    I was very satisfied...

    I was very satisfied with the clean, well-equipped Facility! The instructions were easy to understand, and it was great that I could use the property without any contact with others until checkout!

    The Room was clean, ...

    The Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked—including tableware and insect repellent—which was very helpful! We were told we could enjoy fireworks, and there was also a bucket for putting them out, which made the kids really happy. The sauna was amazing, and we could relax in the outdoor bath without attracting bugs by keeping the main lights off and using only the jacuzzi light. We also heard that if we wrote a Review, we would receive a case of beer—it was already chilled in the fridge, and my husband was delighted with such great service! The Room with a pool wasn’t available this time, so if we have another chance, we’d love to stay in one next time.

    It was very clean!

    We stayed one night to try a villa for the first time. The pool was a great size, and the BBQ area was excellent—it can be used even if it rains! One night felt too short, so we’d like to stay for two nights or more next time.

    It was amazing.

    We stayed with four friends and were extremely satisfied! The entire Accommodation was very clean, and the Facilities—sauna, jacuzzi, and BBQ setup—were well equipped, so we could enjoy ourselves at the villa all day. The beach is also within walking distance, making a morning stroll feel great and letting us fully enjoy a refreshing getaway. The kitchenware and amenities were well stocked, so we had no inconveniences. We’d definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kujukuri!

    This is a repeat stay.

    I happened to stay here when it first opened, and I liked it so much that I immediately made this Reservation. As the name suggests, it’s close to the sea, and the area is quiet, so I was able to relax. Next time, I’d like a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much.

    The room is clean.

    The room was very clean. However, there were many notices and warnings, which made it hard to relax. Given the heat, I felt it was inconsiderate that the air conditioner wasn’t turned on when I arrived.

    Luxurious Space

    The Room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the luxurious space with a sauna and jacuzzi, plus the wooden area where you can enjoy a BBQ—everything was absolutely perfect! There were plenty of clean dishes and cutlery, as well as amenities and towels. We enjoyed the beach, then came back to relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. We also shopped at a nearby fish shop with a great selection and got to enjoy delicious seafood—overall, we were extremely satisfied. The person who assisted us at check-out—possibly the owner—was very kind and wonderful. It became a lovely summer memory for our family friends as well. Thank you!

    Enjoy early summer with your family

    We stayed here for our child’s birthday trip. The Room was very clean, perhaps because it is new. The pool was larger than we expected, and the kids looked like they were having a great time. The sashimi and hors d’oeuvres we ordered as options were also delicious. If I had to mention one thing, we ordered a cake as well, but it was a bit disappointing that we weren’t able to light the candles (we understand concerns such as fire risk). Also, breakfast arrived at 9:00, and we would have been happier if it could have been a little earlier. It’s a surfer town, but there are also strawberry-picking spots nearby, so we’d love to come again from spring through midsummer!

    During the day, we could hear birds singing, and at night, the sound of insects—helping us forget the usual city noise and enjoy a peaceful time. The Facility was new and exceptionally clean—wonderful! With a full set of cooking utensils provided, it was very convenient for preparing our own meals. There were two hair dryers, which felt like a thoughtful touch for female guests.

    It was absolutely wonderful.

    It has just opened, and the space was stylish, spotless, and exactly as shown in the photos. It also comes fully equipped with a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi—perfect for a truly special getaway! One note: on the day we stayed, it took just under two hours to fill the jacuzzi, so if you plan to use it, you may want to start preparing early (it’s usually said to take 30–40 minutes). Also, since you’ll need to restore everything as it was and wash dishes before leaving, bringing paper plates and cups can be convenient if you want to relax until the very end. At checkout they asked for feedback on what could be improved, which made us feel excited about how much better it will become going forward. We’d love to stay again.

    Both the Room and the Facility were clean and comfortable. Detergent was also provided in the laundry area, so we were able to do laundry. We also appreciated that not only dishes were provided, but also a new sponge and dish soap. The sauna was spacious, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. Check-out is at 10:00, so we wished we could take it a bit easier in the morning, but we were told that if we consult in advance, check-in and check-out times can be changed for an additional fee. Next time, we’d like to extend our stay and relax longer. There are plenty of restaurants near the Facility, so finding somewhere to eat is easy. It was a wonderful place just as everyone recommends. We’ll be back again.

    We enjoyed a unique, out-of-the-ordinary experience.

    Overall, it was a very clean and luxurious villa. As it is newly built, the Facility was also new, and having a private pool made it easy to enjoy a true getaway experience. It was also very convenient that there were two showers, two baths, two sinks, and two toilets, making it comfortable to use even with a group. As for the sauna we were looking forward to, perhaps because it was brand new, we felt an irritation in our eyes and nose while using it. Honestly, it was quite disappointing that we couldn’t stay in for long. Regarding the barbecue, they responded quickly despite our last-minute request, which really helped. However, we were told that an advance Reservation is normally required, so we recommend checking in advance if you plan to use it. Because of the nature-surrounded location, we could hear frogs at night, which added to the atmosphere. Overall we were very satisfied with the villa, but we feel it would be even better with some improvements to the sauna.

