    An early summer getaway for three generations.

    We stayed here for an early summer three-generation family trip. Our group size changed along the way, and we decided to add dinner and breakfast later, so we exchanged emails with the owner several times. They replied quickly and politely every time, which was very helpful. Thanks to that, we were able to arrive on the day with no worries at all! My husband came straight from work after a night shift and arrived in Hakone-Yumoto much earlier than planned, but he was thrilled that “the owner kindly let me in because everything was ready sooner than expected.” Thank you so much! Our elementary-school nieces enjoyed the pool from right after check-in. They also enjoyed the night pool after dinner. The next day, they were back in the pool after breakfast and stayed there until just before check-out. Our dog relaxed by the poolside and at the top of the stairs, happily watching them play (lol). The anniversary fruit plate we requested as a surprise made both of my parents very happy—it was a wonderful way to celebrate them. It seems our nieces left something behind, but despite being busy, you arranged shipping right away, and it arrived home the day after check-out. Sorry for the trouble. Lastly, you took a family photo for us by the poolside as well—thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip for our whole family. We didn’t use the sauna this time, so we’ll be back next time to enjoy it. Thank you again!

    Resort vibes

    I found this place because I wanted to stay at an Onsen with my dogs. It turned out to be an absolutely wonderful trip. We were very satisfied. The Facility was impeccably well equipped, and the private pool and sauna made it even better. Hakone-Yumoto Station is within walking distance, so we could take a stroll to shop for souvenirs. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again.

    Ultimate relaxation

    The Facility is well equipped and very clean. Even though the outside temperature was 27°C, we were still able to enjoy the pool. The owner is very professional, and we had a comfortable stay. This was our second visit. We’d love to come again.

    Everything was perfect!

    We stayed with our dog, and our dog enjoyed it too. Above all, the cleanliness was outstanding. Every meal was delicious—absolutely wonderful. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    We had a wonderful escape from everyday life.

    Although it was May, the pool was heated and we were able to swim. We used the BBQ option, and the ingredients were delicious. The sauna didn’t heat up properly. We felt it was good value for money. We would like to stay again.

    This was my first time staying here. I contacted the property in advance, but the Room directions were explained as “how many flights of stairs to climb” rather than by Room number, which was hard to understand for a first-time visitor. The phone explanation also felt long overall and it was difficult to grasp the key points. Also, there were not many towels, and there are no pajamas provided—something I think guests should know in advance. I recommend bringing your own. As for the sauna, it seemed to take quite a while to heat up fully. If you are planning to stay here, it may be helpful to prepare with these points in mind.

    I’d love to stay here again!

    We stayed here for our 4-month-old Toy Poodle’s very first trip. The owner was very kind, and even though we traveled with my elderly parents, we had a very comfortable stay. The only downside to the Facility was that the stairs up to the second-floor living room were too steep for my mother, who has trouble walking. Dinner was an astonishing amount and we couldn’t finish it. Since we chose shabu-shabu, we added udon noodles the next morning and enjoyed it then. I was surprised that the paella is made by guests themselves, but when I followed the recipe, the lobster miso soaked into the rice and it turned out absolutely delicious. There were also various items prepared for rice and breakfast, but we couldn’t finish everything and gratefully took some home. And best of all—the owner-roasted coffee (available only to guests) was incredible! The coffee machine does everything fully automatically, from grinding the beans onward. We enjoyed wonderfully aromatic, delicious coffee! We would love to stay again during pool season.

    This has become my favorite accommodation!

    This was our first trip with a pet, and after searching many Accommodations, we chose this one—Done. Our son loves saunas. I didn’t want to cook, but I did want to freely use the kitchen for coffee and desserts. We also wanted an open-air Onsen bath. This Accommodation met all of our demanding requests, and our family plus our dog had a very satisfying stay. For both breakfast and dinner, the ingredients were prepared so well that it didn’t feel like a hassle at all, and the portions were more than enough—we couldn’t finish everything. The four kinds of shabu-shabu even came with udon and rice to finish, plus paella as well. In the morning, delicious local milk was stocked in the refrigerator, and in addition to French toast there was also a whole bag of thick-sliced bread—we couldn’t finish it and took it home. The poolside area is very spacious. Since it was winter we couldn’t swim in the pool, but we used it as a cold plunge for the sauna. Our dog loved it so much that he didn’t want to go back inside and kept playing outside the whole time. I think it’s spacious enough even for large dogs. We were able to use one bedroom per person and slept very well. This was our first pet-friendly Accommodation so we were worried about odors, but there was no smell at all. There was also an air purifier, and every area was kept clean. Indoors there is a large bathtub with Onsen water and a spacious washing area. Plenty of towels were provided as well—such thoughtful care for those of us who enjoy using the bath and sauna multiple times. We’ve stayed at many places before, but this stay was just as satisfying as a three-star Hotel. We would like to visit again regularly. The staff were also very polite and kind—wonderful people. Room, Facility, meals—everything made for a truly satisfying stay! Next time we’d like to come during a season when we can use the pool. We’re also looking forward to enjoying BBQ on the balcony connected to the living room.

    It was the best accommodation!

    We stayed here for a guys’ trip. With the BBQ gas grill, even those of us who aren’t great at cooking were able to enjoy delicious food, and afterward it was amazing to jump into the large pool—also usable as a cold plunge after the sauna—and feel completely refreshed! We’d love to stay again!

    The facility is newly updated and enjoyable.

