    I was moved by the setting sun.

    We checked in early in the evening, and the breathtaking view immediately caught our eyes. As time passed, the sea and sky kept changing, and we never got tired of watching them—we enjoyed it from the garden bench and the deck chairs. Even though it was midsummer under the blazing sun, it felt cool and comfortable outside, perhaps because of the elevation above sea level. We also enjoyed an outdoor BBQ and a campfire. The BBQ portion was more than enough for four adults, and the meat was high quality and delicious. The Facility was also very clean, easy to use, and comfortable. We came to love Kochi even more. Thank you very much.

    It was comfortable.

    It was our first time traveling as three households with a large group, so we chose the private option. We weren’t sure how much would be provided, but everything we could possibly need was there, and it was incredibly easy to use—so comfortable. The moment we arrived, everyone kept saying “Amazing,” and the kids were thrilled. The pool in summer was fantastic. For the night pool, some insects do come by—and even a rhinoceros beetle came for a swim. We’ll definitely be back.

    We had a simple, fun...

    We had a simple, fun, and refreshing stay. The sauna was more authentic than we expected, and the pool and BBQ area were clean. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. It was an amazing one-night stay that made us want to come back again.

    Vast Sky and Sea

    This was my third stay, following visits in June and December 2025. This time, I lay back on a deck chair and fully enjoyed watching the blue sky and changing clouds. At Tei in Teuchi, you can overlook the entire coastline of Tosa Bay and Kochi City, but this place is all about the sea and sky right in front of you, making the vast sky, horizon, and Pacific Ocean stand out—an amazing holiday. I also always enjoy the hard-to-find “Shimanto Pork” shabu-shabu. Having a water purifier is also very helpful. Only 1 hour 20 minutes from Tokyo—I’m already looking forward to coming back.

    Family Trip

    Bathed in Sunset Glow Reservation We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed a wonderful sunset. We had shabu-shabu, and the special ponzu sauce was so delicious that we used it on everything. Although we were initially worried about not encountering staff until arrival, the efficient system worked perfectly, allowing us to relax and enjoy quality family time. We would love to use this service again!

    Sea, sea, and sky.

    Second visit following June. A breathtaking 240-degree ocean view right in front of you. Endless sea and sky. Enjoyed delicious Shimanto pork shabu-shabu. Lit the Hokster wood stove at the center pillar for warmth, and had a comfortable getaway just over an hour from Tokyo. Looking forward to visiting again in May!

    I felt reassured wit...

    I felt reassured with the advance email and on-the-day guidance from the accommodation! The shabu-shabu dinner was very delicious. The hotel was clean, and being slightly away from the city center made it quiet and very pleasant.

    It was the best anniversary ever.

    The villa was absolutely stunning and lifted our spirits the moment we arrived! We received a courteous phone call with detailed explanations before check-in, which made us feel at ease during our stay. The interior was beautiful, and we especially loved the location where we could enjoy a panoramic L-shaped view of the garden and the sea! The meals were delicious as well. My partner and I are already planning to come back here next year. It truly became a memorable anniversary for us. Thank you so much!

    I had a relaxing time.

    I stayed for two nights, enjoyed great weather, and felt completely relaxed. Aki town offers a variety of delicious local ingredients, with plenty of bakeries and sweet shops, making it an ideal place to stay.

    I had a great time!

    We visited right after the New Year for a 2-night, 3-day family trip. The wonderful facilities and scenery left our entire family very satisfied. The sunset and starry sky visible from the room were among the best we've ever seen. The meals were also very delicious, and the portions were just right. Next time, we would love to visit during a season when we can enjoy the pool.

    The wood-burning stove is amazing!! Don't miss the stars in the night sky.

    The location is perfect, and you must see the sunset sinking into the horizon from here!!! The sunrise is not on the horizon, but you can see it rising from the mountainside. The Facility is top-notch, and I was delighted with the first wood stove, continuously adding logs and watching the fire. The garden is spacious, and if dogs are allowed, I would love to bring mine along. It was a Property I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Also, it would have been nice to have fabric softener and coffee filters.

    Excellent location

    We had a great time with the wonderful ocean view as shown in the photos. It was very warm with just the fireplace, and the flickering flames were beautiful. We were also able to see many stars, which was nice. We would definitely like to stay again.
