    A more compact accommodation than expected.

    It might be just right for about 4 adults, but with 6 adults (3 families), having only two bedrooms felt a bit inconvenient.

    A clean, well-maintained villa with attentive service.

    We stayed with our family and one Toy Poodle. We arrived around 4:00 p.m. and wondered if we might have too much time before dinner, but with the sauna and the ability to let our dog run freely around the entire garden like a dog run, we enjoyed a special experience we could never have in Tokyo. The Facility was spotless, warm with underfloor heating, and the meals provided were delicious. Both the amenities and supplies were very well stocked, and in particular, everything we would hope to have when traveling with a dog was available, making it perfect for trips with dogs. We would love to stay again.

    It was a luxurious space that felt like a different world!

    It was my second stay, and it was indeed a wonderful property. The high ceilings and spacious garden create a very pleasant and open atmosphere. Although it was quite cold outside during our February stay, the underfloor heating worked perfectly, keeping the room warm and cozy! The fireplace was also soothing, and we didn't feel the cold at all. In the morning, the light streaming through the windows was delightful, making for a perfect wake-up. The stylish tableware added a special touch to even ordinary meals, which was a nice surprise! With a hot plate and pot available, meal preparation was smooth. The kids had a blast making snowmen in the garden! We could also enjoy a bonfire outside, complete with marshmallows and cookies, which made the kids even more excited (laughs). Every spot was photogenic, and the comfort was exceptional. The wide sink area was a subtle but appreciated point, allowing three people to brush their teeth side by side with ease. We didn't use the sauna this time, but I definitely want to try it next time! I've also included photos from a previous summer visit. The property has different charms in each season, making it enjoyable no matter when you visit! I definitely want to repeat my stay.

    It feels truly comfortable in any space.

    The other day, my spouse and I stayed here. It was a cold season, but we were amazed by the building's insulation performance. With a wood stove available, we felt warm everywhere and could relax both physically and mentally. Everything we touched, from the interior to the cutlery, was of high quality, and it was a delightful point that our spirits were lifted every time we experienced the design and texture. Every space was supremely comfortable, and it was truly a vacation rental I would recommend to others! Combined with the location where you can feel nature, it is a property I want to visit every season.◯

    A rental villa with a fully equipped kitchen!

    The day we stayed was a single-digit cold day, but I was impressed that the heating was already on when we arrived! It felt like coming home. Even in such a spacious living room, it was warm enough without needing to use the wood stove. I was looking forward to cooking in the kitchen, and all the appliances were Balmuda! It got me excited. There was a state-of-the-art hot plate, so I wanted to try it and cooked some meat. It was delicious with minimal oil splatter, and I was impressed. The tableware was all lovely, with a variety of sizes available. The teacups, in particular, were comfortable to use both at night and in the morning, providing a relaxing time. There were so many designs of plates and glasses that I couldn't use them all, and I felt like I wanted to live there! He was looking forward to the sauna at this time of year, and it was also very good. The flow to the outdoor bath was perfect. The chill bench space had a wide roof, providing stability for long stays. I imagined it would be even more amazing when the snow piles up. I definitely want to go again! Thank you very much!!

    The private sauna was excellent!

    I used it with my boyfriend. The impression of the receptionist was good, and the moment we arrived, the Facility was clean and my excitement skyrocketed! The private sauna, which I was most looking forward to this time, was excellent. We could do self-loylyu, and there was also a cold bath, so I was able to refresh myself during my stay. At night, we enjoyed a campfire and outdoor activities, spending a luxurious time. This time, we used it spaciously for the two of us, but since there are multiple bedrooms, I would like to stay with friends next time, have a BBQ, and enjoy the sauna!

    Sauna enthusiasts, children, and beloved dogs can all enjoy.

    I stayed for one night with my 0-year-old son and family at Karuizawa 365 in Oonohata. The great point about this property is that not only families but also dogs can stay together. There is a spacious dog run, so our beloved dog could run freely, allowing the whole family to relax. As a mom, I was particularly impressed by the facilities that ensure a safe stay for babies, such as baby gates, Bumbo seats, and baby dishes. For moms who tend to have a lot of luggage, having these items is truly appreciated. By skillfully using the sofa bed and play mat, I could sleep safely with my baby, which was a great relief. The property itself is modern and stylish, with everything being top-notch. The sauna-loving dad was also very satisfied with the facilities, enjoying a pleasant time in the indoor sauna. It rained on the first night, but entering the sauna amidst the mist of Karuizawa was a soothing and healing moment. Taking a cold bath with the pure water of Karuizawa refreshed both body and mind. Without going out, we could enjoy a luxurious time relaxing at the property, and I definitely want to visit again.

    Used for a child's birthday!

    Used for a 3-year-old child's birthday celebration. There were many beautiful dishes, and even simple hand-rolled sushi made for a very glamorous dining table! I was a bit nervous about breaking them, though. By the way, perhaps because I had informed them in advance about staying with a child, they prepared a kids' plate for us. At night, my son was too excited to sleep, and in a normal Ryokan, it would have been a concern, so choosing a villa was the right decision. Since it was newly built, everything was very clean and tidy. The house itself is spacious, and the bedrooms are separate, so next time I want to make a reservation for a trip with my parents and in-laws.
