooth and stress-free. There is also a nearby Tsuruya Miyota store where you can buy groceries. As it is adjacent to residential homes, it doesn’t really feel like a resort area, but there are lovely restaurants and bakeries scattered around. The Facility borders a national forest; you can see the trees from the windows, and when you step out onto the terrace you can hear a small stream flowing by—it was very relaxing.

    Surrounded by forest, we enjoyed a peaceful stay.

    We stayed here to enjoy a Karuizawa villa experience. As this place is still quite new, everything—from the living room and bedroom to the bathroom—was comfortable, and we were able to relax and unwind. It felt spacious for just the two of us, and I think it would be perfect for families of 4–6 guests, including those traveling with pets. Karuizawa was already crowded even in June, but staying out in Miyota felt quieter and more peaceful, away from the bustle. We bought groceries at Tsuruya Supermarket and cooked in the kitchen. It was very helpful that basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil were provided. One thing I wished for was a wine opener. From check-in to check-out everything was smooth, and we never had any issues. Entry instructions were easy to follow as well. The view from the windows was full of greenery, and we could hear a gentle stream nearby. We would love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much for having us.

    The location and facility are excellent!

    We stayed at Konara Terrace with five friends at the end of October. Located about 15 minutes by car from Old Karuizawa, this stylish and charming accommodation is adjacent to a quiet grove. The building is new, well-maintained, and impeccably clean, making our stay very comfortable. The greenery of the grove and the sound of a stream flowing nearby provided a truly refreshing experience. Although we didn’t have a BBQ due to early sunsets and concerns about bears, we look forward to enjoying BBQ on the spacious deck next time. The kitchen was impressively equipped with not only dishes and cooking utensils but also essentials like plastic wrap, salt & pepper, and even single-use olive oil—such thoughtful preparation! At night, we enjoyed Onsen at Hoshino Onsen Tombo no Yu under a sky full of stars. As we were not very experienced with renting vacation homes, we initially felt slightly anxious; however, timely and detailed emails regarding check-in/out procedures made everything go smoothly. It’s decided—we’ll definitely return next time with our grandchildren!

    Traveling with Dogs

    The property was clean, and the amenities were easy to use. We traveled with a dog and an elderly family member, and the presence of restrooms on both the first and second floors, as well as a spacious bathroom, made it convenient for everyone. Being located away from Karuizawa's main area ensured a quiet environment with no traffic congestion, allowing us to enjoy our stay comfortably.

    Clean and comfortable.

    This was my first time staying here. It is a pet-friendly private villa in Miyota, a familiar area for me. The building is new, well-maintained, and located on the edge of a deep forest, providing a very quiet and relaxing environment. However, just a short drive down brings you to Route 18 with easy access to Tsuruya supermarket and convenience stores. The Karuizawa area is also only about 15 minutes away by car. While weekend rates are higher like other places in the area, weekday rates are very reasonable. One improvement I would suggest is providing coffee and tea for guests. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a detailed list of available facilities. I look forward to staying here again!

    Dog-Friendly Family Accommodation

    This was my first visit to the Miyota area, and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of Karuizawa. When heading towards Karuizawa, using the 1000-meter road can help avoid some traffic congestion. The facility's water system is designed for general household use, making it convenient. However, there were no instruction manuals provided, so I had trouble finding the hairdryer on the first night of my stay. It turned out to be hidden behind a storage-style mirror in the bathroom along with toothbrushes and body towels. Additionally, I noticed that the wine opener was broken and there were remnants of food left by previous guests stuck on a strainer in the kitchen. Due to these issues, I have deducted one star from my rating.

    Newly built and beautiful, with a wonderful babbling stream.

    We headed from Karuizawa Station. Despite being only a dozen kilometers away, Route 18 is extremely congested. We bought plenty of barbecue ingredients at Tsuruya in Naka-Karuizawa. Even though we left Tsuruya at 5:30 PM, we arrived at LIVIDA at... 6:50 PM. We got lost on the way to the hotel, and the traffic was terrible. A regular car navigation system will take you to a different place. Please search with Google Maps and check the email with the house key number, as there is a high possibility that you won't be able to stay without it, so make sure to confirm it properly. However, I am grateful because the staff responded sincerely over the phone. The building itself is excellent. First, the smell of a new building and the spotless walls. The sound of the stream when we went out to the garden was soothing. We carried out a BBQ in the cold of early November! We also used the fireplace, so the children were very happy and warm. The only downside was that the dog's trash bin was not cleaned up. Regarding the amount for Local Payment, I felt a bit uncomfortable as no Receipt was provided. Overall, it became the best memory. Thank you very much.

    Family Trip

    We used the facility for a family trip to celebrate our daughter's wedding. The building is new and clean, and the facilities are well-equipped, which made us very satisfied. The rich nature allowed us to relax both physically and mentally, and we had a great time. Our dog was also relaxed as if he were at home. We would like to visit again. Thank you for taking care of us this time.
