    Amazing!!

    We had a truly fulfilling and enjoyable stay here. Six of us stayed together, including our children and their spouses. From the pre-departure emails to the on-site guidance, everything was very clear, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. The Facility was also kept very clean and well maintained, and we were completely satisfied in every way. We bought ingredients at a nearby supermarket and had a barbecue for the first time, which was great fun. Even though it was late May, we were able to use the pool, and the rock bath accessible from the poolside was also very comfortable. One night went by in no time—we definitely want to come back for two nights next time!

    Highly satisfied

    We stayed with the maximum group size of 8. The location is simply outstanding. From up high, you can look out over the beautiful sea and the rugged rock formations unique to a ria coastline—it feels amazing. The breeze was wonderful, and relaxing outside after a morning bath was incredibly refreshing. Surrounded by mountains with palm trees nearby, it was easy to forget everyday life and truly unwind. At night, the air was so clear that we could see the stars beautifully—it was moving. Since it was mid-April, the pool was still a bit cold. The temperature was around 21°C. Because the area is open, the wind hits your wet body and feels chilly. However, we were able to warm up slowly in the rock bath afterward and felt completely relaxed. In the evening we had a BBQ. The nearest place to shop for supplies requires driving over a mountain pass for more than 30 minutes, so on hot days we felt it’s important to bring a cooler. The staff were very kind and attentive, carefully explaining house rules and showing us around. When we left, they even saw us off until our car disappeared from view—we waved goodbye to each other. Thank you so much for everything that day. Next time, we’d love to stay for a Multiple Night Stay. If we have another chance to visit, we’d be happy to return again.

    The perfect environment for relaxation

    We stayed as a family of four. Since we are usually busy with work and lessons, we visited to relax and unwind. The Room offered a stunning view of nature, allowing us to feel the great outdoors even while indoors. The Facility was excellent, including a pool, BBQ area, and rock bath—perfect for a relaxing stay. Although the pool was only for viewing in November due to the season, the spacious grounds allowed our sons to enjoy themselves freely. Additionally, the staff provided thorough explanations and attentive service, making our stay very comfortable. This time we stayed for just one night due to our schedule, but next time we would love to stay at least two nights to fully enjoy this wonderful place.

    The Perfect Vacation Home

    You can relax anywhere, whether by the poolside overlooking the ocean or from your Room. Surrounded by nature, you'll be greeted by birdsong and local wildlife. Enjoy the spaciousness unique to a single-story building. Everyone can spend their time freely, forgetting about the clock. Yet, with 4 bedrooms available, there's plenty of private space for large families or two families traveling together. The kitchen, furniture, and bedding are all beautifully designed. The large windows and glass are impeccably clean, and even thoughtful touches like a quick floor wiper in the bathroom are appreciated. The staff is kind and welcoming, making it such a comfortable place that you'll want to return again. Next time, I hope to see a sky full of stars!

    It was excellent.

    We had a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay with my son and his family. As soon as we arrived, we jumped into the pool, instantly relieving the fatigue and heat from our journey. At night, we enjoyed a BBQ under a sky full of stars using an authentic grill. On the second day, we took a morning stroll along the beach right after waking up. After breakfast, we headed to a nearby beach for swimming in the sea and returned to enjoy the pool again. The fresh sashimi from a local shop made for an incredibly satisfying seafood bowl meal. There were no large clocks in sight or TV turned on... Instead, at night, we listened to insects chirping while playing board games and cards—a perfect digital detox time. The staff were truly wonderful people who made everything about our stay exceptional. We were also delighted by their thoughtful surprise for my one-year-old grandchild! Thank you so much! We left with bittersweet feelings but talked about making this an annual summer tradition for our family on our way back home. We absolutely want to visit again! Thank you very much!

    It was the best accommodation!

