An exceptional retreat experience where you can truly unwind in nature.
We stayed here in April for a villa getaway, escaping the city bustle and relaxing to the sound of the river. This is exactly what a Vacation Rental should be! There were two adults and two elementary-school children, staying for one night. The female staff member who welcomed us was kind, and her warm communication made us very happy. The interior was truly wonderful—calm antique furnishings, and a beautiful fireplace in the living room. The upstairs bath is absolutely adorable. Our daughter played the piano. Right next to us, we could enjoy the sauna and outdoor bath while listening to the river, all in a private setting. My heart truly relaxed with the luxury of having this all to ourselves. It was a no-dinner Plan, but we enjoyed a barbecue as a family without any worries. At night we roasted marshmallows around the campfire. In the morning we woke up to beautiful birdsong, listened for a while, and enjoyed coffee on the outdoor terrace. We also had precious family time while listening to the crackling fire in the fireplace. The garden is vast and felt like our own private space—like coming back home to the countryside. It was my first time experiencing such a deeply relaxing retreat, and I was genuinely moved. The kids also enjoyed watching their favorite movies with the projector. The Akagi area is wonderful too—we loved buying vegetables at roadside stations and visiting soba restaurants. Since it’s close to central Tokyo, we’d love to come back regularly. The fireplace is excellent.
I stayed on a windy day. Although I lit the fire in the outdoor fire pit, sparks were flying everywhere due to the wind, so I quickly put it out. The strong wind made it feel very cold, and I couldn't stay outside for long to tend to the fire, which was a bit disappointing. For the barbecue grill, we only grilled bread and sausages for breakfast. (When there was no sunlight, even this grilling task felt too cold as standing outside at night with the wind hitting my body was unbearable.) The sauna had already been preheated upon our arrival, so we could relax and use it right away—thank you! After enjoying the sauna, we also used the bath. The spacious bathroom and bathtub were very comfortable. The provided warm jacket-like garment kept us cozy—it was great! Additionally, we loved the indoor fireplace here. It’s surrounded by bricks with a wide opening. Watching the flames leisurely turned out to be more enjoyable than expected; in fact, it satisfied us more than using an outdoor fire pit. Due to our misunderstanding during research beforehand, we thought check-in would be contactless and arrived late without realizing that staff were waiting at the entrance for us—we panicked upon arrival when we realized this mistake. We sincerely apologize for that incident. In summer stays without fireplaces or stoves available elsewhere before this trip where accommodations were entirely contactless led us astray into assuming similar arrangements here too—but facilities like stoves/fireplaces/saunas often require initial face-to-face explanations regarding safety measures which indeed proved helpful during our first visit here! While subsequent visits might allow non-contact check-ins if feasible—it’s understandable either way depending on preferences. Regarding other aspects: unfortunately one ceiling-mounted BOSE speaker wasn’t functional despite inquiries via chat support; however alternative Bluetooth speakers indoors sufficed instead though slightly disappointing initially especially since someone accompanying me wanted testing them specifically but overall manageable workaround existed nonetheless thankfully! Lastly nearby surroundings exploration revealed missed opportunity discovering sausage vending machine shop selling unique spiral-shaped pork products located mere moments away driving distance-wise regrettably overlooked amidst rushed schedule entering accommodation earlier yet noted firmly future revisit plans ensuring purchase next time around certainly happening surely anticipated eagerly forward-looking ahead optimistically excitedly planning accordingly prepared better informed now aware previously unknown detail learned valuable insight gained appreciated thoroughly enjoyed experience overall immensely satisfied highly recommend returning soon definitely intend repeat stay absolutely delighted memorable positive impression lasting fondly cherished treasured unforgettable Fully equipped with all amenities.
From check-in to meals, everything was handled wonderfully after arriving at the accommodation. They even helped take care of our child, which was a great relief as parents. Their flexibility allowed us to enjoy a well-arranged trip.

