    A Villa Where You Can Recharge

    I was able to spend a truly relaxing time during my stay. The Facility was very clean, and you can tell great care has been put into the interior and amenities. The sauna exceeded my expectations, and it was a luxurious experience to enjoy the outdoor air while feeling close to nature. The BBQ setup and kitchenware are also well equipped, so you can stay comfortably just by bringing your own ingredients. The surroundings are quiet as well, making this villa perfect for anyone looking to forget everyday life and refresh. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    A soothing villa perfect for traveling with your beloved dog

    I stayed at Iyokaze with my dog. I was a little worried about access after reading other Reviews, but they sent me an access map with photos in advance, so I arrived smoothly without getting lost. Communication via LINE was also very smooth, and they replied quickly to my questions, so I never felt inconvenienced. The sauna I was most looking forward to exceeded my expectations, and taking time to fully relax in nature felt truly luxurious. There is also a dog run, and my dog seemed happy the entire time—we were very satisfied. The interior was clean and the Facilities were well equipped, so I recommend it for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing stay. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

    An Annual Awaji Trip

    Even though I stayed at a nearby villa three years ago, I still got lost. I wish there were some guidance signs. The Room is a bit small, but the terrace is spacious and feels very open. There were a lot of insects at night, so I gave up on using the sauna then. The bath is semi-open and feels great, but at night stink bugs gather on the glass. Since it’s in the mountains it can’t be helped, but it felt like there were an unusually large number of stink bugs. I used the sauna in the morning instead. The breeze on the terrace and the greenery are very pleasant. The towels and sauna poncho are quite worn, so I’d like you to provide newer ones. Everything else is put together with good taste, so flattened towels and a frayed poncho are disappointing. I also think there aren’t enough towels. It was helpful to have plenty of glass cups. We received detailed support via LINE throughout our stay, so we had no issues in that regard. Thank you very much.

    Could you please contact us via a method other than LINE?

    We were very satisfied with the Room. The spaciousness, design, and Facilities were wonderful, and we felt excited every time we discovered something new. If I had to mention anything, I noticed a few stains and some fraying on the sofa cover, and I thought it would be nice to have a chair in the shower room—but neither was significant enough to affect our overall impression. What was disappointing was that pre-arrival communication (such as check-in instructions) was only accepted via LINE. We do not use LINE, so we tried contacting you by email, but received no reply even after several days. When we called, the call was disconnected unless you were a same-day guest; we only received an SMS telling us to contact you via LINE. This left us feeling anxious and confused. We received multiple SMS messages telling us to register for LINE, but we wondered why the necessary information could not simply be provided by SMS instead. In the end, we contacted IKYU support. The IKYU representative acted quickly but said they could not reach the Accommodation either. As it was already the day before our stay, we reluctantly registered for LINE. After that, support informed us they had finally reached the Accommodation, and we also received an email from you on the day of arrival—but by then we had already registered for LINE, which left us feeling unsettled. The Accommodation itself was truly excellent; this communication issue was our only disappointment. We hope alternative contact methods besides LINE will be properly available in the future.

    We had a great time!

    Overall, we were very satisfied! The sauna was great, but the door is a bit hard to close. Also, because the outdoor table has holes, dishes and other items often fell through. It was also disappointing that there were so many stink bugs—perhaps due to the season—that we couldn’t go outside at night.

    A villa you'll want to live in.

    The exterior is very stylish, and upon entering, there is a pleasant scent of wood. The furniture is clean and creates a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom and washroom are also stylish, and having IPSA skincare sets available was a great touch. The BBQ meat was delicious, and the breakfast was elegant as well—overall, we were satisfied with the dining experience. However, one downside is the abundance of insects. During the outdoor BBQ, there were many bugs landing on the food, and we also encountered a large spider indoors. Since it appeared on the ceiling and was difficult to remove, we contacted staff but were advised to handle it using insect spray.

    An extraordinary experience!

    I had been wanting to visit for a long time, and this time I went on a trip with my beloved dog. The design of the Room and the bathroom were exactly my style! The Facility was equipped with all the latest amenities, leaving nothing to be desired. Everything was so well thought out that I was truly impressed. Surrounded only by the sounds of birds and insects, it was an extraordinary space far removed from everyday life. It was a relaxing two days that healed me completely. The customer service, conducted via LINE messaging, was very smooth and courteous—absolutely satisfying! I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity!

    A Truly Refreshing Breeze

    The moment I opened the door, a sense of cleanliness and openness welcomed me. The facility and layout were perfect, giving me a feeling as if daily fatigue and time were flowing away with the wind. This is an accommodation I would love to revisit. The staff's courteous service was also exceptional. I look forward to staying again.

    A bit nervous with so many wonderful things around, but we had a great time enjoying hot pot and relaxing. It was our dog's first trip, but since it was a private rental, they seemed to feel at ease. We’d love to visit again!

    We stayed with my wife, daughter, and two beloved dogs. We arrived a little early, but thank you for promptly arranging our check-in. We've visited various rental villas on Awaji Island, but my wife was absolutely impressed by the cleanliness of the Room. The meal was a BBQ, but due to the cold wave, it wasn't possible to do it outside, so we had it in the Room. The meat was incredibly delicious. The bread for breakfast was also very tasty. It seems like there is a lot of attention to detail. The only disappointment was that the fireplace went out after about two hours, and we couldn't add more oil, which is a shame given how splendid the fireplace is. With floor heating and air conditioning, there was no coldness at all, but I wanted to relax a bit more while watching the fireplace. Even when we asked questions via Line, you responded promptly, so there was no stress at all. The dogs were happy and ran around in the dog run. We will visit again. Thank you very much.
