  The owner couple is wonderful.

  We stayed for two nights this time. Just like last time, the owner couple welcomed us from the moment we arrived, and we were happy that they even remembered our dog’s name. After arriving, our dog was unusually running around in the dog run (he usually doesn’t run there, haha). He may have been delighted with the spacious, beautifully maintained garden. The Room floor isn’t slippery either, so it was great that our dog could walk around freely. Since we stayed for two nights, dinner was prepared by a different chef each day. Both chefs’ dishes were absolutely delicious—we were very satisfied. With such wonderful owners, a quiet Room where we could truly relax, a large garden, and incredibly tasty food, this is an outstanding Hotel. Highly recommended for anyone who has a dog. We’ll be back again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

  Heartwarming Hospitality

  We stayed here as a family to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday and an early birthday party for my younger sister. They prepared a lovely birthday card and a whole cake topped with plenty of fruit, which made both my mother and sister very happy! The house was extremely clean, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable. The private chef was also very friendly and carefully accommodated our requests in advance. We could truly feel the owners’ commitment to putting guests’ comfort first. Thank you so much.

  We had the best stay.

  Enjoying Lenoma Hotel

  Sorry for posting again. We visit about once a month, and here are our impressions from our May stay. Our main purpose is to let our dogs run freely, and this time we were once again impressed by how well the lawn is maintained. The grass had grown lush and green, and the ground felt wonderfully soft underfoot. There was a light misty rain early in the morning, yet our dogs’ paws didn’t get dirty at all. We rarely see a garden (dog run) cared for to this level. This season, we often struggle with weeds that produce burrs that cling to a dog’s coat, but there were none anywhere on the property—so we can let our dogs play with complete peace of mind. This time, the private chef was Mr. H. As always, he delighted us with truly delicious dishes—meals that stay in your memory and make you think, “I want to eat that again.” Also, the complimentary bottle of wine you can choose from the wine cooler is a winner no matter which one you pick. There are many sightseeing spots around Lenoma Hotel, so driving out or taking a walk nearby also sounds fun—but for us, once we arrive at Lenoma Hotel, our greatest pleasure is simply to relax and do nothing. We believe how comfortable each stay feels is thanks to the owners’ warm personalities and genuine hospitality. Thank you very much again for taking such great care of us during this visit as well.

  The owner couple are warm and wonderful.

  We stayed here during Golden Week. We were amazed at how huge the garden was. We have a small dog, so it didn’t really run around much, though. We were very happy with the Plan where a private chef comes to prepare dinner. The Room was clean, and having two bedrooms made it very convenient.

  Fun time with the family

  We were warmly welcomed by the wonderful owner couple. Our dog can be a bit timid and often hesitates at regular dog parks, but here they had a very large dog run all to themselves and happily ran around and played. The interior was beautifully coordinated in lovely colors, and our whole family was able to relax and enjoy our meals at a leisurely pace. There were also Facilities nearby that we could use with our dog, making it a convenient location for sightseeing as well. This time we made a Reservation without meals, and since we planned to buy local vegetables and cook them ourselves, we stopped by a shop before arriving at the Hotel, but there wasn’t much available, which was disappointing. However, the next morning the owner kindly showed us a nearby farmers’ market where we were happy to buy plenty of items including unusual vegetables as well as fruit. After returning home, we gathered around the table with vegetables as the main dishes and enjoyed them—they were very fresh and delicious. Thank you so much to the owner couple for their warm hospitality and for taking such great care of us.

  Recommended for families with children! A hidden spot you’ll want to share only with friends.