I would love to visit again.
This was my first time staying here, and I was extremely satisfied! The sauna in nature was amazing! With a river flowing nearby, I could relax to the sound of the stream and birds while endlessly enjoying the outdoor bath after the sauna. It offered an extraordinary experience and ultimate relaxation. Don’t forget your swimsuit as it’s required! The BBQ featuring Takasaki beef was delicious! There’s also a bonfire where you can roast classic marshmallows. I tried grilling Gunma's specialty, yakimanju, but it might be fun to grill whatever you like. With a projector, fireplace, and piano available, there were plenty of ways to enjoy our time! It felt like there wasn’t enough time to do everything. The Hotel staff were kind and helpful—definitely planning to come back again! Thank you so much!

Curtains
We stayed here as a family during Golden Week. The sauna provided an extraordinary experience, and we were very satisfied. One concern was the lack of curtains on the first floor and in the bathroom. While there are no nearby houses, it was still a bit concerning. Since there are many windows, we would appreciate it if blinds or curtains could be installed. We would love to stay again if we have the chance!

Repeat-worthy Accommodation
We were extremely satisfied!! We used this place for my husband's birthday trip. My husband, who loves saunas, was thrilled! He used the sauna as soon as we arrived and again early the next morning. Supreme Time
Stayed for the purpose of enjoying the sauna during cherry blossom season. First impression upon arrival was the spaciousness of the room! Enjoyed the sauna twice—right after check-in and in the morning. Watching cherry blossoms fall from the sauna hut, listening to the gentle stream below and birdsong while cooling off outdoors was a supreme experience. The piano and projector added extra entertainment options like watching movies or singing along to live concert footage, which was a nice touch beyond just enjoying the sauna. The additive-free bacon and prosciutto from the BBQ plan were delicious, perfectly paired with beer! In the morning, while waiting for the sauna hut to heat up, I took a stroll around nearby areas with views of Mount Akagi—it truly made for a fulfilling one-night stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

Perfect for group ac...
Perfect for group accommodation! Enjoy facilities like a wood-fired sauna, BBQ, projector, and piano. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious and highly satisfying! Personally, I loved the wood-fired sauna. Each room is equipped with storage space and amenities such as hangers for jackets. It was a truly memorable experience!

Accommodation with a sauna where you can relax while listening to the murmuring of the river
You can hear the gentle sound of the river flowing right next to the room and wooden deck. The cold water bath on the wooden deck can also be filled with hot water, so we enjoyed it as a bath with our children at night. With four separate bedrooms accommodating up to 10 people, it is perfect for corporate retreats, trips with friends and family, or mixed-gender group travels! During this season, spending evenings by the fireplace in the living room is absolutely wonderful. The living room is very spacious, allowing children to watch movies on a projector while adults enjoy drinks—creating a great space where everyone can have their own time. The attention to detail in design was impressive; even looking at the ornaments and paintings displayed was enjoyable. We would love to come back again with friends or a large group! Used with former company colleagues
December We used it with four former colleagues from my previous company. When we opened the entrance, there was a stylish front-like entrance that made us very excited. The interior was very spacious, and since there were many rooms, each of us could use one Room and relax comfortably. What left an impression on me inside was the fireplace; it was really nice. The time spent drinking coffee around the fireplace allowed us to experience something we often see on TV and admire. Outside, there was a sauna where we could also have a bonfire on the deck. Sauna → Cold bath → Relaxing in front of the bonfire This flow was perfect. For dinner, we had the option to choose either indoors or outdoors, but they prepared a barbecue for us on the outdoor wooden deck. The food was exceptionally delicious. Although it was a slightly chilly season, we were able to enjoy it because our bodies were warmed up in the sauna. There was also a projector inside, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to watch anything this time; next time I use it, I'd like to relax while watching movies leisurely. I'd like to visit with my family next time. It's not too far from Tokyo either; I definitely want to use it again. To the person who assisted us that day, Thank you very much!

