    We had an unforgettable, out-of-the-ordinary experience!

    This time, three of us from work stayed in “Chi.” If you’re sightseeing around Yamasato without a car, taking a taxi from Zenibako Station is the easiest option. First of all, every staff member was gentle and welcoming, and communication throughout our stay felt truly comfortable. The Accommodation is built on a slightly elevated area facing the sea, offering an amazing location where you can enjoy ocean views over the townscape. Since there aren’t many restaurants nearby, I recommend checking options in advance if you plan to eat out for dinner. We didn’t have time to use every Facility this time, but the café and the stylish shops—home goods/furniture, an outdoor shop, and a tap bar—were all very attractive and perfectly matched the overall atmosphere. There was also a small truck selling bear-themed goods and accessories; everything was so cute that I ended up buying lots of bear souvenirs. As for the Room (a private whole-house rental), it was impressively clean. Even the wet areas—including the hinoki bath—had no discoloration or mold at all, which really surprised me. With two bedrooms plus a tatami room where you can lay out futons, we enjoyed the tatami room like it was a school trip again (in the best way). The kitchen was fully equipped and even had seasonings and plenty of beautiful tableware. We originally planned to have dinner out, but we decided to buy seafood and cook so we could fully enjoy both the wonderful Room and location. Having both a washing machine and dryer was also very helpful. The sauna was spacious enough for three people with plenty of room. The hinoki cold plunge bath and infinity chairs made for an exceptional sauna session—it felt amazing. The welcome pudding sweets, drinks, and hand-ground coffee were all delicious as well. We stayed just one night this time, but thanks to all the thoughtful touches that heightened our travel excitement—from big details to small considerations—it became such a wonderful memory that we all strongly want to come back. If you want to truly enjoy everything here, I recommend a Multiple Night Stay! There were no pajamas or loungewear provided—I'd be happy if those are added in the future—but it’s absolutely a place I want to visit again. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

    Comfortable.

    It was absolutely wonderful. Given the price, we had high expectations, but it exceeded them. The first floor had three bedrooms, two toilets, one bathroom, and one TV. My cousin and I each stayed in separate rooms. The living room on the second floor had a wall of windows... my cousin was amazed by how beautiful the sunrise looked through them. The bath was spacious and luxurious; I enjoyed a relaxing soak. However, it was slightly inconvenient that there were no hair ties or a tabletop mirror available... The staff's service was excellent as well. We received one coffee voucher and one beer voucher each but were kindly allowed to exchange them for two coffee vouchers instead—thank you! My cousin from Yokohama and I are already talking about staying in a different building next year!

    We created the best memories.

    The staff who guided us were incredibly kind and attentive, providing exceptional service that went above and beyond. Their passion for their work was inspiring and truly heartwarming. The nearby Sano Supermarket they recommended had such warm people who were so kind to my son, which made me very happy. The breakfast bread was generously portioned and absolutely delicious. We also went to the store to try the vegetable sushi we didn’t choose earlier, and it was incredibly tasty—truly unforgettable! Having a washer-dryer available was very convenient. The spacious kitchen made cooking enjoyable, even washing dishes felt fun! The high-quality tableware and cutlery added elegance, making every dish look amazing. The view from the bath was stunning, and I could feel attention to detail in the amenities provided. On our way back home, I bought a memorable souvenir for myself at the facility's gift shop as a keepsake of this wonderful stay. I’ll work hard so I can come back here again! Thank you so much!

    It was a memorable trip.

    I used a whole-house vacation rental for the first time. We stayed for two nights and it turned out to be a memorable family trip. We considered various vacation rentals, but the deciding factors for choosing Yamagou were the beautiful interior, the good access to Otaru, Sapporo, and Niseko, and the amenities and services that focused on organic products, including drinks. Staying there, we were able to relax more than we imagined. The trees visible from the living room windows and the bath were like paintings, allowing us to experience an extraordinary atmosphere. We were late for check-in and caused some inconvenience, but the hospitality of the staff was excellent. They are planning to build more accommodations and shops in the future. It is definitely one of the places I want to visit again.
