  Excellent!!

  Stayed with four colleagues, making a group of five men. The sauna was authentic and spacious enough for all five of us! The temperature was high, and self-pouring löyly was available. Since there was no cold plunge pool, we filled the jacuzzi with water to use instead, but the water temperature felt a bit warm and less satisfying. Other than that, everything was perfect! The pool was enjoyable, and the barbecue grill was user-friendly and convenient. We also had fun with karaoke. The beds were soft and comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. Would love to stay here again!

  It was a wonderful facility!

  The sauna, heated pool, kitchen, and other Facility amenities were wonderful! However, as others have mentioned in their Reviews, I didn’t realize there was a separate PIN in addition to the check-in code. Since there were no instructions for the Facility, I had to contact you multiple times. Although the place had been cleaned, there was a large bag of trash from the previous guest left near the sink on the second floor. The contents were visible, which made me feel uncomfortable... It was disappointing because I was really looking forward to my stay. Thank you.

  Thank you very much for staying with us. We also sincerely apologize that you felt uneasy or uncomfortable after your arrival. We are truly sorry that our check-in instructions were unclear and that contacting us felt like an inconvenience. We will review and revise our guidance to make it clearer and easier to understand. Regarding your comment that “trash was left” near the sink on the second floor, our Accommodation conducts a final inspection of each room and takes record photos immediately before check-in, and we have confirmed by photo that there was no trash or similar items in the area in question. Of course, we take seriously the fact that something during your stay made you feel uncomfortable; however, based on our management records, we were unable to confirm the reported issue. We deeply regret that we did not fully meet your expectations and that your stay was not as satisfying as it should have been. We will continue striving to provide better service, and we would be grateful if you would consider staying with us again should another opportunity arise.

  Looking forward to summer!

  We enjoyed the sauna and pool right in front of the ocean. With everything, including the bath, perfectly equipped, we felt no lack of anything. It got slightly chilly in the mornings and evenings, so having floor heating like other group facilities would have been even better, but it was still very comfortable overall. Thank you!
