    The Room has an unpleasant odor.

    The kitchen is well stocked not only with cookware and dishes, but also with plastic wrap and aluminum foil, so it’s more than sufficient for eating and drinking indoors. However, as soon as we entered, the living room strongly smelled like grilled meat—perhaps the previous guests had a yakiniku party—and the odor never went away during our stay. It also felt like the cleaning was limited to changing linens and doing only minimal tidying; this would be unacceptable at a typical Hotel. The next guests will likely have the same experience. We also used the washing machine, but even after drying, the laundry still came out smelling unpleasant. The drum should be cleaned from time to time. I’m not particularly sensitive to smells. It was disappointing because the place is spacious and the location is fairly good.

    Self check-in

    We traveled from Hokkaido and arrived in Honshu by ferry, so our check-in ended up being late at night. We really appreciated that you were able to accommodate a late-night check-in.\nThe Room was for four adults, and the beds were spacious and the Room was very clean.\nThe bath also had a jacuzzi (depending on the Room), and we were grateful that beer was included as well.\nHowever, since there were four of us, it was a bit disappointing that there were only three bottles.\nWe are considering another trip to Yamanashi Prefecture, so we would definitely like to stay again next time.

    The Facility was excellent, but the floor was dirty.

    This was my second stay. The bed, bathroom, and projector were excellent, but the cleanliness could be improved. After check-in, I noticed shoe marks on the stairs and cleaned them myself. When I wiped the floor with the provided mop, it turned completely black. While everything looked clean at first glance, as it's a wooden floor, could you please ensure thorough floor cleaning? Other than that, everything was perfect.

    Babies and Dogs

    We stayed for 2 nights with our 7-month-old baby, a dog, and another family. At night, we could see the stars from the terrace, and during the day, we enjoyed a view of Mt. Yatsugatake from the window. The location and surroundings were excellent. The stone-built jacuzzi bath was very relaxing and exceeded our expectations. Since we had a large group, having an additional shower in another room was very convenient. We would love to visit again!

    Perfect for families with children.

    Staying with small children is always challenging. Here, all the issues we faced before were resolved, and we were able to stay stress-free. We would love to use this accommodation again.

    Like a model home

    A stunning array of the latest appliances and an extravagantly spacious layout truly amazed us, making this feel like an extraordinary getaway. It was our first time using Rakuten Stay, and we appreciated the modern, contactless experience. The proximity to Risonare was also a great bonus.

    It was excellent!

    Stayed in room 104. This was my second time at Rakuten Villa, and I was pleased again with its cleanliness and well-maintained Facility. Additionally, the service of 200V EV charging is a great bonus. The bath was spacious, and all cooking utensils were fully equipped, which was fantastic. However, this time the tabletop ventilation fan seemed to be broken; I hope they check such items for functionality regularly. I stayed with my dog as it’s advertised as having a dog run included, but the space was so small that I feel it shouldn’t be called a dog run (it was about half the size of the balcony deck). That said, considering the affordable price and how relaxing it was overall, I’d like to consider staying again at another location as well!

    Insufficient cleaning

    Although the villa was beautiful, I found hair and trash on the floor in several places, so I cleaned it myself. It left me feeling a bit disappointed.

    This is my second ti...

    This is my second time using a different Room. I am very pleased with the stable cleanliness and convenience. However, I would like two improvements this time. 1. The tablet was not set to the check-in/out screen, so I had to call the operator to check in. 2. The bottom of the bathtub was slippery, so I stopped bathing immediately and switched to a shower. Apart from the above, I had a comfortable stay.

    Wonderful Stay and Disappointing Points

    In the new Facility, the TV was large, and the built-in ones were also the latest, making it a wonderful stay. Additionally, the location was convenient for shopping and dining in the surrounding area. It made me want to visit Kobuchizawa again just to stay here. The only disappointment was the light on the mirror in the washroom. It was stylish, but the surrounding lights were obstructive, making it too dark. I felt there was a lack of consideration for women, as there was no place for them to do their makeup. Also, there was a shower room on the second floor, but a toilet would have been better. Looking at the layout, there were aspects in every Room that made me think "hmm." I chose it this time for its stylishness, but having the kitchen and dining area separated (having to go through the living room) was inconvenient. It was also inconvenient that there was no toilet without entering the washroom. If I were an architect, I would definitely dislike it. Nonetheless, I would like to try staying in a different Room next time. It was a highly recommended Stays. Thank you very much.

    Amazing Facility!!

    We had a very comfortable stay, but it was almost too spacious for just the two of us and our dog... I don't think it was an Onsen, but the bath was also very comfortable. The bed was big and we slept soundly! As for breakfast, we struggled a bit with the operation of various machines. It's a Facility with excellent cost performance, and we would like to use it again.

    I am satisfied with everything except the customer service response.

    As the notification that was supposed to arrive by noon the day before did not come, I contacted the customer center and finally received the password to enter the room the night before. Also, during the check-in from the tablet in the room on the day of stay, the video call for identity verification could not connect. Upon inquiring with the customer center, I was informed that there was a system failure and the video call could not be used, so I completed the check-in by phone. I was filled with anxiety until check-in. It was very disappointing that I could not receive guidance in advance, even by email. On the other hand, the facility and amenities were very good. I also enjoyed trying out various products.
