    Top-tier hospitality in Miyakojima

    I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend who runs a business. Among the Hotels I have used in the past, I was truly impressed by the highest level of hospitality and the speed of response. When I shared my requests via LINE, I sometimes received an immediate reply, and their concierge-like service was outstanding. Thank you very much.

    The blue of the pool, sea, and sky is beautiful.

    The view from the second floor was beautiful—the pool, the sea, and the blue sky. The sauna was also great. We’d love to stay again.

    It was excellent!

    The location was excellent, but unfortunately, the jacuzzi did not have hot water, and the bathwater temperature did not rise at night. On the first day, only cold water came out, so we couldn't take a bath, and on the second day, only lukewarm water was available. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality! Our 3-night, 4-day stay was truly satisfying for the whole family, with everything from drinks to amenities and facilities being perfectly arranged. The staff were all genuinely kind, making our first trip to Miyakojima a wonderful experience. The pool was just deep enough for our young children to barely keep their heads above water, but as long as parents were watching, they could play safely and enjoyably. The pool was spacious, so bringing a large float was a good decision. The Hotel also provided two floats and even an electric air pump, which was very considerate and much appreciated. It was also very helpful that a variety of towels were prepared in large quantities, assuming we would be playing in the sea and pool, and that there was a washing machine with detergent. This might be unavoidable due to the layout, but since there was no door to the bathroom on the first floor, we had to be a bit careful to prevent the shower from splashing into the washroom. However, considering the layout, a door might indeed be obstructive, so it might not make much sense, but a shower curtain would be nice! That was the only concern, and the Facility and staff were truly wonderful! Thank you very much!!

    The website mentioned a heated pool, but the water was very cold, and I couldn't enter the pool without going into the sauna first. Although the number of people decreased suddenly on the day of our stay compared to when we made the reservation, and we paid for the original number of people, the amenities and drinks for the next day were reduced. The facilities, such as the fully equipped washing machine and pool sauna, were excellent, and the villa was well-cleaned and maintained, making it a lovely villa. Despite the disappointing points mentioned above, the staff and villa were great, and I would like to use it again if improvements are made.

    Kanreki Travel

    I made a reservation at Bay Coast Again for my husband's 60th birthday celebration trip. After checking into the room and receiving an explanation, we went to the second floor and were surprised. They had decorated for the 60th birthday celebration with balloons and fans. Thank you very much. My husband was also surprised. We took many photos, and it became a great memory. We wanted a private pool and private sauna, so the room was perfect for our wishes, and the staff's response was very good. Next time, I want to go with my daughter.