  We stayed for one night in January with our dog and our preschool-aged child. Just as many other guests have written, everything was outstanding. As mentioned in the title, the spacious garden was perfect for both our child and dog to run around, and the Room had a large wall-mounted TV—so when the adults wanted a break, we could let our child watch videos on their favorite apps and relax. Living in an apartment, we don’t usually get to see our dog’s sparkling high jumps like that, or how thrilled our child was running up the stairs to the second-floor bedroom—it was truly wonderful to watch. The house was impeccably clean down to every detail, and during our stay I must have thought about 100 times how amazing it would be to live in a home like this. The visiting Italian dinner service at night was even more delicate and refined than expected, and we finished the orange wine in no time. Since this was a winter trip, we would love to return again in a warmer season.

  What We Love About Lenoma Hotel

  I am confident that there is no better accommodation than Lenoma Hotel for safely letting large dogs play, and I visit once a month. While there are other accommodations with clean dog runs, walking to the dog run on a leash from the room can be stressful when passing by other dogs. Additionally, due to the size of large dogs, accidents in the dog run are also a concern. Even accommodations with private dog runs often have restrictions such as being off-limits at night (likely due to complaints from neighbors about noise), limited space, or wood chips on the ground that get tangled in coats. It has been difficult to find an accommodation that meets all our needs until we discovered Lenoma Hotel. Here, you can open your door and let your dog play freely in the garden 24/7, and their facilities designed for dogs are outstanding—truly 100 out of 100 points. As I mentioned in my previous review, Lenoma's dining quality is exceptional. The elaborate dishes prepared by visiting chefs and a complimentary bottle of wine of your choice are highlights for us humans (the owners). Each time features a different chef offering unique culinary experiences. While some chefs are local, this time Chef K traveled over an hour from Saitama to serve us. With "beautifully delicious fun happiness" as his theme, Chef K delivered exactly that through his vibrant and exquisite dishes. Thank you for such a delightful experience!

  It was comfortable!

  This was our second stay. Once again, the owner greeted us with a warm smile, and as soon as we arrived, even our dog tried to enter the house as if it were home. Our 1-year-old grandchild and dog enjoyed running freely in the spacious garden, while the adults had fun playing catch and blowing bubbles. Dinner was prepared by the same chef as last time, and everything was absolutely delicious—we were completely satisfied! The selection of wines was also excellent. This time, we stayed during New Year's with our entire family gathered together, and we were able to relax comfortably at our own pace. While there seem to be more options for renting entire properties these days, what makes LENOMA HOTEL stand out is the owner's thoughtful hospitality that makes you feel truly welcome! It became a wonderful family memory for us. Thank you very much!

  Dining at Lenoma Hotel

  Lenoma Hotel, first visited in September 2025 to let our sighthounds run freely and safely, has now become a favorite with this being our third visit. As mentioned in previous reviews, the natural grass garden is stunning, and the indoor comfort is exceptional. However, the highlight for us humans is undoubtedly the dinner at Lenoma Hotel. Each time, a different chef prepares meals in your room, ensuring that no two dining experiences are ever alike. During our first visit, we enjoyed a vegetable-rich course; on our second visit, it was a seafood-focused menu featuring local fish; and this time, we were treated to "Seasonal Italian Cuisine" by a chef who once ran a restaurant in Toyama. The dishes not only had incredible flavors and aromas but also featured beautifully arranged edible flowers on every plate—an absolute feast for all senses. Being able to enjoy such unique and delicious meals while staying comfortably dressed in loungewear is simply unbeatable. What kind of cuisine will we get to enjoy next time? We humans look forward to that while our dogs eagerly anticipate their runs—we’ll definitely be back again. At night, the Christmas tree lights up romantically.   No problem even on rainy days!

