    Enjoy your vacation.

    We stayed as a family for our daughter’s birthday and had a wonderful time. We love campfires, so we were very happy that plenty of firewood was prepared. While adding logs to keep the fire going, we were able to relax and enjoy watching the flames. The dog run was spacious, and our dogs looked like they were having a great time. Since it’s on slightly higher ground and there are kites around, you can’t take your eyes off them. Because it was cold, we couldn’t stay outside for long. There is a dog-only Room connected to the living room, and it was spacious enough even for large dogs. We were a little disappointed that the bedroom is upstairs, away from the dogs. Considering hygiene, though, it’s understandable. It was difficult to set the bath temperature. The dining table has a built-in hot plate, which is a big plus because you can eat grilled food while it’s still warm. I’m not usually a fan of saunas, but I really enjoyed this one. It’s great that there is a tub outside the sauna where you can fill water or hot water. Since we visited during very cold weather with below-freezing temperatures, we didn’t use the cold plunge. Everything was very clean, and the grounds were well maintained with thorough cleaning and pruning throughout. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    Experience the essence of summer and breathtaking nature! It was wonderful!

    We stayed with 2 adults and 2 dogs, and it was incredibly clean, spacious, and amazing! First of all, we regretted only booking for one night. There were so many activities like bonfires, the beach, BBQs, saunas, and sunsets that we tried to fit everything in. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We had some trouble during the bonfire but quickly got in touch with the manager by phone who provided excellent support! A convenience store is about a 3-minute drive away. Although we brought supplies beforehand, the dog run had poop bags available as well as diapers prepared. The space for dogs was large enough to make us very satisfied. They even provided odorless trash bins! There’s a nearby beach too, and plenty of towels were prepared for us—very thoughtful! We looked forward to BBQing but gave up because there were too many bugs during summer. The outdoor BBQ area had benches and tables; however, there seemed to be leftover sauce stains or something sticky on them which attracted ants everywhere. We couldn’t sit outside at all so ended up using an indoor grill instead! Despite reading other reviews saying you can’t grill indoors—it worked perfectly fine for us! Plus it was cool inside while enjoying our BBQ meal comfortably. The abundance of bugs is understandable given the natural surroundings; however insect repellents like sprays or mosquito coils were thoughtfully provided near the entrance by management—great attention to detail! The sauna reached an impressive 105°C—a proper sauna rather than just an add-on feature! However note that water used as a cold bath might feel lukewarm; bringing block ice would help if you prefer colder water. The freezer is spacious enough too! Additionally available are appliances such as rice cookers/toasters/plastic wraps etc., making things convenient. The villa left such a clean impression without even a single strand of hair visible anywhere—but unfortunately one major downside: both futons & pillows emitted unbearable odors (possibly dampness/vomit-like smell). Towels smelled fine though—but due solely due this issue—we barely managed three hours sleep total… Please address this problem urgently because otherwise everything else makes staying here worth repeating annually with multiple-night stays—it truly felt special overall ( ; ; ) Lastly slightly off-topic yet nearby "ponchis_pizza" serves wood-fired pizzas absolutely deliciously!! Reservations required since walk-ins depend entirely upon luck—highly recommend visiting if possible!!

    The facility was gre...

    The facility was great, but for a Multiple Night Stay, I would have appreciated prior advice if the meals were going to be the same. Since it's close to the sea and has a great location, I think it would be better to have a rack for surfboards and a spin dryer available.

    It was excellent.

    We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children (under 5 years old). The contents of the refrigerator were all free, and basic seasonings were provided, which was very convenient. However, the bathwater became lukewarm quickly even in summer, so it might feel a bit cold during winter. Other than that, the property was spacious, allowing the children to play freely and enjoy themselves! We had a comfortable stay in a stylish space and were very satisfied.

    Could become a favorite with some improvements.

    First of all, it was a very good accommodation. Thank you very much. Points for improvement to make it even better: - If accepting children in diapers, a diaper disposal bin is essential. - Similarly, if accepting children, amenities like children's toothbrushes are necessary. - It would be great to have a plan for BBQ ingredient preparation for dinner. - Breakfast with only bread is unsatisfactory. - No cotton swabs were provided in the amenities. The location and facility itself were excellent, so addressing these points could make it an outstanding accommodation.

    A Memory to Last a Lifetime

    We used this facility for our first family trip with our dog. Since it was a private rental, our dog could freely roam not only in the dog run but also in the garden, which was great. The facility was clean, and there was even a campfire, making it very enjoyable. Sadly, our dog passed away shortly after, but this trip became a deeply memorable experience for us.

    We chose a private v...

    We chose a private villa for a 2-night, 3-day stay to celebrate a family birthday in privacy. On the first day, we ordered a pufferfish course meal, and on the second day, we planned to enjoy teppanyaki ourselves. However, only the first two pieces of meat could be cooked on the grill; after that, no matter how many times we restarted it, the grill never heated up enough for cooking. As a result, we couldn’t enjoy teppanyaki as planned and ended up using a frying pan instead—making us feel like we should have just gone out to eat. Since this is a self-catering facility, I hope at least the provided equipment is properly maintained. The location was excellent with an upscale atmosphere but left us slightly disappointed as we had been looking forward to it so much.

    It was a one-night s...

    It was a one-night stay. The entire wall of the entrance and living room is made of glass, and there are no curtains or blinds, so at night, the interior is completely visible from outside both the entrance and the living room, which made me feel uneasy. I also felt there was a security issue. During the day and evening, the glass walls feel pleasant, but at night, they feel scary, which was disappointing. I would definitely like to have curtains or blinds installed. I was very satisfied with the water facilities and the dog run.

    I stayed with my wife!

    The moment I entered the Stays, there was an amazing fragrance! The room was also cleaned very thoroughly, and it felt great! My wife loves saunas, so she went in several times, haha. The garden was also very spacious and fantastic! If I travel to Ise-Shima again, I would love to stay here!!

    Harmony between spatial design and nature

    I stayed at a villa for the first time and was deeply impressed by its charm. Unlike a hotel, it offered a private space surrounded by magnificent nature, with a location that allowed us to walk to the sea, providing a special experience that overturned my previous concept of travel. The design of the building was meticulous, with particularly impressive features like the curved sections and the use of natural stone, creating a sense of harmony with nature. The design unique to this region was truly wonderful. Consideration for guests with pets was also a major attraction, with a spacious dog run and a dedicated room for dogs indoors. There were so many activities to enjoy, such as BBQ, campfires, and saunas, that it was impossible to experience them all in one day. It is especially recommended for those who enjoy surfing, which can only be done in limited places in the Kansai area. On the way back, we stopped by the Yokoyama Observatory, which offers a panoramic view of the ria coastline, and were overwhelmed by the breathtaking scenery. Additionally, the all-inclusive drinks service was convenient, saving us the hassle of going out shopping. There were many points that delighted women, such as the Refa hairdryer and showerhead, and THREE amenities, which made for a comfortable stay.