    The best 1-night, 2-day stay!

    We had a great time relaxing in the sauna and the open-air bath with a jacuzzi! We took the train from Tokyo to stay at UMICHA, and enjoyed the 30-minute walk from Kazusa-Ichinomiya Station to UMICHA while taking in the rural scenery and picking up supplies—it went by in no time, and it was an experience you can’t usually have even within the greater Tokyo area. In the evening, we unwound with a BBQ and sauna, which washed away all our everyday fatigue. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance!

    The only downside was that the outdoor sandals smelled too strongly, and the Room smelled when we entered. Other than that, the Facility and everything else were excellent.

    The sauna was great!

    We visited with four friends mainly for the sauna, and it was excellent. We also made a Reservation for BBQ equipment such as a portable gas stove, but due to Ichinomiya Town regulations, outdoor use is not allowed after 9:00 PM, so you’ll need to plan accordingly. (Since we relaxed in the sauna first, we ended up rushing.) The place was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive—we were very satisfied. It’s a place we would definitely like to visit again.

    Perfectly prepared!

    We stayed here for a three-generation trip with four adults and one 1.5-year-old child. The spacious layout and furniture arrangement made it safe and comfortable even for a small child to move around freely. The Room was bright, clean, and so beautiful that we wished we could live in such a home. Additionally, the abundance of amenities, from tableware to plastic wrap, made our stay more comfortable than being at home. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna I had been looking forward to after a long time! I indulged in five sessions in the evening, night, and morning! Although we set the barrel sauna at 100°C, due to winter's outdoor temperature, the thermometer only reached up to 80°C. Despite this concern about achieving full relaxation ("totoi"), the steam from löyly combined with an ice-cold water bath chilled by outdoor air provided an excellent experience! On windy days like ours, listening to the sounds of trees and grass while relaxing was delightful. The garden faces a wooded area offering privacy which added to our comfort. This Facility is highly recommended for sauna enthusiasts! Recommended Points for Sauna Lovers: - The barrel sauna comes with an anteroom that prevents temperature drops when entering or exiting—especially great during winter or with large groups. - The distance between the sauna and jacuzzi water bath is not too far. - You can directly access the bathroom changing area from the deck. - At night while relaxing post-sauna session under starry skies offers unique experiences like seeing shooting stars falling—a rare treat! - Extra bath towels are provided so you can use fresh ones after your shower post-sauna as well as before bedtime baths. - An on-site vending machine sells Pocari Sweat & Oronamin C by Otsuka Pharmaceutical at reasonable prices. This Facility clearly shows thoughtful design catering specifically towards enjoying saunas! I hope I can visit again someday; until then I'll work hard every day!

    We stayed as three families. Since we had three children aged 0-1, we prioritized a clean accommodation and chose this one based on its excellent reviews. As the reviews mentioned, the cleaning was thorough, and we could use the water facilities and tableware with peace of mind. The floors were so clean that it didn’t bother us at all when the children crawled around. The kitchen was well-equipped with stocked aluminum foil and plastic wrap. The garbage sorting instructions were directly labeled on the bins, making it easy to understand at a glance. The barrel sauna was impressive, and the jacuzzi-equipped cold bath was spacious and enjoyable. At check-out, we met a staff member who was very kind and wonderful to interact with. This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way—it’s truly fantastic! With well-prepared facilities and cleanliness at this price range, we were extremely satisfied. We would love to stay here again!

    Perfect!

    We stayed as a group of 8 friends for a barbecue and overnight stay. Although we were initially unsure if the place would look as nice as the photos, everything from the interior to the balcony was clean, well-built, and spotless—no hair or dust anywhere. We appreciated thoughtful touches like having cling wrap and aluminum foil available, as well as an ample supply of towels. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were impressively modern and easy to use, comparable to those in a brand-new apartment. The manager was very friendly and attentive. We would love to stay here again! Thank you for offering such affordable accommodation even during peak season!

    I had a relaxing stay.

    We had a very relaxing stay. There were frogs in the garden, and my child enjoyed watching them while taking a bath. The location is close to the sea, which we also enjoyed. The sashimi we ordered was very delicious, and we could relax completely. The Room was very quiet, allowing us to sleep soundly. The manager was also very kind and helpful.

    Sauna is amazing!

    Thanks to the clear navigation provided via email beforehand, we arrived smoothly. (The vending machine was a great landmark!) The interior is stylish, and above all, the sauna is spacious and clean—everyone used it multiple times. The proximity of the kitchen made it very convenient for barbecues. It was our first time staying in a single-story type accommodation, but it was more than spacious enough for three generations to relax comfortably! We would love to stay here again!

    It was my first time staying here, and it was clean, spacious, and absolutely fantastic. The interior was beautiful, and the quality of the sauna and barbecue facilities was excellent.
