    I would love to stay here again.

    The view from the Room was excellent, and the Facility offered an ideal sense of privacy. The scent inside the Room was pleasant, and it was clean and comfortable to stay in. There was attention to detail in the amenities and furnishings, with many delightful services throughout the Room. Although I felt a bit uneasy about the phone support on the day, they handled it earnestly. Next time, I think a Plan to spend more relaxing time at the Hotel would be nice. Thank you very much!

    Mid-November use

    We stayed for one night as a couple with two children. The phone service was slightly lacking, but the Room was excellent, and the pool was warm enough for us to enjoy as a family even in November. We also loved relaxing by the poolside at night or early morning while feeling the breeze. With two bedrooms available, it seems suitable for future stays even when our children grow older and need separate Rooms.

    It was an accommodation with a pleasant scent.

    I stayed for 2 nights. The moment I entered, the accommodation smelled nice and had a stylish atmosphere. I was able to fully enjoy Miyako with snorkeling gear and BBQ equipment available for rent! However, when renting the BBQ equipment, the phone support was poor, and instructions were unclear even after asking for the passcode over the phone. This required me to go outside multiple times to confirm things, which took up a lot of time. There were also long hold times on calls, leading to unnecessary delays. Eventually, I resolved it by speaking with another staff member over the phone. For electric scooters, another password was required which meant making another call; however, considering how time-consuming it seemed based on my previous experience with phone support, I decided not to proceed. Since rentals are free for stays of 2 nights or more, it would be helpful if keys could be prepared in advance for such guests. Overall though, I found it good and might consider staying again!

    Great!

    Highlights: Location, Room size - Excellent!!! Drink service Card games Golf set and putting mat for fun Electric scooter available for an additional fee Suggestions: A full-length mirror and cotton swabs would be a nice addition. The bathroom is above average. I’d love to visit again! This time it was just the two of us, but with two bedrooms, it seems like it would be even more enjoyable with four people. Thank you so much!

    Luxurious Room and Pool

    We stayed for 2 nights with 2 people. The spacious Room was clean, featuring an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a private pool outside, and a jacuzzi bath—allowing us to enjoy a completely private and luxurious space. The refrigerator included complimentary drinks (alcohol). The view was excellent, with the ocean visible from the private pool. Unlocking the BBQ set was slightly challenging but we managed to open it successfully! It seems like a space that can be enjoyed by larger groups as well. We would love to stay again on another special occasion.
