For the price, it was disappointing...
I visited for my partner’s birthday. I informed the property in advance and had discussed the cake, but when we arrived they said, “We haven’t prepared it because we haven’t heard back.” They offered to arrange it if it was okay later that evening, so I agreed. The cake arrived with a message plate, but it was blank. Since I had told them it was a birthday and asked them to prepare it, I wish they had confirmed the name or used the Reservation name. The meal was good overall—the meat was delicious—but the small side dishes were disappointing. Also, there is no rice or noodles included, so if you book the yakiniku Plan, I recommend bringing additional food.

A Villa You’ll Love
As with last year, we stayed here again. We returned because we loved the spacious Room, stylish furniture, and well-appointed bathroom area. This time, small refrigerators had been added on both the first and second floors. The one on the first floor came with complimentary beer, juice, water, and more, which was a pleasant surprise. Just like last year, we stayed without meals, brought our own ingredients, and cooked in the kitchen. As a request, we would appreciate it if basics like salt, pepper, and oil could be provided in slightly larger quantities. We will stay again next year. Thank you very much.

Excellent
We stayed here for the first time as a couple. First, the baths were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi bath on the first floor, the onsen on the second floor, and the stone sauna. Soaking in the onsen while listening to the gentle sound of the river was incredibly soothing, and I ended up staying longer than planned. The meal was yakiniku this time, and it featured very tender and high-quality meat. We quietly enjoyed it together with our own wine while listening to mood music from YouTube on a large-screen TV. Most importantly, although we initially gave up due to cloudy weather, at 2 AM we were able to see a sky full of stars—it was breathtakingly beautiful. Overall, it was an amazing stay. We definitely want to stay here again as a couple!

Open-air bath surrounded by greenery
This was my first time staying here. The Room with a view of the garage was lovely, and I thoroughly enjoyed the open-air bath while admiring the greenery. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, so I couldn't see the starry sky, but I'll look forward to it next time. The amenities were high-quality and very satisfying.

The living space was...
The living space was very clean and comfortable, and the garage was particularly appealing, making me want to stay here. I also appreciated the cost-saving approach of not having staff on-site at all times, which reflects in the pricing. Being able to leave directly from the garage during checkout was convenient. However, there are a few areas for improvement: ◯ At check-in, accessing the URL sent via SMS to display a QR code was difficult due to poor signal reception. There were no Wi-Fi instructions at the front desk either, which caused some inconvenience. ◯ After meals, guests are instructed to place dishes on a rack near the entrance. However, this rack is located in an area that requires stepping outside with shoes on. Since no sandals were provided, it felt inconvenient. ◯ When using the jacuzzi's bubble function, black residue appeared in large amounts and made it less enjoyable. ◯ The breakfast sausages were cold, and it wasn’t clear whether the seaweed provided was meant for miso soup or salad. It would be helpful if there were instructions on shaking the miso soup bottle before pouring. That said, I loved relaxing on the Yogibo in the Japanese-style room and enjoyed using the stone sauna as well. While I think slightly larger Onsen or bath spaces would enhance comfort further, I appreciated how well-stocked everything was with loungewear and drinks available. Dinner was delicious too; bringing our own alcohol made for an even more enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, due to bad weather we couldn’t enjoy stargazing this time around—but I look forward to visiting again when possible!

First Vacation Rental
This was my first time using a Vacation Rental. The bath offered a sense of openness, and I enjoyed the Onsen while surrounded by lush greenery. Choosing between an Onsen Accommodation or a Vacation Rental at the same price may depend on individual preferences. Considering factors such as location, facilities, cuisine, and hospitality overall, I don't think I would choose to stay here again at the same price.

Complimentary drinks available, including bottled beer (1), highball (2), juice packs, milk, and mineral water. Alcohol enthusiasts may want to bring their own. 【Bath】On the second floor, there is an Onsen with a stone sauna and shower booths. Windows can be opened or closed for adjustment. Multiple towels are provided. 【Overall】Garage parking available for car enthusiasts. Cleanliness is excellent with no complaints. No check-out procedure required, making it stress-free.

This is my second stay.
This was our second stay as our child loved it. The facility is very clean. Even compared to when it first opened about a year ago, it remains spotless. There are baths on both the first and second floors, and towels are available at both locations, so we could use fresh towels every time we enjoyed the Onsen. The sauna poncho was also a nice touch. Amenities were provided by DHC. Free drinks were available, which was great. In the stone sauna, you can even listen to music via Bluetooth. We would love to stay here again!

A perfect Hotel for car enthusiasts
Park your car in the garage, relax while admiring your beloved vehicle from the room, and enjoy meals with a view of your car. It's perfect! The garage lighting is thoughtfully designed. The onsen open-air bath and stone sauna were amazing, especially while enjoying the snowy view. The room was spacious with high ceilings, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. This accommodation feels more like a rental villa than a traditional accommodation, so there are some things you need to do yourself. However, if you opt for meals included, preparation is minimal and you can eat at your own pace without worrying about time—truly relaxing! If you're expecting full-service hospitality typical of accommodations, this might not be for you. For me personally, being able to unwind while admiring my car was absolutely fantastic. My husband loved it too! We'll definitely come back again!

99 points
Perfect for seasoned travelers seeking a carefree and flexible stay. One small suggestion: - Perhaps an additional beer (one small bottle per room feels a bit limited). - A few more coffee packs (one pack per person might not be enough). With these adjustments, it would be absolutely perfect! Thank you for considering.

For a one-night stay only
We stayed for two nights with two meals included, as a family of five adults. The building is new, and the room is a maisonette style, very spacious. The bath includes an onsen, jacuzzi, and stone sauna, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were satisfying in terms of volume and quality. Note that for dinner, you cook your own rice using the provided 4-cup rice cooker. Two cups of rice per person are provided for the two-night stay, with no replenishment the next day, so please be aware. On the first day, ingredients for dinner were prepared in the refrigerator. Assuming the same for the second day, we returned from our outing to find none. Upon contacting the "emergency contact" provided, we were told it would be delivered at 17:30, but it actually arrived at 18:10. After dinner, if you place everything on the cart for collection, it will be picked up the next day, but the used chopsticks and bowls were not replenished. Again, calling the "emergency contact" brought replacements. As it is all-inclusive, there are drinks, tea, and coffee in the refrigerator, but only for one night, with no replenishment. At check-in, we were informed that towels and water for two nights were provided, but the bathroom amenities were only for one night. Expecting replenishment the next day, there was none, leaving us with one night's worth of toothpaste for a two-night stay. It is unclear whether this is a policy to respect guest privacy or simply an oversight for multiple night stays. The system uses QR code scanning for check-in and check-out. While staying, there are no additional costs within the property, which seems efficient, but the system never displayed a check-out confirmation, leaving us puzzled at the unmanned front desk, wondering if everything was in order as we left the property. The room and facilities like the onsen were excellent, making us want to return. However, considering the lack of replenishment and maintenance of amenities like dishes and toothpaste, it seems more suitable for a one-night stay. For 600,000 yen for five people with two meals for two nights, opinions may vary.
