    We stayed at Bianco ...

    We stayed at Bianco last year, so this year we chose Nero. Last year it rained at times, but this year we had great weather, so we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi from check-in onward. The BBQ meat was very tender and delicious. Both the staff and the Yamato delivery driver were very kind, making it an unforgettable experience—thank you so much. Our children had been looking forward to it for a long time, so we’re really glad we stayed here again this year. We will stay again.

    Third Summer

    Each year our group grows, and this year five of us stayed. As always, the service and phone support were consistently excellent. Thank you again this year for your thoughtful hospitality. We all had a wonderful time—thank you very much. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

    It was very comfortable.

    Although it was rainy and windy that day, our stay was very comfortable. The place was spotless and well maintained, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

    It was a wonderful place to make summer memories!

    Staying here was truly the right choice for making summer memories with our elementary school-aged children. On the first day, we even used the night pool and enjoyed ourselves from morning to night. On the second day, it rained in the morning but cleared up around noon, so we were able to have fun from midday. Because it had rained, there were a lot of bugs at night, so we couldn’t use the night pool or jacuzzi, which was disappointing. However, on checkout morning we enjoyed the pool until the very last minute and ended up slightly past checkout time, but the staff were very kind and didn’t mind at all. For meals, we only used the BBQ grill and planned to buy ingredients nearby, but there was nothing around—so I regretted not using the meal option. We were worried about having enough towels because of the pool, but there were more than enough provided, and we really enjoyed summer! There was also a lot of trash from our kids’ toy packaging; when we told a staff member, they kindly said they would dispose of it for us. Thanks to that, we had a pleasant trip right until the end! We’d love to come back again next year.

    OC Awaji was perfect for creating summer memories!

    This was my first time using this service. First of all, I was completely satisfied with everything!! The staff at check-in and check-out were very polite, efficient, and friendly. The Room and pool were impeccably clean and sparkling! Spending time in a stylish and clean Room during the trip felt luxurious and greatly appreciated. The pool was large enough for adults to swim comfortably, allowing both adults and children to enjoy it fully in the evening as well as in the morning. During this season, the evenings became slightly cooler, making it perfect to spend an amazing time by the poolside with a view of the ocean. We visited as two families with friends this time, and having two clean bedrooms along with a lovely living room where we could all have fun together while still maintaining privacy at night for stress-free sleep was highly appreciated by me. Thank you for preparing everything perfectly despite the heat to welcome us warmly. I would love to use your service again when I want to spend another luxurious time!

    Second stay

    Second Visit We were remembered, and my daughter was delighted. The weather was perfect, making it an ideal day for the pool. As always, we are grateful for the kindness of both the phone support staff and on-site staff. Thank you for creating wonderful memories again this year. We look forward to visiting again next year!

    Recommended for summer pool use

    I visited in July and enjoyed the outdoor private pool. The pool had a good depth and size, along with a jacuzzi, a connected bath, deck chairs, and more. Additionally, the ocean view from every Room was stunning. However, the distance to neighboring areas is close, so voices can be heard and visibility should be noted. While the Facility is well-equipped, it offers more of a cozy home-like atmosphere rather than a luxurious feel.

    This was my first time using it. It is very close to the interchange and has a great view. The staff were friendly, and the Room was very clean and well-maintained.

    Summer Vacation for 3 Adults and 2 Elementary School Children

    We visited during the super high season of summer vacation and a three-day weekend, so the price was quite high, but we had an amazing time playing endlessly in the pool. The staff maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness and privacy, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The amenities and furniture were of excellent quality. One small suggestion would be to provide user-friendly plastic wrap from major brands instead of the current one, as it was slightly frustrating to use. Despite this minor issue, we were overall extremely satisfied with our stay. If it were available at about 70% of the current price, we would love to return repeatedly. Additionally, since children love playing in pools, having access to a heated pool during the off-season would be fantastic for enjoying without feeling cold. Thank you very much to all the staff!
