Third visit - completely satisfied with both the meals and the accommodation.
Selected by the Michelin Hotel category, this accommodation offers an exceptional experience. Enjoy nature in the open-air bath, and savor the exquisite cuisine crafted by a French-trained chef that never fails to impress. A wonderful accommodation with heartfelt hospitality where you can truly relax.

Enjoy a luxurious moment.
The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were absolutely delicious and very satisfying. The Room was spacious and allowed us to relax comfortably! We stayed for two nights, and the menu was different each day, with every dish being meticulously prepared—it was truly impressive.

A Restaurant Where You Can Stay
We stayed as a family of three. The location of the accommodation is honestly not ideal for sightseeing trips. However, this accommodation offers a stay that is meaningful beyond that. It is worth visiting just to enjoy the delicious meals prepared by the host. Taking your time to savor the exquisite dishes and spending a relaxing time there is truly wonderful! The bath consists of an open-air bath on the wooden deck and only a shower, so it might be slightly challenging during colder seasons.

Accommodation You'll Want to Visit Again
The access, location, service, and facility space were all excellent! The children were overjoyed and kept saying "I want to come back again" on the way home! This time we stayed without meals, but next time we definitely want to enjoy the dining experience as well.

Here at Itadaki, located in Kiyosawa, you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life at this truly wonderful accommodation. Enjoy the sophisticated interiors, an open-air bath on a hill using Kiyosawa's sacred spring water, and a breakfast featuring freshly cooked rice made with seasonal ingredients. Check-in early and take your time to relax. Simply put, it’s exceptional.

A property that you will definitely want to visit again
This property is located in the satoyama of the Okushizu area, about 30 minutes by car from Shizuoka city center. It is a healing space surrounded by nature, such as the murmuring of the river and the chirping of birds. For us, who live in the noisy area of Osaka, a place where both mind and body can be liberated is the ultimate luxury. As you step inside, you are greeted by the pleasant texture of wooden floors and the scent of room fragrances placed with great taste throughout. The interior is also tastefully designed, creating a calming atmosphere. The mattress in the bedroom is comfortable, and the fabric's scent is so pleasant that you want to bury your face in it. At night, you can enjoy the ultimate luxury of soaking in the hot tub while gazing at the starry sky... It's a place that makes everyone exclaim, "I want to live here!" not just once, but repeatedly. Of course, the main attraction of the Stays is the dinner and breakfast prepared by the owner, who is also the chef! In a ryokan, the portions are often too large, making it hard to savor the food, but here the portions are just right! Each dish is carefully crafted to bring out the best of the ingredients, and they are visually stunning, offering a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The children's plates were filled with their favorites, bringing them great joy. The menu, which uses seasonal ingredients, is renewed every two months, making you want to visit again at a different time. The personality of the owner's family is another reason to want to visit again. They always greet you with a cheerful smile and answer even our impolite questions with care. As we were leaving, their son waved and said, "Come visit us again," which was so heartwarming and cute... it's almost unfair! Haha. We will definitely visit again!! Thank you to the owner's family for the wonderful time!

The breakfast was excellent!
The breakfast was excellent. The Facility was not great, but I want to go back to have the chef's dinner and breakfast again. The Room had a relaxing cypress floor, but since it was only separated by a wall from the neighboring family, I was concerned about noise, which led to this evaluation. I will go again to eat the chef's cuisine (lol).
