    This is my third visit.

    This was our third stay at Roof Yureya. No matter how many times we visit, the warm hospitality never changes, and it truly puts us at ease. The staff’s sense of distance is just right, and it feels so comforting—like coming home. Above all, the greatest charm is being able to spend plenty of “family time” that you could never experience at a Hotel. Instead of splitting up into separate Rooms, we can gather around the irori hearth, relax on the veranda, take a bath whenever we like, and enjoy the sauna or fireworks whenever we want. It’s a truly luxurious space where conversation naturally flows. We also appreciated being able to leave meals to the staff, which helped us forget the busyness of everyday life and spend unhurried time together as a family once again. We’d love to visit again in another season. Thank you as always for such a wonderful stay.

    Perfect for Family Trips! Special Accommodation to Enjoy with Your Kids

    This was my first time using the "Ruuf" series, which I had been curious about for a while. Since we have a 2.5-year-old child, we chose the child-friendly accommodation "Ruuf Yura no Ie." Upon arrival, I was amazed by the variety of toys and amenities for children. With almost no steps or uneven surfaces, our child could safely run around and play freely. The bath was very clean, with tatami mats covering the entire floor to prevent slipping, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing bath together with peace of mind. Outside, there is a sauna and cold bath, as well as an opportunity to enjoy a campfire at night. Although the campfire is limited until 9 PM, we were also able to enjoy fireworks, which delighted our child immensely. The room featured a projector and screen where we played children's videos while spending special family time together in comfort. For dinner, we chose sukiyaki made mostly with ingredients from Chiba Prefecture—showcasing their commitment to local produce—and it was absolutely delicious. During dinner, staff members kindly entertained our child so that my spouse and I could enjoy a rare moment of dining together at ease. While I'd love to visit other "Ruuf" accommodations in the future, this wonderful accommodation makes me want to stay here again while our child is still young!

    A cozy and welcoming atmosphere, just like home.

    We chose "Luufu Yura no Ie" for a colleague's first trip with their newborn. Having stayed here before, we were impressed by the concept of an accommodation where even families with infants can stay comfortably, so we decided to return. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us with everything from meal times to cleanup and preparing the bedding. Thanks to their flexibility, both families could relax without worrying about others around us. The amenities for infants (diapers, toys, beds, baby monitors, etc.) are excellent, making it a truly wonderful accommodation for those traveling with children. While the kids enjoyed themselves in the living room, we took turns using the sauna and cold bath; after they went to bed, we had a relaxing adult-only time by the campfire—an amazing experience! Unlike regular accommodations where guests often spend time separately in their rooms and only briefly interact during meals or after bathing, this vacation rental offers an unparalleled opportunity to enjoy quality time together under one roof. We would love to stay here again!

    Traditional Japanese House for Relaxation

    This traditional Japanese house, available for private rental, provided a relaxing retreat for our family. While the exterior has a nostalgic charm, the interior is beautifully renovated with soft and soothing colors that immediately made us feel at ease. The rooms are open and spacious with minimal steps and no partitions, creating a sense of openness. The highlight was definitely the bath. It was spacious with an elegant design, featuring tatami flooring that was neither slippery nor cold—perfect for multiple relaxing baths. There’s also a sauna where we enjoyed sweating it out before cooling off in the outdoor water bath. Sitting on the deck chairs under the night sky or watching the flames of a bonfire offered moments of tranquility and escape from daily life. Just a 3-minute walk away is the beach, perfect for clam digging or swimming in summer—it seems like an ideal spot year-round! A wood stove is also installed, making it cozy during colder seasons while enjoying both sauna sessions and warmth from the stove. This place truly offers something special in every season! The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to our positive experience. The bedroom was spacious as well, equipped with a screen projector—great for movie nights! Although we didn’t get to watch movies this time as we focused on enjoying the bath, sauna, and bonfire instead, I can imagine how fun it would be to stay here with friends for movie nights filled with conversations and laughter. It was wonderful to step away from our busy routines and enjoy slow-paced moments here!

    We stayed as a group...

    We stayed as a group of 4 adults and 2 children (0 years old + 2 years old). The plan we chose was the "Sukiyaki Course with Dinner and Breakfast." Since traveling with small children often means not being able to fully relax at hotels or ryokans, we usually look for vacation rentals. This time, our trip's theme was "First Journey with Our Child," so we stayed one night at Yurinoya, which perfectly matched this concept. Although it is based on a traditional Japanese house, the facility and interior were very clean and spacious, filled with thoughtful touches that showed the owner's love for children. In particular, the kitchen area was equipped with everything parents would appreciate during their travels: sterilization tools, bottle brushes for easy cleaning of baby bottles, an electric kettle, and more. From meal preparation to setting up futons, everything was taken care of by the staff. After meals, there was no need to wash dishes—just place them back in a box—allowing us to fully enjoy our time at the accommodation. I believe my wife also found it to be a truly relaxing experience. From a popular sauna to non-slip tatami-style bathrooms and shallow baths for kids filled with rubber duck toys—the attention to detail made it an exceptional stay! The staff were incredibly friendly as well; this accommodation had such a wonderful concept that we'd love to visit again. We're aiming to visit all accommodations in the Ruuf series!

    The best Vacation Rental I've ever had!

    We stayed with two adults and two children (3-year-old and 2-year-old boys)! Dinner and breakfast included! It was the best vacation rental we've ever been to! The room was open and stylish on one floor, with no unnecessary items and few steps. We didn't have to worry about breaking anything, and we could keep an eye on the kids. There were many points that made me feel this property understands the feelings of parents with children! The bath was also quite spacious, almost like a pool, which might be an exaggeration, but our kids enjoyed it that much! They played for over an hour after entering! (It's non-slip, so that's a reassuring point) The food was incredibly delicious. When we used it as a couple with children, the staff helped us only during meals, so we could enjoy our meals at a leisurely pace! It was also very appreciated that we could leave the dishes as they were... We had a truly wonderful time with all the thoughtful services! There's also a sauna, so it's recommended for those who want to relax! The bonfire was also nice! It was truly a wonderful property that we definitely want to use again! Thank you again!
