Recommended for guests who want to relax and fully enjoy the Accommodation!
This is a highly recommended Accommodation for anyone looking to relax and recharge in Miyazaki! It was my first stay, and the Facilities were even more extensive than I expected—I honestly felt like the whole trip could be completed right here. What I loved most was that you can enjoy so many things on-site: simulation golf, a sauna, a pool, and BBQ. It’s rare to find simulation golf inside an Accommodation, and it’s great not only for golf lovers but also for groups—it gets everyone excited just playing together. The sauna was also fantastic. After sweating it out, there’s even a cold plunge bath with adjustable temperature, which made it perfect. And with a pool as well, it feels less like staying at a Hotel or typical vacation rental and more like visiting a private resort. On most trips you’re constantly thinking, “Where should we go next?” or “What should we do?” and moving around a lot—but MIYAZAKI BASE is enjoyable in itself, so even the time after check-in felt truly fulfilling. I think it’s an excellent fit not only for friends or group trips, but also for stays with fellow golf lovers or trips where everyone wants to enjoy the sauna together. I wish I had known about this place in Miyazaki sooner! If you’re looking for more than “just somewhere to sleep” and want to truly enjoy your stay itself, I especially recommend it. I’d love to bring friends from outside the prefecture when they visit Miyazaki—and it’s an Accommodation that made me want to come back myself! If you love simulation golf, saunas, or pools in particular, this place is amazing! Thank you!

A perfect base for couples! Secure indoor road bike storage and a comfortable contactless stay
My spouse and I stayed here during a trip to Aoshima, Miyazaki, combining it with triathlon training. Our top priority was whether we could store our expensive road bikes safely, and MIYAZAKI BASE was perfect: we could bring the bikes straight into the spacious indoor area, so we had zero concerns about security or weather. The living space is exceptionally large, and being able to do gear maintenance and stretching comfortably felt like a true luxury that only a private villa can offer. [Check-in & Support] It was our first time using a smart lock (self check-in), but the instructions sent in advance were very clear, and we were able to enter smoothly without getting lost. When we messaged ahead with questions about nearby Onsen and recommended spots, the replies were surprisingly fast and thoughtful—we felt genuine hospitality that didn’t feel “unmanned” at all. [Location & Surroundings] Access to Aoshima Beach and the bypass is excellent, and early-morning runs along the coast and bike rides were incredibly refreshing. After training, we recovered properly at Aoshima Onsen within walking distance, then relaxed quietly at night in the refined atmosphere of the Room. Everything was spotless down to every detail—cleanliness is truly outstanding. This villa comes highly recommended not only for athletes, but also for families and couples who value privacy. When we visit Aoshima again, we will definitely stay here again!

An active villa experience with the feel of a private vacation home
We stayed at MIYAZAKI BASE, a place I’d had my eye on for a while. What impressed me first was the seamless, smart operation from entry to checkout. Check-in was quick and easy via the tablet at the entrance, and because there’s no need to meet staff in person, it truly felt like having our own private villa. I was especially impressed by these three points: 1. The pool’s exceptional privacy: Enjoying the pool in Aoshima’s clear air without worrying about anyone around you is pure luxury. At night it’s beautifully lit up, and we even enjoyed a magical night swim. 2. An authentic sauna experience: The flow between the sauna, cold plunge bath, and outdoor relaxation area is perfect. Clear instructions were provided on the official LINE account, so we could fully enjoy our “totonoi” time without any confusion. 3. Reliable support via the official LINE account: Responses on LINE were incredibly fast, and it actually felt easier to ask questions than in person. We could also check recommendations for great nearby restaurants, which really elevated our stay. The kitchen equipment and amenities are very well stocked, making it easy to arrive empty-handed and settle into everyday life in Miyazaki. If you want both “freedom” and “luxury” in Miyazaki/Aoshima, this is absolutely the best choice. I’d love to come back in another season.

Relaxing time in a private space; unfortunately, the only downside was noise from the neighboring room.
This was a wonderful Accommodation—a private villa rental with a sauna and pool. We were able to relax in a private space, and the Facilities were well equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The Facility itself was flawless, clean, and provided the perfect environment to unwind. Being able to soothe our fatigue in the sauna and refresh ourselves in the pool was a luxurious experience unique to renting an entire place. The only disappointment was that guests staying at the neighboring villa were shouting loudly and making noise. It stayed lively even at night, which bothered us a bit. Aside from that, it was truly an excellent Accommodation, and we would like to stay again if we have the chance. The Facilities, cleanliness, and sense of privacy are highly commendable.
