  The price is high, but the satisfaction level is low.

  The room was spacious and satisfactory, but the washroom area was narrow with no space to place items, which was disappointing. Amenities were inexplicably only for women. There were hygiene issues. Cleaning seemed almost non-existent... Corners, behind the TV, and other areas had dust and small dead insects... Trash was also found under the sofa. The table still had stains likely left by previous guests—was it not wiped down? Slippers had visible stains on them... Perhaps disposable slippers could be considered instead of reusable ones? The most unpleasant part was finding about 2 cm of water left in both the electric kettle and coffee maker, presumably from previous guests. Unacceptable... Considering I paid a significantly high price due to peak season, I felt somewhat deceived. The only saving grace was finally seeing Mount Fuji on the last day. If you're lucky with weather conditions, you can enjoy an excellent view of Mount Fuji from this location!

Improper management of facilities: We deeply regret that water from a previous guest was left in the electric kettle and coffee maker, causing discomfort to you. Insufficient amenities: We apologize again for providing only female amenities, which were not sufficient to meet your needs. Facility dissatisfaction: We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations regarding the narrow washroom space with limited storage options. - Measures to prevent recurrence: Reviewing and enforcing cleaning protocols: Cleaning staff will be instructed to thoroughly review our cleaning manual, paying special attention to corners, behind furniture, and water areas. Strengthening facility checks: Final inspections of items such as electric kettles and coffee makers will be reinforced to ensure they are ready for comfortable use by guests. Enhancing amenities: To satisfy all guests regardless of gender, we will expand both the variety and quantity of amenities provided. Introducing disposable slippers: For better hygiene assurance, we are considering introducing disposable slippers for guest use. We sincerely apologize once again for failing to meet expectations despite charging a high rate.