    We stayed with four families, a total of 10 people. The facility is very new and well-maintained. The pool features LED lights illuminating from underwater, making it enjoyable even at night. There is also a sauna tent and an open-air bath by the poolside, allowing you to relax and warm up. The kitchen is equipped with a wide variety of cooking utensils, making cooking fun and convenient. This accommodation seems ideal for large groups such as families with children or friends traveling together. However, the parking space is limited to two cars per unit. Upon inquiry, we found that additional parking may be available if there’s space; fortunately, we managed to park more cars this time. It’s recommended to carpool as much as possible when visiting.

    Wonderful facility

    Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. We used your accommodation for the first time to celebrate my father-in-law's 70th birthday, and it was such a wonderful facility! We made the reservation through IKYU.com and learned about additional options on your website. We requested balloon art, a beer server, and a birthday cake, all of which were fantastic options that elevated the mood! Both my father-in-law and family were very pleased. The dinner and breakfast were conveniently set in the refrigerator, making it easy to enjoy BBQ together. Thank you also for your thoughtful gesture of providing an extra dish since we had a large group! The paella and meat dishes were absolutely delicious! Although it rained on the day of our stay, the children thoroughly enjoyed the pool! The water temperature was just right and very comfortable. The staff members were incredibly kind and attentive without being intrusive—creating just the right balance that allowed us to have a pleasant stay. Thank you also for accommodating us with parking arrangements. We would love to visit again as a family in the future. Thank you so much!

    Perfect for a relaxing family getaway!

    It felt like having a private villa, with excellent facilities, interior design, and scenery—perfect for a relaxing stay. Privacy from other guests was well-maintained, and we enjoyed the sounds of nature, such as greenery and birdsong, both indoors and outdoors. The location is also convenient for accessing tourist spots. This time I stayed with my family, but it’s also ideal for spending quality time at your own pace with someone special!

    Facility and hospitality are both highly satisfying!

    The facility was very well-maintained, with a full range of appliances and amenities. We visited with two small dogs, and the space was more than enough for our family to relax and enjoy a happy time together. Having three bedrooms was also incredibly appealing. At check-in, we received a thorough explanation of how to use the amenities, so we were able to fully enjoy facilities like the sauna and open-air bath without much trouble. What I would like to highlight most is the manager's wonderful personality. Despite an unexpected incident, they handled it sincerely until the end, leaving us with a warm impression. We are truly grateful for their kindness. This is definitely one of the accommodations we want to visit again in the future. Thank you for everything!

    Definitely coming back!

    It was amazing! The dogs seemed to have so much fun running around by the poolside. For smaller dogs with a tendency to escape, there was a small gap next to the stairs that looked like they could get through. However, since there are no blind spots and everything is within view, it’s fine as long as you keep an eye on them! The pool itself was incredibly clean, and I’m planning to visit again during a season when we can swim! Above all, the staff's service in every aspect was outstanding. Thank you so much for everything! I look forward to staying here again!

    It was very comfortable!

    We stayed with a family of five and one dog. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if we could at least park our car, and they kindly allowed us to check in as the room was ready, which was very helpful. The room and facilities were comfortable. The BBQ ingredients were particularly good, with tender steak and delicious kinmedai (golden eye snapper) acqua pazza. The original brand coffee was also delicious, and we ended up taking the remaining beans home. Having many bedrooms was appreciated by our large family. Although I usually don't like saunas, it was comfortable in the cold winter. Next time, I would like to stay during a season when we can use the pool. If I may say, having pajamas and a hairbrush would make it more convenient with less luggage, but it was sufficient.

    It was amazing!

    We stayed with six people, including an infant. The place was fully equipped with a high chair and dishes for children, a washing machine, a dryer, and a Dyson vacuum cleaner. We used the barbecue meal set, and the carefully selected meat and vegetables were incredibly delicious, leaving us very satisfied. We don't think we could ever prepare such quality meat ourselves. There was also a double futon, so we could let the infant sleep safely. The men were thrilled with the sauna. Although we couldn't swim in the pool because it was filled with water, it was spotless without a single piece of trash. Next time, we would like to visit when the heated pool is available. Thank you very much!

    It's the perfect place to go with your beloved dog.

    The other day, we stayed with just the two of us and our beloved dog for a luxurious trip to celebrate our dog's birthday. The weather was very nice, so we were able to use the pool, which was set to 28 degrees, for most of the time except in the early morning, and we fully enjoyed the sauna, the outdoor hot spring, and the indoor hot spring. The sauna where you can do löyly had aroma oils, which was very nice. We had planned to enjoy ourselves without leaving the room after checking in, so we ordered the shabu-shabu course, and it was a very satisfying amount and selection. The Ashigara beef for the shabu-shabu was very delicious, and the roast beef appetizer paired very well with the red wine we brought, which we really liked. As mentioned in other reviews, the many stairs were a bit of a concern, and there was a slight blackish stain on the white edge inside the pool, which was a little concerning. Since it's an open pool without a roof, I understand it must be difficult to maintain everything perfectly, but I felt the pool itself was very clean. Also, the parking lot was on a sloped area, so it was a bit difficult to park. That said, it was a very satisfying stay! The kitchen and washer & dryer were well-equipped, and the bedroom was clean. I chose to sleep in the futon room in the loft, which was calming and nice. Honestly, I wanted to stay longer (laughs). The manager was also a calm and pleasant person. I would love to visit again someday. Thank you in advance for that time.
