This is the most relaxing place. A quiet getaway for two in January.
We stayed here last March and were amazed by the castle-like exterior and the comfort of the tatami inside, so we decided to return this January as a couple! Last time was in early spring, but this place is just as wonderful in the middle of winter. It’s cold outside, but the Room is incredibly warm, and lounging on the tatami together was pure bliss. As always, the appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils are so well-equipped that we skipped dining out this time. Instead, we stocked up at a local supermarket and enjoyed cooking while staying in. It felt like being at home—or rather, an ideal home—so relaxing! While it’s fun to come with a big group for lively gatherings, spending quiet time here as a couple felt like such a luxurious experience. Next time we’d love to visit with everyone during warmer seasons. Thank you again for another wonderful stay!

Stylish Designer Villa!
I stayed here during a trip to Awaji Island with my partner. It was pure luxury to have this spacious house, which accommodates up to 10 people, all to ourselves—absolutely amazing! Although I was slightly concerned about cleanliness since it’s self-managed, the place felt just like my own private villa with a sense of cleanliness and comfort. We brought our favorite ingredients and had so much fun cooking together. This is the perfect spot for anyone who wants to enjoy breathtaking views and spend quiet time without worrying about others. I’d love to come back next time with friends and family!

The long-awaited sushi Plan! Once again, it was incredibly relaxing.
We revisited with the much-anticipated Sushi Plan that we decided to try after being impressed by the view from the room last time! The cuisine exceeded our expectations—luxurious and delicious, it was absolutely worth it. While preparing meals ourselves is fun, enjoying professional flavors in a private space is truly exceptional. Once again, it was just the two of us staying, so the room felt incredibly spacious (laughs), but every corner was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of freshness. With this level of cleanliness, I’m sure even large family trips or group visits would be enjoyable for everyone. This was our second time using the unmanned check-in system, and it went smoothly. We had such a relaxing stay again! Next time, we’d love to bring along more people for an even bigger gathering!

The scenery and interior are impeccable.
The interior and view were nice, making it a place where you can relax. However, the dishes were dirty with various solid residues still on them. There was a sticky substance on the armrests of the chairs, and the futon sheets had numerous stains and what appeared to be blood-like marks. When filling the bath, there was a lot of residue floating in the water. Overall, it was very disappointing. There were no seasonings provided at all, and due to hygiene concerns, those who are sensitive should be cautious when considering this accommodation.

Regarding the points you raised, we have reviewed our records from that day and organized them as follows to improve our future operations: ■ Hygiene Management and Cleaning At Parang, as an unmanned facility, we strive to provide a safe environment for our guests by conducting thorough cleaning by professional cleaners and performing final checks with photos after cleaning is completed every day. As for the linens mentioned in your feedback, they are sanitized and high-temperature washed by specialized companies each time; however, we will further reinforce our operations to create an even cleaner and more comfortable space. ■ Seasonings To ensure strict hygiene management such as preventing food poisoning, this facility intentionally does not provide any seasonings or condiments. We ask guests to bring their preferred items themselves. Although this is stated on our website during reservation notices and in emails after completing reservations, we will work on improving these descriptions so they are clearer for first-time visitors. Your feedback has been taken seriously as valuable insight for making our facility better. We will continue striving to maintain a "safe private space" where guests can fully enjoy Awaji Island's beautiful nature with all their senses. Thank you again for your valuable opinions!

I visited last summe...
I visited last summer as well, and this is my second stay. The Room is spacious, clean, and offers an amazing view. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue grill, allowing you to enjoy it without worrying about the rain. The kitchen has a coffee machine and rice provided, so you can enjoy freshly cooked white rice made in an iron pot. It’s truly a relaxing and leisurely place to stay; however, I would prefer if the bedding were changed to beds. Additionally, having a massage chair or hanging chair would make it perfect.