    We stayed as a group of three families (8 adults and 4 children). As we climbed the stairs from the garage and opened the door, a dream-like room and terrace unfolded before us. The interior featured solid wood floors, walls with beams, and high ceilings! The atmosphere in the living room was also wonderful. The kitchen was stylish and easy to use, making cooking one of the enjoyable activities during our stay. Having an ice maker was a great touch—it produced plenty of ice continuously, so we could use it freely. The terrace BBQ space had a roof, so there was no need to worry about rain. The grill was in excellent condition—clean and heated up quickly. And then there’s the pool! Not only is it large, but its depth varies depending on the area. It’s designed for both adults and children to enjoy together. The kids loved it so much that they spent all their time playing in the pool instead of going to the beach despite being in Izu! From the pool, you can go directly to an outdoor shower via the terrace; if you get cold after swimming, you can warm up in an outdoor rock bath before returning to your room—a thoughtful design indeed. With three families staying together, having three shower rooms available was incredibly convenient. At night, we could relax while gazing at a sky full of stars. On our first night, we were thrilled to see a clear view of the Milky Way—it was breathtaking. Every detail of this accommodation's facilities made our stay enjoyable—from N.-brand shampoo provided in bathrooms to MAKITA compressors for inflating floaties! The staff were very kind as well—we are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience here. Thank you very much!

    A trip for six with friends and couples

    We stayed here as a group of six, consisting of three couples. The moment we entered the Room and saw the view, it was breathtaking as always! One of our friends immediately said, "I want to stay for a week!" and was absolutely thrilled. We bought local products at the recommended supermarket suggested by the owner and enjoyed a BBQ—even in the rain, thanks to the covered area—it was incredibly delicious! On our way back, we stopped by the same supermarket again to buy souvenirs because everyone loved it so much. One friend who knows about architecture praised everything from the bedding to the flooring and carpets. Even on rainy days, we enjoyed soaking our feet in a large rock bath together or spending time in the spacious and open living room eating, drinking, and watching movies—it was such a satisfying experience. We look forward to visiting again during another season and highly recommend this place! Thank you so much!

    An extraordinary day in a private space

    We stayed as a three-generation family. The location offers a stunning view of the Nishi-Izu scenery, allowing us to enjoy a luxurious day. The single-story layout with no steps and direct access to the balcony made it easy for the grandchildren to run around happily. The grandparents could relax on the sofa while enjoying an unobstructed view of the coastline through the balcony, creating an inclusive atmosphere for everyone. This property is suitable for all ages, from children to seniors. However, since there are no tourist attractions nearby, satisfaction may depend heavily on weather conditions. Considering the property's location and concept, this seems understandable.

    It was an excellent environment.

    Stayed with my sister's family, a total of 8 people. The accommodation was a spacious single-story house, and the kids were thrilled. Although the weather was a bit uncertain, the kids insisted on swimming in the pool and later warmed up in the rock bath. We've stayed at several private accommodations before, but this was our first time experiencing a rock bath—it was amazing. We were slightly concerned about there being no nearby restaurants or shopping areas, but we stocked up at a supermarket in Matsuzaki beforehand, so we had no issues, even for breakfast the next day. The barbecue grill heated up quickly and was very easy to use. The TV didn’t work, but that turned out to be fine as we enjoyed playing board games together at night. The surroundings consist of just a small village area; it’s incredibly quiet and dark at night—a truly peaceful place to relax. There were absolutely no complaints. If I had to make one luxurious request, it would be for an espresso or coffee machine—something I thought about while enjoying the stunning morning ocean view. The staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay until check-out. We had such an enjoyable time and would love to visit again during another season. Thank you very much!

    It was wonderful!

    The weather was great, which added to an already wonderful stay! The staff on-site were very pleasant and left a positive impression. While it's true that supermarkets and convenience stores are a bit far in exchange for the tranquility, planning ahead makes it no issue. The facility was user-friendly, and the impressively long building was breathtaking. The bath had an amazing sense of openness, and even though it wasn't an Onsen, it was still very enjoyable. Four-bedroom vacation rentals are rare, so this is a valuable option for larger groups!