We used your service during her birthday trip.
◯Property Located about a 2.5-hour drive from central Tokyo towards Maebashi City in Gunma Prefecture. The space with BBQ and sauna features a small stream flowing through it, surrounded by trees. Upon arriving at the Property at 4 PM check-in, we were greeted by one staff member. Afterward, we went through the Property's details (dinner, breakfast, sauna, fireplace, etc.) and checked the Room. Since the Property is a whole building rental, it felt very spacious and open. The interior design was stylish and Instagram-worthy. With a projector available, we could play our favorite music and enjoy the atmosphere—it was super exciting! I wish I had brought my DSLR camera. ◯Sauna The deck sauna, which I was most looking forward to, was amazing. Firewood and fire starters were already set up, and a cold bath was prepared for us. We quickly started the fire before dinner, did three rounds of löyly, and dipped into the cold bath on the wooden deck (hot water is also available). Since it gets dark early in winter, I recommend a 3 PM check-in. The drinks afterward taste even better! Note that as it’s outdoors, swimsuits are required. ◯BBQ Dinner was a BBQ set. You can cook using the outdoor gas stove or the indoor kitchen (equipped with utensils like frying pans). The dressing and BBQ sauce were surprisingly delicious, which was a nice touch! Since the drinks kept flowing, we ran out, but there were bottled beers in the fridge, which we could purchase via PayPay and enjoy immediately. However, as it was a windy day, the gas stove flame kept going out, so having a windscreen would have been helpful. After dinner, we relaxed by watching movies on the projector (Netflix is available), warming up by the fireplace with firewood, soaking in the spacious bath, or enjoying a campfire outside. ◯Summary We had an extraordinary and luxurious day with a private sauna and BBQ in a whole building rental! This time, it was just the two of us, but next time, we plan to bring about five friends to fully enjoy the Property.

We stayed with our family in the latter half of November! The property itself was very lovely, with one Japanese-style room and three Western-style rooms, and the living-dining area was very spacious. Having a Japanese-style room was great since we had small children! We planned to grill our own BBQ for dinner, but a staff member kindly offered to grill for us, allowing the whole family to enjoy a leisurely meal together. Thank you for your help in the cold! We were completely satisfied with the meals, sauna, room, and service! We definitely want to use it again!

We had a truly wonderful time.
We stayed at a lovely Western-style Property with plenty of Rooms, making it perfect for three families. Although we hadn't paid much attention to it on the site, there was a small stream flowing next to the house. We could leisurely enjoy the view from the terrace or the gazebo, allowing us to appreciate not only the beauty of the Property but also the wonderful natural surroundings. It was a peaceful and happy time. We also enjoyed moments with firewood—the fireplace in the spacious hall brought family togetherness, the outdoor bonfire created fun conversations with the children, and the wood-fired sauna offered the joy of building and experiencing a sauna ourselves. That extra effort made for a deeply satisfying and relaxing time for the adults. Although it was just a one-night stay, it truly was a blissful experience. Thank you very much.

Bonfire, Sauna, and Cold Bath
The bonfire and sauna on the wood deck were excellent. From the sauna to the cold bath, then lying down in front of the bonfire to relax. It was a good time to clear my mind while listening to the crackling sound of the firewood. Also, the Room has a good sense of style, creating an atmosphere as if you were overseas. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but both dinner and breakfast were genuinely delicious.

We used it with four families to celebrate my father's 77th birthday!
We stayed with 4 families, including 8 adults, 1 elementary school student, and 2 toddlers, and it was an absolutely fulfilling one-night stay! Even with such a large group, there was plenty of space, and various relaxing areas allowed everyone to have their own spot. The Property offered a mix of Western-style and Japanese-style Rooms, making it easy to unwind. As a family that loves interior design, we were thrilled to see artistic touches everywhere, from the entrance to even the bathrooms, with different colors and designs for each Room, providing constant discoveries and enjoyment. The kids played the piano, everyone enjoyed the projector for gaming, we warmed up in the outdoor bath, and the adults relaxed in the sauna in the morning. It was a space where people of all ages could fully enjoy themselves. Although it rained during the BBQ, the staff kindly set it up indoors, which was very helpful. The portions were so generous that we couldn’t finish everything, so bringing only your favorite items might be a good idea. For breakfast, they prepared two rice cookers for our family, allowing us to make rice balls, and the staff was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Thank you so much! If I had to point out anything, it would be that the bath takes some time to fill up, so if you’re visiting with a large family, it’s better to start filling it early and take turns bathing sooner to avoid delays for the last person. Also, there’s no place to hang clothes in the Japanese-style Room, so you might need to borrow from another Room. Additionally, there are no slippers, so during colder seasons, it might be a good idea to bring your own to keep your feet warm. The concept of not having clocks or TVs to help guests forget about time was very appealing, and it truly allowed us to enjoy our stay without worrying about the time. We’d love to visit every year if possible!
