  The facility was good, but...

  The private atmosphere unique to a whole-house rental was exceptional, especially with the beautiful weather. The environment, perfect for spending quality time with family, was a major highlight. The pool, available for use at any time, felt luxurious and brought great joy to the children. However, due to the building's structure, accessing the bedroom from the living room required stepping outside, which felt inconvenient at night or during bad weather. Communication with the concierge was primarily through LINE and often took several hours for a response. Even after leaving messages on their emergency contact number's voicemail multiple times, there was no reply—this aspect was particularly disappointing. Breakfast delivery lacked prior notice of arrival time, making it difficult to plan ahead. Additionally, having more menu options would be appreciated. Since this is Sesoko Island, it would enhance the experience if guests were provided with recommendations for local gourmet spots or nearby restaurants in advance. Given its natural surroundings, insects are unavoidable; therefore insect repellent is essential. Overall, while the location and private atmosphere were outstanding features of this Facility, there is room for improvement in communication and service aspects from management. If these areas are addressed effectively in future stays, it would certainly become a place worth revisiting!

  Second visit

  I stayed from the end of the year. Since it was my second visit, I arrived without getting lost. First of all, the cleanliness of the room and the facilities were impeccable. The location was also beautiful, with the sea spreading out in front and the sun shining on the water. I was able to spend two relaxing days. As for improvements, the water flow in the bath of the room on the right was poor. It took 25 minutes to fill the bathtub. The shower had good water flow, though. Also, since it was the end of the year and New Year's, the surrounding shops were closed, so I wanted to eat at home, but I felt there were not enough cooking utensils, plates, and wraps. I have used several vacation rentals in Okinawa, but this one had the least amount of items. Also, there was a yoga mat during my first stay, but it was gone. I would have been happy if it was there since I wanted to stretch every day. If there is a risk of theft, I would appreciate it if the staff could bring a yoga mat or something. It was a bit disappointing. I plan to use it again next time, so I would be happy if there are improvements. Thank you.