  Saturday brought morning rain, and Sunday was forecasted for heavy rain with thunder... On such a moody-weather weekend, we revisited Lenoma Hotel with our four sighthounds. During our first visit in September, we were completely charmed by the comfortable Room, delicious meals, and the spacious natural grass garden. Thinking that a little rain wouldn’t be an issue for running around, we decided to visit again—and indeed, it wasn’t a problem at all! As soon as we arrived, the four dogs leapt out of the car and dashed into the garden like rockets. Although their bodies got wet from the rain, their paws stayed clean thanks to the beautifully maintained grass. It was truly impressive! The lawn is designed with sand underneath for excellent drainage; even though it rained quite a bit overnight, there were no puddles at all. After drying off in our Room with towels and taking short breaks indoors, they happily returned to run around in the garden repeatedly. Even in rainy weather, they had an amazing time! For dinner, a visiting chef prepared exquisite dishes using fresh ingredients from Miura. While being watched intently by our dogs’ eager eyes, we enjoyed these delightful meals in a relaxed atmosphere—it felt incredibly luxurious. We are deeply grateful to the owners for their thoughtful hospitality that made this wonderful weekend so enjoyable for both humans and dogs alike. Thank you very much!

  A Dream Home for Dog Owners

  We visited Lenoma Hotel after seeing it recommended on Instagram, wanting to let our four sighthounds run freely. As expected from their website and Instagram, the place exceeded all our expectations. It’s a dream accommodation for dog owners, filled with thoughtful touches and dedication by the owners who live with large dogs themselves. First, safety. There is a gate between the road and parking area, so once you close it, you can safely let your dogs out of the car immediately. Opening the gate to the garden reveals lush natural grass. Considering this summer's heat, maintaining such excellent grass condition must have been quite challenging—kudos to the owners for their effort! The dogs had an absolute blast running around joyfully. Next, comfort. The flooring on the first floor of the house is made of tiles that were carefully selected by the owner after testing about 100 types. These tiles are non-slip for dogs but still comfortable for humans wearing slippers or socks—a perfect balance that’s kind to both pets and people. The furniture, appliances, kitchenware, and tableware are all high-quality items chosen with care, making it easy to relax comfortably in your room. And finally, gourmet dining. While meals are often not included in accommodations offering private rentals like this one, here a chef comes over to prepare warm dishes for you! The well-balanced and delicious meals were so good we couldn’t help but overeat. As someone who owns multiple large dogs and has visited several dog-friendly accommodations around Kanto looking for safe places where my dogs can run freely—this place stands out as exceptional both indoors and outdoors—for both pets and humans alike! I kept saying throughout our stay how much I wanted to live at Lenoma Hotel! It was an amazing stay—thank you very much!

  The Ideal Home

  We stayed with our family of four and one dog. Having visited a nearby dog café several times in the past, we were already familiar with the location, which is situated in a very charming area that feels almost like it's not in Japan. The first thing that stands out is the spacious garden—it's so large that it feels like having just one dog there is almost wasteful! The building itself, both exterior and interior, is beautiful and feels like an ideal home. The meals prepared by the private chef were delicious, and since we had never had the chance to use such a service before, it gave us a bit of a luxurious experience that lifted our family's spirits. Additionally, we could feel the thoughtful hospitality of the owners throughout our stay, making it an incredibly satisfying accommodation experience. We would love to visit again during another (cooler) season!

  Obon Holiday

  We stayed for the second time with our family of four and our beloved dog. This time, we enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay, allowing us to relax and forget about daily life. The garden lawn was well-maintained, and both our dog and children happily ran around. For dinner, we indulged in a full-course meal prepared by the same private chef as last time, enjoying it at our own pace without worrying about others—an experience that left us completely satisfied. We are grateful for the owner's thoughtful hospitality and would love to stay again if given the opportunity.

