It became an unforgettable memory.
The staff who assisted us were very courteous, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. When we visit Tsuwano again, we would like to stay here again.

This Accommodation h...
This Accommodation had a calm, relaxing atmosphere that blended seamlessly into Tsuwano’s quiet streetscape. The building, renovated from a sake brewery, has plenty of character, while the interior is refined and very comfortable. The hospitality was warm as well, and we were able to spend a slow and pleasant time here. It’s a wonderful Accommodation where you can fully experience Tsuwano’s charm while enjoying an escape from everyday life. Thank you to the gentleman at the front desk—thanks to you, we truly enjoyed Tsuwano to the fullest.

It was a modern and stylish space.
This Accommodation was created by renovating a long-established sake brewery. Inside, you’ll find both remnants of the former brewery and modern decor, creating a stylish space. The operator from Tokyo assisted us on their own and was very kind. Thank you for the umbrella—it really helped us.

Located in the quiet town center of Tsuwano, this traditional Hotel is a renovated sake brewery. While preserving its historical charm, it offers a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. The rooms, meals, and services are all at an exceptionally "suitable" level, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time. Our accommodation is a hotel renovated from the Hashimoto Sake Brewery, originally established in 1717. We aim to express "Traditional Beauty × Modern Design" by incorporating Japan's traditional aesthetics and philosophies into a modern architectural context. We are truly pleased that you found our space modern and sophisticated during your stay. Tsuwano retains much of its Edo-period charm, with stone-paved streets, narrow alleys, former domain schools, and samurai residences from the early Edo era still intact. The townscape features a beautiful contrast between rows of reddish-brown Sekishu roof tiles and white-walled samurai houses, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of stepping back in time to the Edo period. It brings us great joy that jogging through such a picturesque setting allowed you to refresh both body and mind while enjoying this unique environment. We will continue striving to provide spaces where all our guests can feel truly relaxed along with heartfelt hospitality.
