  Options Information

  We stayed from 9/7 to 9/9. The garden (dog run) was spacious and nice, but it was a bit disappointing that the weeds had grown slightly. However, our dogs were thrilled running around! Additionally, the BBQ equipment we requested as an option and amenities for our three dogs were not prepared, so we contacted the manager. Until they arrived, we had trouble with our dogs' toilet needs and couldn't prepare dinner in the evening, which was a bit unfortunate. The Facility itself was truly clean and well-equipped—absolutely excellent!

  Thank you very much for staying with us from September 7th to 9th. We sincerely appreciate your honest feedback. We apologize for not meeting your expectations regarding the garden (dog run) due to overgrown weeds. However, we are relieved to hear that your dogs seemed to enjoy their time there. On the other hand, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused by our failure to prepare BBQ equipment and amenities for three dogs, as well as the delay in staff arrival, which disrupted preparations for meals and restroom use. These oversights are unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for causing inconvenience during such an important time right after your arrival. Despite these issues, we are truly grateful for your high evaluation of our facility's cleanliness and equipment. We take this matter seriously and will promptly review our preparation and inspection processes while strengthening management of the dog run area. Thank you again for sharing your valuable opinions with us. Should we have another opportunity to welcome you in the future, we will strive to ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your stay.

  Dog-friendly

  This dog-friendly accommodation made our trip very comfortable. The garden was spacious, and the dogs seemed to enjoy it! The flooring was non-slip, which gave us peace of mind. Everything we needed, including tableware, was provided, making two nights feel too short. However, there were no treats prepared for the dogs. Next time, we’d love to stay for about a week. We look forward to visiting again!