  The Best Birthday Party

  This is my second stay. I used it last year for my children's birthday party, and this year I made an early reservation!! Simply put, it's the best. First, the impeccably clean room. A large and beautiful sofa that can seat four large dogs. My favorite feature of the room is the flooring material!! My dog has long fur and usually slips even on "non-slip" floors, but this floor truly doesn't slip!! I can let my beloved dog roam freely without worry. My favorite part of Renoma Hotel is the spacious lawn with well-maintained soft grass. My dogs, who love to run, get completely exhausted from running around here. Watching them run while listening to my favorite music from the terrace—it's pure happiness. Unfortunately, it was forecasted to rain during our stay this time—on and off showers with occasional heavy downpours. Since we were looking forward to using the lawn, we were disappointed by the weather forecast at first. However, even if there was just an hour-long break in rain, it dried so quickly that people could sit on the grass! The excellent drainage amazed me!! Thanks to discovering more great aspects of Renoma Hotel this time as well, we had a fantastic birthday party again! We'll definitely be back next year for another birthday celebration at Renoma Hotel!!

  The perfect vacation home awaits you here.

  Repeat visit! We used the venue again this year for a birthday party for our beloved dog's siblings. The lovely owners of Lenoma Hotel were incredibly helpful, making it a truly wonderful and memorable day. We hope to come back again next year! The space is as amazing as ever—luxurious yet relaxing, stylish yet functional. And best of all, the dog run is right outside the door! The soft and beautiful grass is gentle on paws and stays clean even in rainy weather—a huge plus, especially for long-haired breeds. The dogs had so much fun playing freely with big smiles on their faces, while we owners could relax and enjoy watching them without worrying about dirt or cleanup. It was perfect!

  Ultimate Hospitality

  This was my second visit, and I was thrilled to find that the catering meals had been upgraded to a full-course menu by a private chef, offering an extraordinary experience! The freshly prepared dishes were absolutely delicious, made with local fresh ingredients and free from chemical seasonings. The Facility also showed thoughtful attention to detail, with well-maintained lawns and plants in the garden.   Relaxed with my beloved dog.

  The neighboring and opposite shops are cafes with dog runs, but here you can enjoy a spacious private garden with natural grass. Even our senior dog, who doesn't get along well with other dogs, was able to relax comfortably. It felt like staying in a luxurious home, and cooking for ourselves added to the enjoyable experience.

  Both dogs and people were very satisfied!

  A beautiful standalone house equipped with appliances like Bermuda and Dyson, making for a very comfortable stay. Despite the rain in the morning, the spacious dog run had excellent drainage, allowing us to enjoy running around by the afternoon. Above all, the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay truly pleasant. When we mentioned in advance that it was a celebratory stay, they prepared thoughtful touches like cake and wine for us. The dinner prepared by a private chef was absolutely delicious and highly satisfying. Even after check-out, they guided us to a local vegetable shop and shared helpful sightseeing information—such kindness was greatly appreciated. This time we stayed as a family, but next time we would love to visit again with our dog-loving friends! Thank you for providing such a comfortable and wonderful experience!

  Highly satisfied!

  Before our eldest daughter's wedding, this was our last family trip together (4 members + an elderly toy poodle). The Facility and amenities were excellent, but above all, the owner's thoughtful hospitality could be felt everywhere, making our stay very pleasant. Thank you very much. Including nearby facilities, this area is highly recommended for families with dogs. We would love to visit again.

  Spacious and comfortable Room with a kind owner

  We stayed at this accommodation with our beloved dog to celebrate a special occasion. The first thing that caught our eye was the spacious natural grass dog run! It's large enough for even big dogs to run around freely. The room had a stylish gray-themed design and featured non-slip flooring, making it safe for energetic dogs. We opted for the dinner-included plan, where a rotating guest chef prepares meals in your room. During our stay, we enjoyed a French course meal! We were also treated to one complimentary bottle of natural wine sourced from a local winery, which perfectly complemented the meal. Both the food and wine were exceptional. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It was such an amazing accommodation that we can't wait to visit again! Next time, we’d love to enjoy a multiple night stay at this wonderful place. Thank you so much!

  We were able to spend a relaxing time with our family.

  I stayed with my family and our two beloved dogs. Our large dogs had a great time running around and playing in the spacious natural grass garden. They were so happy that even when they came inside, they immediately wanted to go back outside. Near the Hotel, there are many delicious options like cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and Marlowe's pudding. One of our dogs is not comfortable around strangers, so we didn't order catering and cooked for ourselves instead. We still had a wonderful time, especially with the lovely tableware provided that made us feel like we were experiencing something extraordinary. However, since seasonings are not provided, it would be good for those who plan to cook to bring their own. Since it's a whole house rental, we could play freely from early morning without worrying about others and enjoyed a very fulfilling time. Thank you very much. The hospitality of the owner couple was also wonderful; we had such an enjoyable time thanks to them. Most importantly, our dogs seemed so happy that we'd love to come back again.

  Spent a luxurious time with my beloved dog.

  We stayed at the property to celebrate our dog's recovery from a leg injury. Although our dog can play now, interaction with other dogs is still not allowed, so the exclusive one-group-per-day policy was very appealing and we decided on this place! Everything is dog-first, and the incredibly spacious garden is luxurious! (It's almost too much for just one dog...) We would love to visit again when it gets warmer and the grass turns green!

  We had a wonderful time with our beloved dog!

  I stayed with my two older sister Golden Retrievers at the property. Since it was close to home, we met at Enoshima around noon, enjoyed lunch and a walk, and chose a plan without meals, so we bought ingredients at Hayama Station near the hotel and visited leisurely. The owner couple had already opened the gate and were waiting for us, and while they were explaining various things about the hotel, we ran around the spacious lawn garden... Inside the hotel, there were non-slip floor materials and chic furniture arranged in a way that dogs wouldn't bump into them, along with numerous amenities for dogs... It was a very dog-first hotel where we could relax and forget the time until late at night. As mentioned in other guests' reviews, there are cooking utensils available, so you won't have any trouble cooking for yourself. It was a wonderful hotel where you could spend a relaxing time with your beloved dog with delicious local fish and sake. Next time, I definitely want to have a multiple night stay, which is the strongest impression. I will visit again! *Since it was the Christmas season, we were welcomed with a Christmas tree in the living room and a lovely wreath at the hotel entrance.

  Thank you for your patronage.

  We stayed for one night with our family of four and our dog. We traveled by car, but the location was a bit difficult to find, and we got a little lost. It is more like a beautiful house than a Hotel. There is no washing machine, but the kitchen is well-equipped with facilities, tableware, and cooking utensils. The bedrooms and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of dog supplies, but I wish there were more amenities for us. The meal was catered by a visiting chef, and it was a course meal that was very elaborate and delicious. It was great to enjoy such a meal indoors with our dog, as there are not many restaurants like this. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude for the owner's thoughtful hospitality. We look forward to staying again if we have the opportunity.

  Reunion in an Extraordinary Space

  The owner's hospitality is wonderful at this property. You can feel the attention to guests everywhere, and it made me feel warm. The living room is unified with luxurious interiors, and there are two bedrooms with different Japanese and Western designs. The atmosphere and sense are exceptionally good, and we chose each bedroom to use. The sleeping comfort was also excellent. It is in a good location with access to the scenic Tateishi Coast in Kanagawa, and there are cafes and restaurants around the villa, so we had no trouble with meals, but the catered meals were very delicious. We chose an additive-free red wine from the wine cellar as a complimentary bottle. It paired very well with the meal, allowing us to enjoy an elegant and fulfilling time. The time spent with old friends in an extraordinary space, forgetting the everyday, became something special. This is the privilege of a property limited to one group. We held a Mölkky tournament in the well-maintained vast lawn garden. It was luxurious to be able to use such a large garden exclusively, and there was a satisfaction that could not be obtained elsewhere without any hesitation. Since it is a property where you can stay with pets, I felt that the support care for pets was thorough. In addition to amenities for dogs, there are non-slip floors, a spacious living room flow, and a dog-exclusive pool on the porch outside the entrance. We are talking about planning a girls' party with dogs next time.
